 The Hellfire Syndicate has been around for as long as anyone can remember. Grandparents speak of it in hushed tones, children dare not even speak the name. It was always known to exist, but had not come into the spotlight until recently. A new leader had taken over the gang, banded the members together, and brought forth a new era. Before Vincent Sinnova, there was little known about the Syndicate, and it's members. When there was a major event that involved them, most of the evidence they left behind was charred, burnt to ashes. Very rarely it was the fires themselves. There were a few who insisted that the flames acted odd in these cases, but no one wanted to deal with the scorn that would surely follow asking too many questions. Flash forward to present times, and it was considered an every day event to see the leader of the Syndicate strolling around, sipping at coffee. Deals were held out in the open, and members were infamous. Vincent has managed such a complete control, that no one will stand up to him. As for the city itself, he left untouched. He wasn't all bad, but he wasn't all good either. He took care of his people, but everyone knew that his opposition was taken care of just as thoroughly, though in a totally different manner. Members of the Hellfire Syndicate were Flame Elementals, humans that could produce flames from thin air, and control them completely. Each person has their own version of flames, but it is widely known that the higher echelon has the most powerful, and most destructive. As a complete force, the Syndicate is widely believed to be invincible. Vincent not only has a temper, but the power to back it up, so they just might be right. But Mr. Sinnova is begging for someone to try and prove them wrong. Though, through unforeseen circumstances Mr. Sinnova has gone missing on a mission that he insisted going on alone. With no one in their ranks to provide another leader like Vincent, an outsider offered to lead them,but on one condition. If he was able to beat their second in command they would accept him as their leader. While he did win the fight, he still has a lot to prove to the gang before they willfully accept him as their new leader. Sylvanus Elderron does not feel this to be as much as a challenge, but will prove his worth to them if it means claiming Hellfire Syndicate as his own. Though he intends to bring a whole new level of fun for the gang. Theme Song

Description:
The closest to the leader, in charge of command when the Boss is away, as well as any tasks the Boss chooses to give him. Also acts as the primary assassin when necessary. Needs to be fiercely loyal, independent, and intelligent.

They also work alongside public relations to find new places to donate to in order to win civilian favor.Though it is the leader who puts most of the funds into the gang for them to use and it will never be seen that they are low. Needs to be charming, educated, and confident.

Extended History In this is a run down of past leaders of Hellfire as well as its history, however,in the ancient and old history most of it is lost and forgotten. Understand this is a of span over hundreds of years with few people due to fire elemental being near immortal. The years/timespan of it are also vague (if there are any available) due to the overall guild not having actual years when things happened. Ancient History -

- Old History
Romulus Langley & Eleonora Clovis: After Hellfire was divided and most of its culture ruined by Rasmus, there was a period where it was ruled by two completely different people. While their motives were the same, taking back their old way of life, the two didn't see eye to eye on how it should be done. Romulus believed only way to achieve their goals, without ruining their history was through peaceful protests of the like, however, Eleonora was filled with hate and saw the only way to take it back was through violence. Because of this, the two gangs often fought each other more than they did the Government. Ideally they two were supposed to take each other out, but in the end Eleonora won full control of Hellfire. From there she invoked fear among the people and ruled with an iron fist until she could reclaim what was rightfully theirs. Unfortunately she was killed off after becoming far too arrogant and careless.
Maverick Llewellyn: Following after Eleonora, Maverick walked her footsteps almost to a T having starting from a foot soldier that fought on her side and rose up to the leader. Though, along the way he was more set on power and could careless about restoring Hellfire to it's original origins. They had strayed to far to ever go back. However, he refused to fall to hubris the same way Eleonora did.With intentions of staying alive, he retreated the gang into the shadows, only appearing every so often to remind the people who was in control of the city. Eventually they became a story that parents told their kids at night to get them to behave. The gang became displeased with this and killed Maverick. The one to do it was the executioner, Constantine.
Current Roughly a span of 30 to 60 years
Constantine Valdrian: After having killed off Maverick, Constantine brought Hellfire back out into the public once more. He was acted more like a typical gang leader, constantly in your face if you so much looked at him wrong. Despite this he was still a relatively reasonable man to his gang and to most of the city folk. He knew well enough that if Hellfire were to return back into the public without being shunned away, they would have to win the approval once more. This being more current, he is the older than the two leaders to follow after him.
Vincent Sinnova: He led the gang for fifteen years after joining and working his way to the top and beat the leader in order to gain control of it. Unfortunately he disappeared without leaving much of a trace. (will edit)
Sylvanus Elderron: Having stalked the gang for a few years, Sylvanus caught word of Vincent's disappearance and took a hold of the opportunity the moment it arose. As far as anyone is concerned he is an outsider with little to no relation to the gang or its origins. He is their current leader and not much is known about him at the moment or what he plans on doing.
