While queens could either be seen as scary or sweet, Ysandere finds the perfect balance of both. She is charismatic and kind when she meets her civilians but she is stern with her knights and murderous with her criminals. She doesn't like showing weakness in front of anyone.
History
Ysandere grew up a princess. Her father spoiled her the moment she popped out of the womb. Her mom was always distant but it wasn't because of anything Ysandere did. She knew this inside but she couldn't help but try to please her mother. Doing chores around the castle, creating problems so she could fix them herself, she was a desperate child trying to please her mother. Eventually... However life made it clear that she no longer had to do that.
Her mother passed away quite suddenly and instead of coming to terms with it by crying she ignored it completely. She needed to please someone so she decided to turn to her father. Learning to fight was all she could do. Her father had always made side comments about wishing she was a boy, that he didnt want to give his throne to a woman and Ysandere worked hard to make him change his mind. Becoming a knight was her first goal, but before she could finish her knight training she had to stop. Because her father had passed away.
Since continuing her training would put her country in an uncomfortable situation she stopped at the rank of Ruby. While she is still powerful, she relies on others to protect her and her kingdom. But if it ever came down to it she would rise to the occasion.
Goals
Her goal is to simply ... help. Her kingdom, her people. It's all she really wants. However her council has been recently pestering her about a heir.
Technique Name: Empathic Reading Description: Empathic Reading allows Dawn Fairies to read the emotions and feelings of a designated target. They can tell if a person is hiding their nervousness, lying, telling the truth, if one's emotions they are displaying are truly genuine and the like. -Must specify who's emotions you are attempting to read. -While you may tell if someone is lying or not, you would not know specifics, if someone is telling partial truths, or lied about one thing and told the truth about another before you've used this you will feel a jumble of truths and lies. -DOES NOT HELP AGAINST TELLING IF A PERSON IS FEINTING IN A FIGHT. Her personality, in short, isn't... welcoming to others. She is quiet and cunning, she only speaks to those she has to and if she isn't put up to a task by a superior she will not do it. She isn't lazy... She is conservative.
History
Her history is probably one that has been heard many times. Her parents were lost at war. Because of this she shut down, became more serious, and her eyes no longer had that... Spark. However she didn't want to end her life there. Her life was not her parents, she could make a change as long as she found something to change for. And that was when she saw her. She didn't fall in love with the queen, Ysandere, it was a simple glance that gave her hope.
She worked hard but she eventually clawed her way to the top, becoming a certified mage and enlisting under the queen's name.
She can manipulate nature, as in plants and trees.
Clan Ability

Gregory is seen as scary and ruthless, most people believe him to be a emotionless killer. The only person he does not act like this is around the Queen, Ysandere. When around her he tends to be gentle and kind.
History
Gregory has been around for so long that he does not remember his exact age, only what day he was born on. When Whitehaven was first established its leader fought Gregory themselves because he was causing a lot of mayhem in the country. The ruler managed to not only best Gregory in a fight but then bound him in service with a spell. At first Gregory despised waiting for the day he would be free to destroy those who captured him. However as the time passed and he watched the ruler and how kind they were, his mind and attitude changed. Since then he has served every ruler in doing whatever they needed. His official title places him as an adviser and so he often gives advice when it come to decisions of the state. The only thing Gregory has loyalty to is the queen.
Goals
Gregory's only goals are to simply help, protect and serve the Queen.
Blood Magic: Gregory stores his own blood (health) in order to use it later for effects.

