 Staring down at her cereal was doing nothing to stop her racing mind. It was doing even less to make her think of anything else other than stones. Babies. She wanted a baby. "Uuuuuuuuuuugh!!!!" She rubbed her paws over her face and pushed her bowl away from her. The festival was getting to her and the stone bank was booming with business and she wanted in. But she didn't want to go alone. Maybe... Stella got to her feet and walked into the living room, nudging her lounging roommate's leg with her foot. "Hey, Torie. Can I talk to you about something?"

With a chip still dangling in her mouth, she took a glance to the kitchen then back to her laptop screen. She was curious... but not curious enough to push herself off the couch. Luckily, she didn't have to as Stella came in, "What's up, Starlight?"
She gave a quick pat on the couch beside her, "Take a seat and tell me your woes." Honestly, she always had an ear open for one of the best roomies that she had ever had, Above or Below. Witht that, she offered a chip. The breakfast of champions.

"Just thinking about stuff..." The Grimm plopped down beside her friend and sighed. "I've been spending a lot of time with my nieces, you know? And I keep thinking about maybe having my own kid... Being mom seems like a lot of fun." Stella's ears laid back as her cheeks flushed a bit. "I was thinking... Are you uh... Ooooh...." She covered her face in embarrassment.

"Yeah, you've shown me pictures. They're cute little boogers." With that, she put her arm around Stella's shoulders, though careful of her fluff. She was kinda jealous of Stella's nieces too if she was completely honest, "I think you have a mean case of baby fever."
"Am I...?" the pause was drawn out a bit, but Torie had to keep somewhat composed as she tried to see around Stella's paws, "Stellaluna, are you asking what I think your asking?" A broad smile came across her face without even realizing it. She loved the thought of kids!

Stella blushed and nodded. "Yeah... I am asking that... But if you don't want to, it's totally fine! I just... I don't want to imbue with someone I don't know, you know? And I trust you, you're my best friend..." She couldn't think of anyone she'd rather imbue a stone with, honestly.

Gently setting her chips down on the floor and wiping her hands on her sweats, Torie grabbed up Stella's hands, "I'd love to StellBell. I think you'd be a great mom and I'd love to be your imbuing partner. You're my best friend too, ya know," she winked at that.
The goblin grinned as her friend blushed, "That's actually how I came to be: two besties wanting kids. My parents still go out for coffee every week." Her parents weren't together, but they were still her picturesque friendship. They were everything that she had wanted in a friendship and had found in Stella. "So I don't mind it at all. When were you thinking about heading to the bank?"

Stella grinned widely, looking like an absolute dork as she embraced Torie tightly. "Oh my gosh, thank you so much, Torie!" This was amazing! She could imbue with her best friend and they could raise the little ones together, the way Torie herself was raised! Wait... "Oh... Uh... Well, it's still early, so if you want we can head out in a little bit and do it today...?"

She couldn't help but grin and giggle at the embrace and she quickly returned it. "You don't need to thank me. Thank you for asking... it's going to be so nice, having some kids running around. It'll definitely liven things up around here." She was definitely a goblin, that was for sure. Children were just such glorious little boogers.
Torie gave a quick nod, "Sounds like a plan, Stardust. I should probably get some real pants on before we head out." Sweatpants were probably not the best attire to pick up your potential children. "Maybe we could snag some lunch too? Before or after would be up to you."

She couldn't wait to tell her nieces and Elsie! This was so exciting! "I can't wait... I'm really looking forward to some little ones of my own..." She smiled, nuzzling up to Torie. "I'm down to get lunch before we get over there... Might be good to make sure we've got all the energy we could need for this... Thanks again, Torie. You're seriously the best!"

Torie happily gave Stella a hug, smiling wide, "I'm glad, I can't wait either." She was so happy that she had suggested it. She was at a loss for words.
She pushed herself up and stretched, grinning, "Sounds like a plan! If you buy lunch, I'll pay for the stones." She winked, tail swinging in amusement as she wiped off the last of the chip crumbs from her sweater. Hopefully the children took after Stella in the cleanliness aspect.

This was happening, she was going to be a mom with her best friend! She had to call Elsie and tell her, but she decided it would be best to wait, at least until the stones were imbued. "Deal! So go get dressed and we'll head out shortly." She smiled at her friend. She was looking forward to this.
