The Summer NaNoWriMo characters. Unfortunatly I can't start it til the 23rd of June. Because of highly important exams and that's when they end basically. Obviously these notes are incomplete but it's all in my journal as well, so when the journal gets completed I will celebrate very LOUDLY.
So, here we go with the next big thing>

Bio> Val, well to put it one way Val was always the quiet, lanky looking geeky kid who constantly got picked on because of his need to wear specialist glasses. They are nebulous and quite rightly so, for behind them is a sever amount of charred skin as to were his eyes should be. Amazingly technology has been advanced enough to give our Val the ability to see... in black and white with faint shades of pink. Typically he is sarcastic and competitive. However, still made into the position of the Resistant Force Team S's leader. Although Val may seem young he is very intelligent when it comes down to it. Also to his disadvantage he suffers from mild Tourettes, which makes him twitch uncontrollably when he is nervous or trying to think. He also holds the ability to freak out his team with his freaky charred eyes, but rarely uses this to any advantage. Val is quick to prove himself and won't have anyone call him a coward or incapable because of his disability. And if anyone were to doubt him, or indeed underestimate him, it may well be the last thing they ever do.
During his childhood, he spent most of it in and out of care homes and the moment the threat of a invasion occurred, he, unlike most others who shrugged it off, instantly enrolled himself into the organisation of freedom fighters who had been predicting this for years.
He is fast, and agile to a certain extent. Exceptionally quick with a gun and skilled in sword play as well as hand to hand combat. His weaknesses lie in short range firing, although he never suffers from not being able to see in the dark.

Bio> My pretty little scientific nerd. Posh kid, brought up with everything. Protected and down right babied, former etiquette student. But couldn't abide it. However, Syd can not stand computers. So who on earth is she the scientific one?! You ask, so what happens is everything that needs to be through computers is done through Phil who is the computer geek. Syd is also a dab hand at inventing. However, Syd sticks with helping with the plans along with Val. Sydney's got a good shot and has had some training in the past.
But Syd has had somewhat of a difficult past. When the invasion began her whole family were killed in the first of a series of massacres. Fortunately she escaped and instead got sent to one of the work camps. Which later got breached by a resistant team and along with many others she escaped and got taking into one of bases and basically trained up from the age of 13. Through this she met Val.

Bio> Ant, next big shot in this team. Quiet and deliberate. Although he does tend to get hot-headed when it comes down to certain subjects. For example he is incredibly over protective of his little baby sister and doesn't trust her for tuppence. Which is one of the reasons why she came to be on the team also because he wants to keep an eye on her and stop her from getting into any more trouble.

Bio> Jay-Jay might look incredibly innocent and sweet right now but this little heart throb can cut out your gizzards and decorate the walls with your brains if you're not careful. Sweetie Pie Jane may not have her 'power' [sappy until a better calling comes to mind.] but she's quick with a gun and the teams best pilot. When not in hysterics that is. Hot headed and quick to explode but even quicker to forgive. Also young Janey is weirdly good with computers but doesn't let on. Just occasionally hacks into Phil's computer just to get a kicks. But it's because she's got an amazing talent for wait for it. Games, console games that is. Jane although some may think you could trust her; Big Brother Antony knows otherwise, Jane can not be trusted with a barge poll and quite rightly so as said before Jane is a very pretty young teenage girl. Who without being closely watched could easily lead down a route of false love in Ant's opinion, although Jane always makes sure to assure him that she is not that gullible, which, sometimes she in fact is.
Jane as well as having Ant as her older brother, she also has an older sister and another older brother. Both, along with their parents are assumed to be dead. After all they were as I like to call them "registered". However, Jane was caught in amongst a panic stricken crowd during one of the round ups of people and ended up in a work camp. Until the team which Ant became apart of came along and busted her out. Due to prementioned reasons. [well they will be. Once I've typed up Ants.]
So you maybe wondering, 'Why on earth is a 15 year old girl on a high level resistance operation?' Well, dear reader I will explain, when they busted Ant out he and Val had words, Ant demanded his sister be on the team. Also she knew about Ant being unregistered and could easily tell the invaders of his secret, so Val agreed, and thus Jane became the surprise member, however, to stop the others critising this judgement they upped Jay's age by nearly 4 years convincing them that she was 18 nearly 19. Of course, when you drop in the middle of a different dimension, the governments want to find out what the hells going on. And splits them up and forms are filled in. Jane, writes in the wrong age and thus leads to many a question.

Bio> Former cartoonist. Taken to publishing information for the Revolutionists. Was well known for being a cartoon mimic, taking the mick out of everything, and mostly when the invasion did occur, the invaders became the butt of his jokes. To cut a long story short, those dearie aliens which I'm still working on were none to happy about this and quickly locked him up in high security cell, waiting for execution. Fortunately for him, Val wanted him on the team and they went to the trouble of busting him out. Going the insiders way.

Bio> My nerdy mathematical gal. In the holders, mechanics all the way. Our Phil the oldest of the team and responsible for half the equipment that the team uses. Covered in head to foot in only god knows what. But knows how to laugh with one of the funniest personalities to keep that moral high. Phil's the 'largest' of the group, but she couldn't give a damn, happy with whats she's got. Although she was aware of the looks her fellow team mates gave her when she was first enrolled into the team. Not a bad shot, but should stick with the day job. Which is first and for most the mechanics of the team and secondly the computers.
