Uhm, right, after someone suggesting very STRONGLY it was LANG LANG LANG LANGLEY! that I start a fanfiction thread, here it is.
Post links to any good ones you know, opinions on them (be gentle) that sort of yadda yadda.

Anyways, yes. Once I actually read some Eva poops, I'll post my thoughts on them.
... Altho... "Touch" was a really... interesting piece of Eva fiction... it can be found at evafics.org under the author name "Random1337"

I have read one that takes place after EoE. It was kindof good. It had some new pilots and Evas but most of the original characters were stil there. I can't find it anymore but it was called Neon Genesis Extream.

Ohh after EOE ones are neat I think.
Like "Wake" by Hotwire. That one was pretty effin detailed.
I think Random's fic entitled "Deviance" went along with the actual series and carried on thru to EOE ... which was also cool.

"Touch" was a really... interesting piece of Eva fiction... it can be found at evafics.org under the author name "Random1337" If you find his profile, also read "Lonely Hearts" crying That one had me going.... ninja Some of these fics are in the link section. I think there's a separate section for it now. Most of the Eva fanfics I read were pretty predictable, so I have yet to read a pretty decent one.

Is it written by him? I think his name is Random1377 because that profile for Eva fanfics is huge and there's nothing for Random1337.

For those of you unfamiliar with MSTing fanfics, think of the show Mystery Science Theater 3000 except substitute in fanfiction for movies. For those of you unfamiliar with Mystery Science theater 3000, the premise of the show is one guy and two puppets sitting in front of a bad movie and making fun of it. A very amusing show. Sci-Fi channel still reruns it sometimes and some of the DVDs have been released. All of the avatars who I mentioned in the other post are there. Speaking of which, I'd like herein to appologize for that feat of extreme asshattery. I know I have no right to criticize people who do put some serious effort into their work. Although, they all did give permission for formal MSTs by this group, so I don't think they're super sensitive about it. ANyways, sorry about that. I just thought some of you might find it amusing. Guess I was wrong. But that shouldn't deter you from looking at the site. Not all of the fics are Eva MSTings, but a good number are. They're amusing.

She stormed over and planted herself in front of a MAGI terminal. “Maya!” she snapped. “Someone’s put all these flowers and chocolates and crap on my desk! Throw them out right away! They’ll get in the way of my...” here she stopped and sighed sensually, running her hands smoothly down her body. “Tests.” “Okay, Sempai,” Maya grumbled, snatching away the brightly coloured flora and the nougat-filled candy. “Oh... take these too,” Ritsuko added absently, passing her slightly disgruntled assistant some large, heart-shaped balloons that said Sempai, Will U B Mine?? “Of course,” grated Maya, grabbing the offending objects and stamping out of the room, pushing past a surprised Shinji and Asuka." heart heart heart xd

I'm now thinking on writing my own eva fanfic... I dunno though... *shrugs* me and my friend have partially written one (though it's sort of a fanfic/RPG mix) on American McGee's Alice (pc game)... si I dunno if I'd be any good at it... no self-insertion though! Those always seem to go badly... sweatdrop
