Full Dragon Form

[b]Ability:[/b] While in Full Dragon Form the user is able to use breath their element in one of two ways. The first way is through a stream of continuous elemental energy which extends for 75 feet, and is 15 feet wide and tall at it's farthest point from the mouth. The stream can last as long as the user continues to pay to use it. The second way is through spitting balls of elemental energy from the mouth. The balls of elemental energy are 15 feet in spherical diameter, and can travel up to 150 feet before dissipating.
[i]-In addition to the damage based on cost, breath attacks can deal +10 damage per rank.[/i]
