Simply Chaos: A Literate J-Rock Role-Playing Game
Keep in mind that while this rpg looks serious and brooding because of the plot, every time I've played it, it's always ended up silly.

~*The Setting*~
Imagine a Japan different from as we know it today. A Japan where the undead and mythical creatures walk among us and disease spreads like a wild fire. This plague affects the mortals and spreads to each person it touches. The immortal, ancient creatures avoid the infected for fear of evil intervention. And the undead are baffled and avoid the disease as well for fear of their own infection. This may seem like a desperate and unstoppable dilemma, but there is one way to stop it, and one way only.

~*The Temple*~  There are very few who know of a small yet sacred temple in the high mountains of Hokkaido. This temple is said to house charms and spells that can cure any sickness or disease that will only work for a group of very gifted and powerful beings. Who better to fix such a problem than those that it affects?

~*The Music (Character Rules)*~  1. All characters must be tied to the plot somehow. 2. Keep OC’s in-tune with music, if anything. 3. All j-rock characters can be twisted into anyway that the player sees fit. 4. But no copy characters (I.E. There can only be one Gackt) 5. PM me with your character bios, don’t post them. Must keep things neat and tidy.

~*The Rules*~  1. Keep the rating PG-13 or one of us shall smite thee. 2. Follow the TOS 3. If there is a character that isn�t reacting, please be patient. These are rather stressing times. WAIT FOR THEM TO SAY SOMETHING, PM them if you need to. DON�T GO TOO FAR AHEAD. 4. If you have a problem with keeping things serious, don�t worry, comedy is good. But keep it literate.

Race: vampire
Age: 467
Gender: male
Bio: There are very few details that he cares to let out to anyone, really. But this is what a character bio is for, ne? As you can tell, Gackt is admittedly old, so he's developed a certain tolerance for the sun. But, he'll only go out in the sun for so long. The way that the plague affects vampires, is it makes them sick for a temporary time. And, if they feed on them enough, the plague can actually kill a vampire. That, and it tastes completely horrible.
Gackt was born a vampire July 4th, 1540. His parents were hunted down and staked when he was young by a group of enraged citizens. They mistook Gackt for a human child that had wandered into the wrong place at the wrong time and left him alone. He matured and raised himself off the land (and an occasional passer-by) He developed a taste for music and languages. He now lives in his candle-filled house with his dog and his cat.
Powers: sucking blood, super strength and speed, (the vampire usuals.)
Weapons: A scythe, Malice Mizer fingernails
Likes: himself, dogs, Hyde, singing, dancing badly
Dislikes: electricity, the sun, stupid people
Strengths: himself, blood, the moon, confusing the random passer-by
Weaknesses: annoying people who don't know when to shut up, dancing well

Band: Malice Mizer/Moi Dix Mois
Band Position: Band Leader (of both)/Guitar

Age: He never says (although it is assumed his late 30’s)
Gender: male
Bio: Mana had a relatively happy life until the age of 10 when he was jumped by a group of older demons that didn't like the fact that he dressed like a girl. The demons picked on him, threw things, and worst of all...ruined his favorite dress. The experience left him so traumatized that he never spoke again. Despite this, he managed to rise to a position of Power (well...somewhat anyway.) as the band Leader of Malice Mizer. He's also managed to come up with a complex language of hand gestures that very few people actually understand (Gackt being one of them.). He stems from the Greek muses of Mythology. He is one of the few Japanese bon Muses, and the only male to date.
Powers: Telepathy (The sign language is usually just to annoy/aggravate/confuse people for his personal amusement), the ability to pout/glare and get what he wants, teleportation (only of himself), and the ability to inspire people simply by touching them
Weapons: Mana is always in position of either a dark blue lace fan with feather rim, or a black lace parasol, both of which he is capable(and well known for) using as weapons, usually to whack someone upside the head. Because of his ability to teleport, he rarely needs to use any sort of weapon.
Likes: Himself, women's fashion, horror movies, cooking, giving Gackt a hard time.
Dislikes: Dressing like a man, stupid people, scary Malice Mizer fangirls/fanboys
Strengths: designing G-Lol clothing, creativity
Weaknesses: Talking (He's...mute...)

Race: Cat Demon
Age: 25
Gender: Female
Bio: This type of cat demon inhabits an island not far from the rabbit demon island. They usually have strong psychic powers of some sort. Izumi is from an island not far from the one Natsumi was born on. She left around the same time Natsumi did. The two met up a few times and became friends, although they never traveled together. She plays the guitar, and hopes to one day start her own band.Powers: Speed, agility, good night vision, stealth, telekinesis
Weapons: Cat claws…nothing else, really..
Likes: making friends, music, playing guitar
Dislikes: upsetting people she likes, having to explain embarrassing things to Natsumi
Strengths: dealing with people different from herself (Like Natsumi and Kyo XD)
Weaknesses: speaking up for herself

Gender: Female
Bio: Die’s younger sister. From a very young age, she began to follow Die around, doing her best to copy everything her big brother did. As she grew, she developed a sense of humor very similar to his, including his love of pranking and annoying others. For whatever reason, she is usually able to pull off a very innocent look, even when getting caught red-handed at prank, and whenever possible, she passes blame on to Die. In an attempt to be more like her brother, she learned English, and also fell in love with English puns and wordplay. She has very good talent with drums (She says they’re the most annoying instrument to practice…hence her favorite.) Despite all of this, she is quick to stand up for her brother and friends. She still tends to follow him around, but not to the degree that she did a child.
Powers: Pyrokenisis, usual vampire tings.
Weapons: She doesn’t use a weapon, relying on her Pyrokenisis to bail her out of jams.
Likes: Pulling pranks, getting Die in trouble, making cheesy jokes
Dislikes: Having to be serious for long period of time, When people don’t fall for her ‘innocent’ act, When Die gets upset with her
Strengths: English, making people laugh, drums
Weaknesses: She sometimes has a hard time being serious when she needs to be, but if she’s given a little time, she can settle down and be serious.
Appearance:  Name: Natsumi
Player: Mana The Cat Demon
Race: Rabbit Demon
Age: 21
Gender: Female
Bio: Natsumi was separated from her parents around the age of 14 and stumbled across Gackt. After much begging and pleading, she agreed to cook and clean for him in return for piano and vocal lessons. She still looks for her parents, and still returns to her native island, but she is over all very happy with her life as it has turned out now. She has developed the smallest crush on Gackt, but isn't brave enough to admit it. She goes about her time, taking care of things for Gackt and his friends. She is happy as long as she is able to make others happy. She is a breed of rabbit demon from an island just off the coast of Japan. Over time, they migrated and eventually wound up all over the country of Japan. It is customary to return once a year to their native island for a special festival.
Powers: Teleportation (of herself, as well as other people/things), speed, agility, good eyesight, ability to jump/hop fairly high, Uber cuteness
Weapons: No one really trusts Natsumi with weapons. It is unsure if they want to keep her ‘innocent’ or if they are concurred her hyperactive tendencies may prove fatal to her allies. Either way, Natsumi has a strong distaste for fighting.
Likes: Cooking, Gackt, Music, helping others, taking care of people.did I mention Gackt? XD
Dislikes: Mean people, being unable to help someone who needs it, eating meat (She doesn’t mind cooking it for the others, but won’t eat it herself because it was once a ‘poor little animal’)
Strengths: Talking (she tends to babble…a lot…), Piano, Singing, Being adorably innocent on most subject matter, cheering people up even if they don’t want to be
Weaknesses: Too trusting of most people, is easily embarrassed
