Ecneloiv is a land that consists mostly of swamp. Portions of villages are submerged in swamp, even the minor kingdoms, The Major Kingdom Foslevel and cities are either built specifically to be above the swamp or are also submerged in swamps. Because of this typically people do not choose to live in this area as it has poor living conditions and poor upkeep.
