Sailor Tsap leaped among the alleys and rooftops of Destiny City, enjoying the feel of the rushing wind and imagining she was flying. Sure it wasn't actually flying, but it was far closer than she'd ever get when she was just a boring human. She knew she was supposed to be running around looking for Chaos signatures to fight off whatever made them. Patrolling was what senshi did, apparently. So she put on a show of it, jumping around for an hour or so each night before heading home. But really, she was just out for the fun of it, not paying any attention at all to sensing whether any other powered individuals were around. Who would even know? Just because she could, she bounded up to the roof of a tall building and balanced on its chimney for a moment, letting the breeze toss her hair. Being high up was the best thing in the world.

Honestly, Chrysocolla always took a second to wonder at the sheer stupidity of any first-levels she saw like this - but Order didn't tell anyone anything, really. They had no structure. No commanding officers. Just the giant mess of a power struggle. With what she knew (and the names of Princes and Princesses she'd plucked from the database, poring over the info, brow furrowed), it was a surprise they ever got anything done. Then again, maybe they didn't -- aside from one or two encounters, all the Order people she'd ever met had been first-level. Man. Talk about a failure in the ranks. But -- she had to play at least a little fair. So Chrysocolla stepped out of the shadows on the next roof over and cleared her throat. "...you should really pay better attention." Her voice was concerned, but her eyes were cruel.

Tsap actually jumped, she was so surprised to hear a voice up on the rooftops. And at about her height too, not just from a window below. Of course, jumping while balanced on a something tall and small put her in a precarious position, and she had to take a moment to steady herself before she could look around. The next building over she spotted someone in dark clothes. A moment later she finally noticed the Chaos energy signature, and one that seemed stronger than her at that. Her eyes widened a bit and she opened her mouth to speak, but then shut it, having no idea what to say. A challenge didn't seem to fit when she'd been snuck up on, and an insistence that she'd been paying attention would be a blatant lie. After an uncomfortably long pause, she finally settled on, "And who're you?" A pretty lame response, but she could think of nothing better.

Chrysocolla just kind of sighed, at Tsap's jump - that was actually kind of disappointing, wow. What kind of moron would -- what kind of idiots -- Focus. Beat down the anger. Calm. "I'm Sailor Chrysocolla." She smiled, voice gentle, and waved to the other Senshi (not the same, though, absolutely not the same). "Are you okay? It's really not safe to just be wandering around like this, you know...lots of other officers wouldn't even say hi. But I like to make my fights a little fair." She didn't move, not for the moment; she wanted to see what Tsap's next move would be. Come closer, or run? Hopefully the former. After all, what was threatening about Chrysocolla, if you ignored the aura? She was 5'2 of soft lines and no sharp angles to speak of.

Tsap actually took neither of the actions Chrysocolla had thought of. She shifted to a firmer stance on the chimney, but she didn't approach or retreat. Instead she eyed the other woman, trying to weigh her options. Running was certainly foremost of them, but she tried to judge if fighting would be reasonable, too. Or if there was a chance of someone else arriving, from either side. She didn't know what the corrupted senshi was capable of, so it was hard to judge which would be the best option. For now, she stalled. "Then while we're doing introductions, I'm Sailor Tsap," she replied. "And while I appreciate a fair fight, I wonder why you care."

Tsap's lack of any actual action was, yet again, baffling to Chrysocolla -- it showed on her face pretty clearly. "...I'm saying it because I have actual honor, you know. I'm not going to stab you in the back. What's the matter?" She took a step towards the Senshi. Two. Three. "You're not going to make the first move...? We can stand here all day, you know." Her lips curved into a soft smile. "Relax...I'm not going to kill you, I promise. I just want a fight." Well. Even if she did grab Tsap's starseed, it wasn't going to kill her immediately, anyways! No lies here.

Honor was all well and good, but Tsap wasn't buying the corrupted senshi's implied good intentions. She wasn't shy about saying so, either. Talking was preferable to fighting, and gave her time to try to figure out the situation. She eyed the approaching senshi, ready to try and jump out of the way, as she answered, "If you don't want to kill me, then why do you want a fight? From what I've heard, agents of Chaos don't exactly engage in friendly sparring matches with the forces of Order."

Chrysocolla looked at Tsap, wide-eyed, and laughed an ugly strangled laugh before giving her response - it took her a few seconds to get it out, half-choking on the words. "...It's because I'm angry, Senshi...and they don't care if I accidentally hurt you." With those words, she sprung for Tsap, fist cocked back and aiming for the jaw. She was stronger than she'd been, once, and she didn't have time for someone who didn't immediately run or fight. Useless. Absolutely useless.

