After seeing the movie, I'm sure you have a bunch of things you'd love to see in the next two movies, right?
For me, it's these:
- More Phasma!
- More Poe!
- Jedi/Force-user Finn???
- Kylo redemption arc!

I know that Poe/Finn will probably be just played off as bromance
BUT WE I KNOW BETTER
Tho Finn would be breakin barriers either way, especially when it came to movie couples.
Hollywood is notoriously touchy about interracial couples, first time I've seen a black dude get to 'potential love interest for white chick' without the whole movie being about race
I would like a redemption arc for Kylo as well.

I would like a redemption arc for Kylo as well. well I ship Finn/Poe to the Outer Rim and back but... I'm not getting my hopes up. It's good enough for me that Oscar Isaac ships it. lol My bets are also on Finn/Rey happening and that would be fine with me. Although I'd generally prefer if Rey didn't need a love interest. She's cool on her own. 3nodding My fingers are crossed for a "reverse Anakin" Story for Kylo. Trying to be bad and returning to the light. Although I also dig the "double agent" theory I've seen floating around.

My hopes for the coming movies are questions answered. I have SO many questions after TFA and I can't wait to see how the story progresses. I want backstory for everyone. I want to know who the Knights of Ren are and how Kylo plays into that. I want to know everything about Rey. I want to know what Luke has been up to. Etc etc etc. I wanna know everythinggg! Lol.
I'll never understand the whole "shipping" thing lmao. You guys crack me up with that stuff.

I want to see more highly choreographed lightsaber duels ala the prequels. That was the best of the prequels. The best part of episodes IV, V, and VI were the space battles. If we could combine the two in the next one, that'd be AMAZING. I mean, Poe flying around during his come back scene was the best part of The Force Awakens.
I also want the parallels to STOP. If Kylo Ren dies in episode VIII, that'd be a fresh take. If Rey goes to the Dark Side, that'd be AMAZING. OR, wait for it...if Rey beats Kylo through the power of the Dark Side and Kylo turns to the Light Side as a result, finishes his training under Luke, THAT would be amazing. I don't want a mysterious parent reveal to Rey and Rey beating Kylo to fulfill her role as a carbon copy of Luke and Kylo seeing the err of his ways at the end just like Vader.

Some KoR action, please. Also, more backstory about how things went down before Luke went into exile.
It's been said we won't get the big reveal of rey's originas until IX, but I hope we at least get a relatively large hint.
I swear to god I read somewhere that Benicio del Toro's character will be the "chief" villain in VIII...which either means Kylo will have a limited presence because he's training (in which case the character is probably the second of command of the KoR or something like that OR he's Snoke in actual person), or we're going to get the beginnings of that redemption arc...it's probably the former though.
2 years is such a long wait...*whines*

She goes mental, kicks his a**, and when Luke tries to stop her, she kills Luke. Kylo, saddened by the death of his former master, realizes the err of his ways and vows to stop her...with the help of ghost Luke of course. OR After Kylo heals himself and is training under Snoke (SUCH A STUPID NAME,) Kylo realized that killing his father didn't get him closer to the Dark Side, but he's sad that his father is dead. He secretly wants to repent. The four of them (Luke, Rey,Kylo, and Snoke) all appear together, and Snoke tempts Rey (backstory would be Rey is so ahead of Luke that he barely teaches her anything and she wants to go down the quick and easy path) She goes to strike down Luke, Kylo interferes, and she joins Snoke and Kylo goes back to Luke, his father figure and Uncle.

I'd like to see Obi wan ghost support Rey.

But if they did the OPPOSITE...OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH... Snoke "Skywalker never told you why you were abandoned on Jakku." Rey "Why would he know?" Snoke "He ordered you to be abandoned on Jakku." Rey "No...no...that's not true. That's impossible." Snoke "He knew your latent abilities were great, too great to control. If he trained you and you were to turn to the Dark Side, nothing in the galaxy could stop you, and after his failure with Kylo Ren, he couldn't bring himself to train you and see it happen again. So he used his Jedi trickery and put an idea into your parents' heads...to abandon you on that desolate speck of a planet." Rey "No...why would he..." And the scene plays out like Vader's reveal to Luke, save Rey joins Snoke for revenge. Kylo gets cast aside as the first order of business Snoke commands Rey to do. Yeah, the similar structure of the movie was the one thing I didn't enjoy that much. I really hope they go down a different route with VIII. If Rey went to the Dark side and Kylo returned to the Light, that would be something I don't expect. I'd love it so much! I've seen a bunch of people draw fan art of "Light Kylo" and "Dark Rey" and I reeeeally want it now. But before any of them kills Luke, I hope we still get to see Luke being a bad a** Jedi knight!

A switch-a-roo between Kylo and Rey's alignments would be awesome but I doubt it will actually happen...crossing fingers though~ God, imagine all of the bitching from the feminist SJWs though if they took the only major female character and turned her evil. "Onoes, they're villainizing women!" OMG, STFU. Please give us a movie with some interesting twists that no one sees coming, Disney. I hear-tell of some old Imperial lab that happens to be on Jakku...I wonder if that's going to come into play eventually...8 is supposed to be "weird", so possibly.

I wanna see the Force being used again. When Darth Vader tears Luke apart by STANDING THERE and throwing s**t at him, I LOVE that. One of my favorite moments in Episode I is when Darth Maul points to the remains of a battle droid then points towards the door control panel and it flies towards it and causes the door to open...that was SO COOL. If they could give us half the intensity of the prequels duels and the other half being using the Force to manipulate objects and maybe even animals to fight for them...
