comic books: Anaís has a lot of time alone, so she's taken up reading anything she can get her paws on (it's a little difficult, but she manages). She likes books about superheroes and magical girls, where they've got pretty pictures and she doesn't have to squint: and comics tend to have tougher pages, so she's not as worried about accidentally tearing them up!

ROMPING WILDLY THROUGH THE GRASS: She's a kitten, and the Destiny City parks don't have any signs about 'no cats allowed', right? Aside from the occasional dog deciding she looks small enough to actually be a toy, Anaís' favorite place in the world is any place with dew-spattered grass and stone pathways.

a wandering soul: Anaís is, by some definitions, a homeless cat; but she takes care of herself and looks pitiful at people, so there are neighborhoods and houses where she's been recognized as one of the strays that hangs around. And if they won't, well, she's a smart cookie -- there are ways to push doors, to open windows, that a cat's clever paws can manage. There are so many skills her Senshi doesn't have -- lockpicking or baking or climbing a tree -- and Anaís will just have to make up for that! She'll be so strong and so wise they'll make one complete unit.

Virtues:
inquisitive: Curiosity didn't kill the cat, in this case. She'll stick her nose into places it's not meant to be. Anais will take 'no' for an answer at surface value, but she really does want to know more, to understand the backstory of the decision. There's always more to learn about the world and each other, after all!

empathetic: Even though Anaís is kind of a brat sometimes, when it comes to other children and youth, she's as high-empathy high-sympathy as it gets. She understands where you're coming from, and she wants to help, and if what's best for her is just listening then she'll listen as best she can. She'll try her best to do something about it, to make others feel better, but oftentimes the actual best she will and can do is just - listening.

Flaws:
wishy-washy: What does Anais want? That's an interesting question. She can never decide what she wants, only that she does, and she wants it terribly; but if it's the blueberries or the strawberries, the Superman comics or Batman comics, when she has more than one option that're relatively equal she loses most capability to decide further. She doesn't want them both - but she doesn't know what she wants, precisely.

never satisfied: Anais wants what you have, and is never satisfied with what she possesses; every day it's more, more, more. She wants your breakfast, she wants your everything; things are nice to think about owning, but they lose their luster when they're solid and real. So often she's frustrated with the limits of her body, wishes for thumbs, real human-person thumbs, not just extra toes (and even with a human form she can't stay in it all the time, not like she wants) - she wants more to life than she has, and always will.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION : CAT FORM

Face/Ears: Just generally a very solid face -- think applehead Siamese rather than modern. Ears a bit too big for the head.

Body: Still technically a kitten; fluffy, with a kink at the end of the tail. Big fluffy paws, a little disproportionate to the rest of her. Anaís is a polydactyl, and has one extra toe on each of her front paws! (This is probably not equatable to an extra finger on each hand as a humanoid?? God I hope not)

Fur: Think this and this. Semi-fluffy, with a very dark red forehead star. Missing a little bit of fur around her nose, so it's all skin-colored.

Eyes: Golden-red hazel.

Accessories: CC? Diamond-shapes or poppy-flowers suggested.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION : HUMAN FORM

Eyes: Golden-red hazel, long lashes, a perpetual surprised expression.

Hair: Fluffy, long spiralling curls, a reverse bob -- has her bangs pinned back by jewelled hairpins. A very light grey.

Face: Snub nose, dark circles under the eyes that have nothing to do with sleep...kind of a rectangular face, honestly. Awkward teenagery. She looks maybe eleven? Big uneven dashes of freckles all across. Approximately the same skintone as Chrysocolla.

Clothes: Here's an inspiration board, I guess? Her entire aesthetic should be very art deco, as in the architectural/illustrational style. Maybe put some poppy-flower motifs in there.
Diamond-shape motif, maybe thigh-high spats to match Sailor Warhol's first-stage art?