Suddenly the time for stalling was over, and Tsap still didn't have a plan. She tried to jump out of the way, but didn't move fast enough to dodge completely. Chrysocolla's punch landed on her shoulder, throwing her off-balance so that she stumbled as she landed on the rooftop below. To make things worse, she landed badly, causing one ankle to twist painfully while she tried to regain her balance. In an attempt to give herself time to recover, she held up one hand in the direction of the corrupt senshi and yelled "Tsap Blast!" She blindly fired a burst of energy shot towards her opponent, hoping it would at least keep the other woman off her for a few moments. She tested her weight on the hurt foot and winced. It was sore, but would hold weight, so she probably didn't tear anything. Still, she would have to be careful not to put too much weight on it, and running was probably no longer an option.

The energy blast hit Chrysocolla in the stomach dead-on, and she winced, stumbling backwards a few steps with one palm held to her stomach while the pain still revertebrated - but it didn't last long. After all, she felt more durable, lately. Maybe the week of captivity had toughened her up a bit - don't think about people screaming don't think about it no no no - Her eyes went wild, and she dove for Tsap again, half-steady on her feet but too angry to care. Grab hair. Loose clothing. Grab anything possible and pull.

Tsap saw that her attack had driven the corrupt senshi back a few steps, and she would have loved to take the chance to run, but as soon as she took a step her hurt ankle twinged, painfully informing her that she would not be moving anywhere in a hurry. She wasted a moment trying to figure out if there was maybe a way she could run anyway, like by trying different ways of putting weight on that foot, but it all had the same effect. And then her opponent had recovered and dove at her. Tsap tried to sidestep - on her good foot - but the other woman reached her anyway and grabbed into her skirt. Tsap felt a brief moment of relief that the woman hadn't gotten hold her anything vital and drew back a fist to try and punch the crazy-eyed attacker while she was still close. And then a surprisingly powerful yank at her skirt pulled her off-balance, forcing her to put most of her weight on her bad ankle. It promptly shot pure pain up her leg and gave way, causing her to cry out and tumble to the surface of the roof. As she fell, she tried to kick out with her good leg, hoping she would hit the other woman.

Chrysocolla was wild-eyed all through her attack, gasping for breath through sobs that she wouldn't - couldn't - quite vocalize. Her nails weren't long, but it didn't matter: even if they were, she had gloves on, and they were good fabric. Tsap's kick hit her in the side of the head, and her ears started ringing - maybe her head was bleeding a little bit, even if the kick had mostly missed it had still hurt -- Well. There was an easy solution to this. She focused on her hands, legs half-straddling Tsap in their odd position on the roof, and shoved her hand right through Tsap's chest. Cinnabar would be pleased, if she brought back a Senshi starseed. And it'd be so glittery! So shiny! Nothing was wrong - Chrysocolla just liked pretty things.

Tsap squirmed as she felt Chrysocolla fall on top of her, trying to get herself free, get the corrupted senshi off, or do something. She was having no luck yet, not least because she's managed to land one of her arms, which was now pinned beneath her. She reached up with her free arm to try and take a swipe at her enemy but never got a chance. The other woman struck first, shoving her hand straight into Tsap's chest. Tsap let out a strangled gasp at the sudden burst of pain. She felt like she couldn't breathe, like something had clamped her innards in a vice and squeezed. And then she felt like her innards were being pulled out, and Tsap found she had enough breath in her to scream. A long, drawn-out shriek escaped her lips as she tried to fight the other woman off somehow. But she was on no condition to move much, and could only struggle weakly, desperate to escape the pain.

The screaming was -- well. It was annoying, but that was all it was. Chrysocolla's mind was already made up as solid as it could ever be, and it wasn't like this was a messy kill - and it wasn't like stealing her starseed would kill her immediately! Probably. She didn't think about it too hard. (It'd give her a headache. And her head still hurt from the earlier kick.) She gripped - squeezed - and ripped. And just like that, she tumbled off of Tsap, a glittering starseed held tightly in her hand, a giddy smile tugging at her lips. She'd done it! She'd really done it! "Sorry about this," Chrysocolla sighed, "but I have a job to do, so...you should have been smarter about what you did." And there was no guilt attached to it. She did her job, and she was good at it. Cinnabar would be proud. She turned heel and walked away. She'd never think about Tsap again, likely. Tsap had made her mistakes - and now she'd...die with them, as the case was.
