This is intentional as these items are common drops so we don't allow them to be sold back.

So when we had the throwback event, we were told that there was suppose to be an achievement for postin' in the contest threads. I'm just wonderin' if we will ever get it? If you decide that it won't be possible or just too hard to do, I understand. Some of the achievement hunters just want closure. Thank you.

There is this bug in the runway voting stamp card where it skips daily stamps and doesn't mark it. Been occurring for a while now...Any plans to checking it out ?

It's been forever since I've been able to attend AtS.
So my question is about the agate ticket. I have an idea that I think would be really great.
Let people swap achievements.
For example, say Animal comes up with an achievement that I want and I have one that I made that she wants. We could use one agate ticket and we can get each others achievement usin' said ticket. In the end, we would both have our achievement that we made and each others achievement.
This could be an option if we don't want to use an extra ticket to give out 3 of our achievement.
I really hope this make sense.

I think the current rules allow for this. You would essentially just make an Achievement using their same titles, which is totally fine. biggrin
Sorry, that's not I what I mean. I know if I want someone else achievement I would pretty much have to give them an agate ticket and they can grant the achievement to me plus 2 others. What I'm tryin' to get at is swap achievements usin' one ticket so both people can get each others achievements. To do that now both people would have to us an agate ticket.

Hey there, I already responded to you about this issue and I know you were not satisfied with the response, however it's still going to be the same as it was.
Let me sum it up again:
We don't plan on using private messages as a frequent form of advertising. We don't even intend to send PMs for all sponsorships.
However we do feel it's reasonable to very rarely send a PM when a special partner wants to give out a little something extra to Gaians.
Our messages crossed paths, by the way. I posted in here at 7:03 PM EST and you posted in that other thread at 7:05 PM EST, so that's why I posted here. Facebook has received a lot of push back about their use of private messages, messaging and microphone (if enabled) to trigger and target advertisements because people find it extremely invasive. (to the point of lawsuits and class action suits as well.)
For convenience, here is my reply back:

I see your response! Let me respond here in the interest in keeping it in one place as best we can. I think I've kind of responded as much as I can on the issue, but in the interest of making sure that the response is clear, let me post some final words on the topic:
We get why people are uneasy about the PM. We do. We know that people don't want to see advertisements pop up in their inbox on the regular. We have no intention of doing that.
However we don't think it's the equivalent of spamming someone's inbox or invading someone's privacy to once in a blue moon send a gift through our existing system (even if you feel it is small, it is still a gift) on behalf of a special partner.

I don't think your sponsor would like to know that their advertisements are perceived as spammy and thus deter a potential customer from engaging in their game/offer.

More like all of them show up sweatdrop xd like I only own 9 kindreds and I see all of them all in my MyKin tab in the LK game... xd even the ones I sold or gifted to someone else already.. Also I have posted in the bug forums already aswell whee but I wanted to ask here as well just incase you guys missed it there sweatdrop

How much longer will town topic harassment targeting individual users be allowed? I get it, pm an online mod and tell them whats going on and PRAY they open the pm and look. But most of the time they don't open a pm, and when you try to ask another mod for help you're told off for it.

Let me be clear, it is not allowed. However given the active nature of Towns, it is not a simple task to deal with the problem. If you know the user causing the issue and you have evidence outside of Towns to prove it, we definitely suggest you file a report so we can address it further.

So uh- I just had my signature disabled and all.
I didn't realize it was too big. But I have a few questions.
Why didn't I get a warning first and a jump to disabling?
Is this the normal course of action?
I would have gladly removed the gif if I had realized it was too big.
And because I had the sig disabled, will this go as a sort of 'mark' against me if I ever tried out for a mod position or anything?

Once a signature image goes over a certain size, then we choose to automatically disable the signature without providing a warning. We give you an initial warning when you go to create your signature about how large it should be. It will not be a mark against you if you apply to be a mod.
