The Fallen sat in his dorm room, looking over his book selection to figure out what he was going to read this quiet night. Normally it was so easy for him to pick out a book, but recently he had begun to overthink and question everything. Everything was moving way too fast for him. Classes were ending, he was this close to being a senior and being able to graduate from the academy, his childhood crush just asked him to be his boyfriend, and he had a girlfriend too? Esrael's mind was screaming at him.
For the longest time he had always imagined a relationship being between two people. Now? Now he wasn't sure what he thought. He loved both of them so much, but there was still that nagging voice in his mind telling him there could only be one person he loved. Ever since he could remember, he had been in love with Joseth, that much was clear to him. Burvia...he had almost considered her a rival at one point because he knew she too had feelings for Joseth.Esrael shouted before throwing his book into a nearby chair and collapsing on his bed. What was even going on anymore?
He sat there, mulling over everything in his head. If everyone agreed on the situation and no one got ignored...no harm done, right? He cared for both of them. Burvia was the one that said she liked both of them. Jo obviously had feelings for the both of them. Maybe it wouldn't be as hard as he thought it was going to be. Maybe. Just maybe. This would actually work out. As he came to terms with everything, his mind began to settle. They would just have to see what the future brought them. Smiling, he got up and grabbed the book he had chosen to read. Cracking the book open and beginning to read it, this was the first time in a few days that his mind was calm enough so that he could actually focus on the book.
Yeah, maybe a relationship doesn't have to be only between two people. Maybe three people really could have a healthy relationship.
