Kinetic Absorption: Keitaro was found to have the ability to absorb kinetic energy and rechannel it into superhuman strength, speed and durability. AIM has modified the Deathlok cybernetics to accommodate Urashima’s native ability.
Deathlok Cybernetic Programming and Equipment:
• Cybernetic Healing Factor: Through AIM technology, Cyrax is able to rapidly repair damage done to both his cybernetic and organic parts within a brief period of time. He has proven capable of fully repairing damaged or destroyed cybernetic and organic tissue inflicted within the span of a few minutes. The more extensive the damage, the longer his reconfiguration program takes to repair his body.
• Superhuman Strength: Cyrax is super-humanly strong and is capable of lifting about 1 ton with supreme effort.
• Superhuman Speed: Cyrax is capable of running and moving at speeds greater than the finest human athlete.
• Superhuman Stamina: Cyrax’s artificial musculature produces less fatigue toxins than the natural musculature of an ordinary human. Keitaro can physically exert himself at peak capacity for several hours before fatigue begins to impair him.
• Superhuman Agility: His agility, balance, and bodily coordination have all been enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of even the finest human athlete.
• Superhuman Reflexes: His reflexes are similarly enhanced and are superior to those of even the finest human athlete.
• Teleportation: Cyrax is capable of using AIM technology to teleport short distances, maximum range 75 meters.
• Cloak: AIM also programmed their cyborg ninja the ability to bend light around himself making Cyrax invisible. The only flaw is if someone is within a couple of feet, they might see a minor distortion where Cyrax is.
• Energy Net: Cyrax can launch from his chest cavity a solidified plasma net that can ensnare, sticking its target – expanding and stretching as the victim struggles.
• Buzzsaw: Cyrax can morph his right hand into sawblades and cut through most materials with surgical steel.
• Thermite Grenades: Cyrax has a dozen of these small yet powerful explosive devices that can be launched or tossed at opponents.
• Plasma Sword: Cyrax is able to project a long blade of pure plasma that can cut through virtually any substance. Metals like steel take a few moments to melt into a molten form.

Bio:
Keitarō Urashima is cram school student who is desperately trying to get into University of Tokyo (Tōkyō daigaku, often abbreviated to Tōdai) because of a promise he had made fifteen years earlier to his first love. This promise, that if two people who love each other and go to Tokyo University together they will live happily ever after, is what keeps Keitarō focused and determined, even though he can not remember the name or face of the girl with whom he made the promise to.
After failing the entrance exams twice and becoming a second-year rōnin (a high school student who did not pass the college entrance exams), his parents kick him out of his house, forcing him to move into his grandmother Hinata's home in Hinata City (日向市 Hinata-shi?), a hot-springs village in Kanagawa Prefecture overlooking Sagami Bay. Hinata's residence is a hotel called the Hinata House, located at 1 Hinata Street; what he does not know at this time is that the hotel had been converted into a girls-only dormitory. Despite an embarrassing and painful run with the residents which almost forces him to leave, he stays upon finding out that Hinata has given him the title and deed to the Hinata establishment. As the new landlord and manager, he must oversee and maintain the residence, a fact which upsets the girls. Even though the girls think of him as a pervert, over time he wins them over with his good-natured personality and constant perseverance even under dire pressure. He has a skill for drawing, particularly women.
After a trip with Seta to the USA, Keitarō becomes a skilled martial artist. He is able to match Motoko and on occasion defeats her in battle. Under Seta's wing, he becomes an impressive archaeologist, gaining Seta's uncanny ability to pull artifacts out of the ground practically anywhere. However, he also adopted Seta's bad driving habits and as well suffers from night blindness.
Then, during one of many assaults from several tenants of the Hinata, one fateful fight had drug into Hinata City itself, and a jade giantess appeared fighting three of the girls. During the fight, several buildings were leveled; and after the main battle Keitaro found himself captured by AIM armored soldiers. After ascertaining Keitaro's natural ability, Advanced Idea Mechanics turned the young man into a cyborg with Deathlok programing and equipment putting their own unique spin....
Personality:
Keitarō is extremely kind-hearted and can always be counted on to help out when a friend is in trouble. He has a well-meaning personality, is constantly friendly, dedicated to his studies, and has a genuine concern for all of his friends.
He is luckless around women and is the subject of their violent attacks whenever he accidentally sees them naked or trips and touches them inappropriately. Despite such savage beatings, he is incredibly resilient (even a rocket does not do real harm).
As Cyrax, the cyborg programming completely supplants Keitaro's normally caring personality -- making him completely obedient to his masters. AIM programmed Cyrax to be a perfect killing machine.
