Cybelle opened the door to his dorm room and heard pouting inside, as normal Cybelle was calm and collected. His inner balance didn't change often though sometimes it got annoyed for example when he had to go to the beach for science class. Cybelle walked into the room and saw the Bahp he had seen on the beach sitting on the bed on the other side of the room. Cybelle didn't know what to say, but the Bahp looked sad. Cybelle tried to smile, which was small and uncertain, Cybelle didn't smile often and it often felt forced. He said quietly "Umm are you alright??"

Cybelle blinked trying to process the rapid change in emotions, luckily he had grown up in a chimera family, so crazy mood swings weren't really new to him. "Yes I am Cybelle and this is my dorm room too, and your Wren right??" Cybelle asked watching the Bahp nearly bouncing in place with excitement, poor guy must have been really lonely. Cybelle preferred calm and quiet, but this guy was cute. So Cybelle decided to forgive the excited outbursts, besides at least Wren wasn't screaming and fighting. The Bahp didn't look the type, for that sort of drama luckily. Cybelle moved over to the other bed to put down his things and turned to Wren, then waited to see what Wren would say next.

Cybelle was happy to see that was calming down and wouldn't always be so excited about him being there, at least not to a dramatic level. Some part of Cybelle did want Wren to like him, the thought made Cybelle's cheeks turn a slightly darker grey. Cybelle felt silly having a crush on a guy he had just met, but there it was. It wasn't like he tried to make his heart beat faster, looking at Wren's cute carrot top hair and freckles, but that was how Cybelle felt. He wanted to wacky his head on the wall, if Taffy ever found out about this he would never hear the end of it, she would likely have a fit or worse tease him forever that he had a crush on Wren. Gah, the drama she would cause, luckily Wren was pretty sure she wasn't at the academy. That was one of the many reasons he had come here in the first place. Cybelle's thoughts tumbled and wandered till he heard Wren's question and he said. "I like tinkering, working on machines, reading.. playing chess. What about you??"

Cybelle smiled listening to Wren speak, the guy was so sweet and sounded like the perfect person for Cybelle, he wanted someone who wanted to be a home body since he was an in the shop kinda guy. Cybelle blushed, thinking so far in the future, was silly. Then Cybelle heard the thunder, and the rain hitting the window, at first Cybelle didn't think anything of it really till he heard Wren squeak and hide on his blanket. Cybelle got up and went over to Wren's bed and sat down on the bed and said "It's ok Wren your safe."

Cybelle couldn't help himself, when Wren pulled him under the covers Cybelle grabbed Wren and cuddled him and then kissed his cheek and said "It's ok Wren I'm right here I'll protect you, don't worry." Cybelle felt so protective over sweet sensitive Wren. Wren had such a warm, big heart, that much was clear and they had only just met, but being with him felt right, Cybelle knew senior year he would marry Wren. He wouldn't dramatically reject his betrothed like his family expected, she and they would just have to understand he had found his mate and learn to deal with it.
