What are blind date breedings?
When applying for a normal breeding slot, you post two Pokémon that you'd like to breed, either two of your own or one of your own and one of someone else's. For a blind date breeding, you only post one single Pokémon. The resulting 2-3 babies are a mix of your Pokémon's appearance and the colorist's choice. You will receive at least one egg of the same species of the Pokémon you provided and at least one egg of the species of a Pokémon in the same egg group.

Blind date breedings have a flat price of 10bil each. There's no upcharge for genetic line edits, nor can you use discount coupons to lower the price. When slots open, a colorist who will be working on the breedings will make a post in this thread indicating where to send your trades.

Slots will be left open either for a certain length of time or until a certain number of applications have been posted. When slots close, either all of the entries will be accepted or a number of winners will be rolled. You may only participate in blind date breedings once per slot opening. If you win a breeding slot, be it normal or blind date style, you may not enter the next breeding of any kind unless at least six months have passed.

BLIND DATE SPECIAL RULES

All breedings will result in a Pokémon with unique colors and/or markings.
In a breeding with physical (non accessory) line edits, there is a small, random chance for some or all of the babies to have similar physical line edits.

Note: In-character, the eggs will be a result of either an encounter with a random wild Pokémon or, if the trainer is a Rocket, a DNA pseudo-breeding through Team Rocket's labs. Please keep this in mind when selecting a Pokémon for a blind date breeding.
