Name: Manannan Mac Lir
Personality: Mac Lir is a confident stallion who is very, very aware of how handsome he is. He loves nothing more than being admired by the ladies- and admiring them in return. Outside of his flirtations he enjoys travelling and exploring the world. He's often in the company of his friend Asli, and the two have become adept hunters. Asli is the sly feline on the ground and Mac Lir is death from above. Lately though Asli has been spending more time with his mate and Mac Lir finds himself wandering alone.
Involvement as a parent: He will be the primary caretaker in the lives of the foals. Morrigan will also be around, probably causing more trouble than helping. Asli will pop in now and again to check on them and make sure everything is fine.
The Mother:
Name: Foxglove Boneblossom
Personality: Foxglove is a weirdo - and that is meant with the utmost affection and the highest regard. She's obsessed with the macabre; monsters and death, creepy rumours and the like. If there's a haunted area; she's there. Seen a dead body? Point her in the direction. It's not that death makes her happy - she mourns just the same as others. But she knows it's a part of life and there's nothing that can prevent it. To die you first must live and that is something that should be celebrated.
her weirdness aside, she's a very happy mare and out going. while initially she will come off strong - she wants to be everyone's friend - she will adjust to her situation depending on who she is interacting with (this includes talk of her interests. Some aren't comfortable with it and that's fine with her)
Involvement as a parent: Foxglove will leave once the kids can fend for themselves. Whether they follow her or not is up to them. Her leaving is not a sign of any ill will - it's just in her family's nature to leave foals to their own (as her mother left her) and if any of the kids follow her she won't send them away
The Aunt
Name: Morrigan Nic Lir
Personality: She's a very loving and flirtacious young mare who very much takes after her brother, except she tends to go for the wrong types of stallions.
Involvement: She will be very prominent in these foals lives and will act like a big sister to them almost since she was raised by her brother and just recently grew herself. She will likely take them on wild adventures while her brother isn't looking and cause all sorts of mischief. She truly does mean well though.

Name: Asli Belrose
Personality: He's inherited Alayna's free spirit and adventurous tendencies. Shortly after reaching "adulthood" he slipped away from the family unit without a word, off on a grand adventure to see what he might. He feels a small pang of regret that he didn't leave word with someone before leaving, but he wasn't one for tearful goodbyes, and there was certainly going to be tears from someone.
He's grown to understand on some level that their family is very different, and he perhaps most of all. There is some sort of stigma against those with paws, something he didn't really understand. He'd heard the whispered word "skinwalker" before, but he has no idea really what sort of creature that might be. He is sometimes met with fear, where his other family members might only be met with curiosity or disdain. Part of the reason he left home was to explore this part of himself, to see what it meant to be pawed instead of having hooves, and to find out what a skinwalker might be.
He still enjoys to challenge societal norms or tend towards the quirky and strange. He finds those who are different stare less and are a little more accepting to him and his family unit. He is defiant of rules in a lot of cases, though not in anyway that might bring harm to others, at least not on purpose. He still has a good heart and a general desire to be good, if mischievous.
He has a very romantic view of love. Having heard about and seen what his parents did to be together and the subsequent miracle of his and his siblings' birth he believes that love is absolutely sacred. He hopes to one day find the sort of love that would defy all convention or resistance like his mothers' love. He sees having children as an act of miracle, regardless how they came to be, naturally or by the magic of wishing stars. Life is precious, and love is not to be trivialized.
Involvement: He's basically "Uncle Asli", who comes around just to make sure Manannan has them fed and sheltered. He'll play games with the kids and teach them different hunting techniques.
