Charlotte: Wow, Lisa. This place is huge & who's your husband, what is he a biologist of? Why did you bring me here? *She looked at Lisa a bit confused.*

"Pretty much anything with a heartbeat, Charcoal." She teased with a wink before scanning her prints a the bay door.

Lisa, who is with you?

"It's a code s, dearest."

With that, the door opened and she walked inside. "I thought he'd be able to clear some things up. If something is wrong with you or different-- he'll know."

Dr. Mars stood at the end of the hallway with a grin on his face. "This is a pleasant surprise." He greeted Lisa with a kiss. "And you must be the specimen."

Lisa punched his arm. "Don't call people specimens... it's rude. This is Charlotte. She says she is a mermaid from Neverland."

"I've heard stranger things-- but that is pretty far fetched." Dr. Mars adjusted his glasses and bent down to get a closer look at the young girl... "Lets get a cat scan and a blood test... maybe a skin sample. Hmm?" He asked Charlotte with a grin. "Lisa, why don't you get her sprayed down and into some clean scrubs." He instructed before walking away with a whistle and a skip in his step.

Lisa sighed. "Todd's introduciton was just as strange. Trust me. Now lets go get you showered."

[Charlotte followed Lisa to the Examination Room]
Charlotte: Lisa, Your husband seems really nice to me & is this building some sort of hospital? *looks at the bathtub & shower stall* What is this mini-ocean along with the Mini Grotto in this room & why is the mini ocean empty? [Charlotte thought for a second; "I never had a doctor's appointment before. This place looks more like a Hospital than a Lab."] What was so strange about Todd's introduction, Lisa?

Lisa let out a hearty laugh. "The mini ocean and grotto sprout water at will. Step right on in!" She really would fit right in. If Carmichael allowed it. "This facility has many floors and sections. This part is a lab-- the other part is likely a hospital-- but I've only ever seen the lab."

Lisa chuckled to herself as Charlotte sang to herself. Lisa sang the 'oh-oh's with her once she got used to the pattern of the song. She grabbed some scrubs and a towel, setting them next to her. "Your singing is lovely. Get dressed. Carmichael is ready for you."

Charlotte: Lisa, they're wonderful! *twirls around laughing in them* I like them! Oh and coming. *Follows Lisa to where Dr. Mars is in his office* Oh. Hello. You must be Lisa's husband. I'm Charlotte. [Charlotte looks at the Examination Room where Dr. Mars will be preforming the exam.] How many Exam Rooms and O.Rs are there in this building anyway, doctor?

"Yes, scrubs are all the rage these days! All the kids are wearing them!" Lisa chuckled and lead Charlotte out to the lab floor. She wasn't fond of labs, but she was very fond of Carmichael, so she was alright for now. Staying out of their way, she sat in the corner and pulled out her sketchbook...

Dr. Carmichael Mars

"Well, aren't you a curious one." Dr. Mars observed, ignoring her questions about the lab. "Come sit on this table, please." He patted the table that went into the scanner. He waited for her to comply to his request as he got a syringe ready… turning to her once she climbed onto the table, he took her arm and flicked the vein on top of the bend in her arm and sterilized it. "Look at Lisa and cough." As she did, he made the injection and took a blood sample… "Good girl." Leaving for a moment, to put the blood in a machine, he returned with a clipboard and grinned down on her. "I want you to lye down and stay very still… the cat-scan here is relatively fast-- but still takes a minute or so. Can you handle that? Hmm?" He asked. "Then we'll have a little chat. How about that?" Carmichael asked with a chuckle at his corny rhyme.

Charlotte: Of course, doctor. *looks at the bandage on where her blood test took place on her arm. It contained a Toy Story Disney pattern, then lied down on the bed for the CAT Scan* And I'd love too! [During the CAT Scan, Charlotte gives herself some thought as she lied down still: "These people are really nice to me & I wonder what Todd is like?"]

The hustle of the SWAT team had Penny rigid and terrified. A yelp escaped her lungs as she was scooped up and carried off. They tossed her into the van next to Layla. She had NEVER seen anything like this and was going into an anxiety attack when Dr. Mars joined them in the same van.

"Hello, Penny. I'm sorry about all of the fuss... don't worry. You aren't in danger. They're taking us back to the lab... I take it that you ran into some trouble trying to swim to Atlantica?"

Penny looked at him blankly and tried to calm her breathing. "Yes... I can't breath under water and my legs are-- weak and useless." She replied, clasping Layla's hand in hers. "Dr. Mars won't harm us."
