This forum is for when one of us is out, and other crew members and (or) Vice Captains need to take up these responsibilities. List below your position, and what it is you are responsible for.

Responsible for the following:

Updating the front page
Keeping our forums clean and organized (free of spam)
Accepting all profiles
Accepting Schedules
Assigning Dorms
Managing Members
Managing Dorms
Managing Student Positions
Managing Teacher Positions
Enforcing ingame and guild rules (Stay in class, no opposite gender slumber parties. As long as no guild rules are broken you'll just get a visit from the Student Body President)
Managing Jobs
Moving Profiles from pending to accepted
Moving profiles and other topics to Archives
Accepting God Profiles
Approving Avatar/God Incarnation Requests
Appointing Crew Positions
Covering for the Boss Lady when she's not in
Watching.

Basically I'm the Captain's 'Eyes and Ears'. In short I clean up after everyone and make sure that our guild always looks appealing and keeping our members, and crew, in line. But I'm friendly I swear! o:

+Making announccements when there is a Time Change+
+Keep track of Guild Time using Time Schedule and Calendar+

+Design Competition type events to be played "out-of-character"+
+Open and close event on scheduled days (knowledge of Time Schedule and/or Calendar helps with planning dates for events)+
+Watching over happenings in event topics+
+Opening polls for members to vote for events they want+
+Keeping Event page updated with Current, Upcoming, and Closed Events+