Drain Technique Technique Name: Blood Drain (Chose Fairy) Description: Those with this trait drink blood much like their ancestors did in order to regenerate and rejuvenate. However those with this Trait are more use to one Clan's blood than the others. As such they will gain full benefit from drinking a chosen race's blood, and partial benefit for drinking other Clan's Blood. Using this a Vampire can bite into a victim with their fangs and drain some of their blood. -You must choose a Non-Vampire Clan when you make your character that you gain full benefit from drinking this specific clan's blood. -If the victim is of the chosen clan the victim loses 10 Stamina, 10 Willpower, and 10 Health per post of blood draining, and the user gains this amount. -If the victim is not of the chosen clan the victim loses 5 Stamina, 5 Willpower, and 5 Health per post of blood draining, and the user gains this amount. -You may only drain blood 5 posts during a battle. However due to the concentration it takes rogues can not make an attack while remaining invisible. -Must re-appear BEFORE attacking. -You can not disappear and reappear in the same post, similarly you can not reappear then disappear again in the same post. Calm and analytical in her mindset, Branwyn thinks things through four or five times before ever taking an action. This habit tends to lead to a quiet countenance, as her words are always carefully considered before being spoken. The demoness is a being who loves experiments and learning, tending to spend more time studying than any other real activity, outside or perhaps foraging. Most of Branwyn's studies revolve around the world and how it works. How one can alter these base rules. It makes for a curious person, unafraid of asking for answers others would perhaps prefer to left unknown. While not socially inept, she does tend to think less about how a person will feel about her words and more about getting through a conversation or interaction with as much information gained as possible, and so questions are her primary way of speaking.
History
Being born to a sect of the demon clan known for their nomadic ways, Branwyn grew up with no real home. The only thing close to it was the small tent her parents pitched in each new location. This upbringing led to a great many of adventures for the young demon, showing her more of the world than many see as she traveled the kingdoms and witnessed the lives of the people. It was in this way she was raised and when at last she set out on her own it was in this way she continued, owing loyalty to no one really and preferring to simply go about her research and study with as few difficulties as possible.

Reality Filter: Branwyn's ability is really quite simple, a filter or sieve for reality. She can look at every none living thing around her and alter the reality of said thing, changing it to be something else entirely, alter the way it affects the world, or even alter the way the world affects it. The only real caveats to this ability are that it is in capable or affecting living beings and that it cannot simply remove something from reality, only alter things.

Name: True Demon Form Description: -Your True Form must contain any extra appendage that your normal form has. ie. If your normal form has horns, wings, a tail, and a tentacle then your true form must have all of theses as well. -Your True Form may be activated at will. -Your True Form will grant you a Total Stat Boost of +25 per rank, that may be distributed as pleased among the stats aside from stamina. during initial creation. Being shunned by society for the greater part of his life Hadrian usually kept to himself for a good few hundred years. While not entirely foreign to communication, his speaking skills are few.
History
Not entirely sure on his birth parents, Hadrain usually found himself alone. For the first ten years of his life he spent his time asleep in the ashes of his own egg. By the time he was fifteen he was about the size of a three year old crawling about the boarders of Whitehaven.
One day he was stumbled upon by a farmer in the country side that looked passed his odd appearance. It would be twenty years until the man finally passed on ad the villagers decided to burn down the field he saw as home. Waking up from the burned cinders of the old man's home he traveled on as a young child that knew nothing of the world around him. Years on end he wondered about, meeting newer face as time moved on. Not bothered by it in the slightest and yet deeply curious of the wold so much it looked to others as though he'd burn himself out.
Goals
Hadrain's goal is simple, to roam. During his youth it was the only thing interesting in his long life. To say he is a drifter in the wind would be an understatement. He's also a brilliant blacksmith trying to make it big in the industry.
Incinerate: Dahy's power allows him to burn away anything standing in his way. The air around him will become extremely hot and dry, as a result harder to breathe. By touching a person or object he can inflict serious burns, searing anything within reach. The air itself becomes so volatile that it combusts from the smallest amount of friction.
Clan Ability
Dragon's Legacy Technique Name: Dragon Legacy (Element) Description: This technique allows a Half-Breed dragon to use their breath weapon similar to their ancestor's or a Pure-Breed dragon's in one of two ways. The first way is through a stream of continuous elemental energy which extends for 50 feet, and is 10 feet wide and tall at it's farthest point from the mouth. The stream can last as long as the user continues to pay to use it. The second way is through spitting balls of elemental energy from the mouth. The balls of elemental energy are 10 feet in spherical diameter, and can travel up to 100 feet before dissipating. Also due to the dragon blood and naturally scaley body Half-Breeds they are even more durable than a Pure-breed in human form. Similarly natural claws and teeth basic attacks deal extra damage. -(Element) is chosen and filled in during character creation and can not be changed. -In addition to the damage based on cost, breath attacks deal +10 damage per rank. -Reduce all damage taken by 2 per rank. -Basic Attacks deal +5 Damage per rank. Costs: -Continuous Stream Costs 5 Willpower per post. -Balls of Energy Costs 3 Willpower per ball.
