Tania had come to visit Dea; a neatly wrapped gift box in hand. It had a ribbon and what was presumedly a get well card She'd made her way to her older sister's house cheerfully. According to Tristan, Dea was sick again. Which meant, naturally, that someone had to be there to tell her to get better. That someone, the mew had decided, was her. The woman was always sick, this was getting ridiculous. Maybe the box of clementine oranges would help. Vitamin c was supposed to help people get better, wasn't it? She knocked on the door and waited a moment, then knocked again.
"Eilam, are you home? Let me in!"

Paian had just returned home not too long ago, having been away at medical school. Now that he was home, he had taken over Dea's medical care, with the help of his nurses. Currently, he was in the kitchen making Dea some lunch, his nurses and Lightning watching over his trainer. He looked up when he heard the knocking, figuring someone else would get it. However, the person knocked again and he growled slightly. He walked to the door and threw it open, glaring at someone standing there.
"Can I help you?"he asked, a bite to his voice. If this pipsqueak woke Dea, he would not be happy.

...This wasn't Eilam. And it was impossible she'd gotten the wrong house, she knew where her brother lived! Where was Tristan? And where was her favorite Arceus? Tania frowned up at Paian. "Where's Eilam?" she asked. "I brought a present for Dea. Who are you, anyway? You don't live here. I've never seen you before." She studied the adult, before trying to push her way past him. "Eilam! Eilam, who is this creep?"

Paian placed a hand on her head as she tried to push past, he was certainly no pushover. He heard her asking for Eilam and said something about bringing a gift for Dea. So this twit either overheard someone mention the names of two of his family or she knew them.
"Shhh, you wake my trainer and you will be sorry. I do know an Eilam, he is my brother, I guess you can say. He and I have the same trainer, who is trying to sleep right now. I have been away for a bit at school. Who exactly are you?"he asked, not budging.

Tania tried to push through again, and then frowned up at Paian. "I'm not gonna tell you who I am!" She announced, crossing her arms. "If you don't know, then you don't deserve to know, and I want Eilam. Or my sister. DEA! DEA, THIS GUY IS BEING HORRID TO ME!" She pushed at Paian again, and then looked around hopefully for Tristan. Was this some kind of joke?

"Shhh, you are being way too loud! If you shut up for a minute, I will go get Eilam for you. He is out in the garden, but you better actually know him. My family has been through enough, I don't need someone who would hurt them to do anything to them,"Paian spoke. He motioned to the girl, all too eager to dump the big mouth off on his brother.

"Of course I know him," Tania said, frowning up at Paian. "I know Tristan and Timmy and Lightning and Fluff and Krissy and everyone, and better than you, I bet! I've never seen YOU before. You're an invader." She did follow him, though, expecting to be tricked. She didn't trust this tree-guy at all.

"You might have just learned their names from someone. I will not believe you know them until one of them confirms they know who you are. Also, I am not an invader, this is my home and family. If you had bothered to listen to me in the first place, I already told you I was away at school. You know, to learn how to be a doctor so I can take care of my trainer,"Paian growled. This girl, she was getting on his last nerve and he couldn't reach the garden fast enough.

"No you stupid! Dea's my sister and Tristan's my brother and Timmy's my uncle! And then, I'm everyone's aunt! And if Dea's really your trainer, That puts me in a position of authority over you! And I'm gonna tell Daddy how mean you've been as soon as I get home!" That'd show him.
They reached the garden, Tania running over to Eilam and hugging the arceus. "Eilam, tell him to be nice." She pointed to Paian.

Paian crossed his arms in front of his chest, telling himself he just had a bit more to walk and she woudn't be his problem anymore. She sure was a spoiled brat, who thought she could do whatever she wanted. He was certainly not going to take it, she did not control him.
"I don't know who gave you any idea you were in charge, but I do not answer to you. The person who tells me what to do has chestnut brown hair and pretty blue-green eyes. So that is definitely not you. Heck, I will listen to my siblings before I take orders from you,"he hissed. When they got to Eilam, he watched as Tania ran to him.
"Hello Tania. I see you have met another member of the family,"the Arceus adult commented.

Paian's words were, for the most part, ignored. But the new did turn around and stick her tongue out at him. He was mean! She'd never once in her life met someone so unfriendly, unless She'd done something to them first.
"I don't like him," she announced. "I don't like him at all. He's mean. All I did was knock and he's been mean to me since!"

"Oh, I am mean, am I? You accused me of not belonging in MY own house. You also were yelling, when I told you that Dea was sleeping. I was looking out for my family, I am protective of them. For all I knew, you could have been sent to hurt them,"
Paian snapped.

"You don't! Anyone who's family with Dea Is family with me, and family loves each other!" Tania shot back. "Obviously I wasn't! I brought a present for my sister and you wouldn't even let me in!"
She frowned slightly at Eilam's words. "He didn't have to be so mean, though," she complained. "Can you give my present to Dea, Eilam? I don't think he's gonna let me see her."

"I don't know anything about you, so I didn't know who you were. I am a guardian of the forest and now of my family. Now if Eli says you are really family, I will believe him because I know him very well. If he says you can see Dea, I will allow it, if you are quiet. She was up late last night with the twins,"Paian replied.
"He takes some getting used to, Tania. You can certainly see Dea, you know that. Like Paian said, though, she was up late,"Eilam spoke gently.

Tania looked at Paian suspiciously for a long moment before releasing her hold on Eilam. "Look," she said, holding up the box she'd brought. "Tristan told me Dea was sick so I brought a whole box of oranges for her! They're supposed to have loads of vitamin c which helps people get better." She hugged Eilam again, and then looked to Paian.
"I'm Tania. If you like, we can be friends."
