If I am inactive for a long period of time, will I lose my pets? No; in our shop we keep in record who owns what within our owner's list (as long as it is certed). It is the parton's job to keep their pets saved to their own PB. If you leave for long periods of time you will not lose your pets as long as you keep them saved.
Who can I contact if someone is bullying me within the shop? I am the owner of the shop. I take care of all issues as well as Color, Cert, Organize. If someone is bullying you or being crude in general they will be taken care of. I will not allow bullying in any of my shops and if it happens then there will be punishment if my warning is not heard.
Who do I contact if I wish not to be matched with someone else in a Mixed Breeding? (Random Breeding Generator) You private message the colorist(s) whom are running the special event. Be sure to have a reminder whenever we do this because some of us can/could be forgetful when it comes to that.

Have Questions about Tickets?~
Why aren't my Event Tickets up to counted? Normally I am very good about keeping up. Either it is two things: One, you have not posted your tickets from when you quoted me(No I do not count being quoted as a point claimed that is just the ticket. It is your job to post them in the "Event Ticket" thread to help me keep track of them.)Or two, I need a reminder. Running 3 shops can be rather hard at times and I forget things here and there.
How do I obtain the other tickets?(Full-Custom, Semi, Surprise, Breeding, 1 Extra Foal, ect..) You can either get them if I post one randomly within the shop. Just quote it first. OR enter one of the Tier's in the Gift Box.
...Gift Box? Yes, Gift Box. There are 2 Tiers. One costs less and is harder to win things from and has less Tickets within. The other is more expensive and has more Tickets in. Each Tier you have to feed in the Event Tickets you claimed to get turns. Each Tier has a limit, however, you can possibly get lucky and win multiple things from them. The Gift Box opens on the 1st of every month.
Okay.. so what do I do with my other Tickets? All Tickets have their own thread now. All Custom Tickets can be posted in the Custom section for me to keep track of, and Breeding Tickets within the breeding section of the guild. Be sure to post them after you get them. Like the Event Tickets, I will only update it if they are in the thread .. otherwise they don't 'exist'.
Why do we Parton's have to post our Tickets in these threads? It honestly helps me out a lot. Event Tickets would grow out of hand having to surf through dozens and even hundreds of pages to count. I am too forgetful at times to keep up posting them as soon as they are quoted. And well, I prefer it. It takes a load off me and less to worry about.
Can I order a Cosplay? I know some shops do not allow this, but yes, we do allow Cosplays to be ordered. AS long as they are not already claimed. A Cosplay can not be done twice. We have a thread of claimed cosplays in our guild. Be sure to check it out before you order if you do.
Can I order a Rare? You may only order a rare from me. I have a set price and am the owner. I used to not allow it at all. Others may be allowed to in the future but for now.. Yes if it is from myself. No if it is from anyone else unless they come to me first for my permission. I range my prices it anywhere from 5mil to 100mil+ depending on difficulty(Hippocampus and Kelpie Breeds came from this, I only do 2 Rare Customs per Month.. sometimes 3.)
If I order a Custom and it has wings will the Edited Wings show up on the Rare if I use a Potion? All edits will, wings and everything else on said pet. If you use a Butterfly Pegasus potion you have the choice of having your pets edited wings or the Butterfly Wings.(Example: Our new Pegasus Breed came from this.)
How do I use my Tickets for my Custom? You may only use 1 Ticket per Order (cool down of 2 weeks per use so use it wisely). You post your Ticket in the discount area of the format. I will keep track of this.
I have a potion, how do I use it? There is a Format for that in the colorists thread(normally)if they do not have one you may ask them if they do potion growths.

Questions about our Breedings?
If one of the parents are a rare will it grow into one? Absolutely not, you will need a potion to grow it into a rare.
If the Rares have wings will the babies have them too? Only if those wings are originally from regulars(Regulars which had wings before grown into Rares)which were edited on. Not the rare lines. The babies will get all edits of the parents but they will not get any wings that belong to the Butterfly Pegasus.
So I can breed my regulars with rares? Yes.. all horses/rares can breed. Well, almost all. Centaurs can only breed with other centaurs. However, they get more foals because of this.
If I breed my horse will it go through the box to adult stage? No, you will get Foals. Though it will still have 1 month to become an adult. It would be kinda weird for Horses or rares to breed boxes.. no?
Where do I use my Ticket? Just post it with your order at the bottom if it. You may only use 1 ticket per order and it has a 2 week cooling period so you be sure to use your tickets wisely.
