Wondering if anyone else has seen it... or heard of it. If you haven't, then I'll be sad. But education is good.
I haven't seen any threads about Tommy, though I have seen some about other rock operas, so I figured it'd only be right to start one about the original.
Spoon feed:
Anyone else seen it (hell, even watched the movie) or listened through the album? Seen a production with an alternate ending/character? Seen a horrid version of it and want to vent your frustration to the guild? Die-hard fans?

I saw this one a loooong time ago when I was a kid...can't say I remember too much about it other than that pinball wizard song. sweatdrop

I havn't seen it, but I have the OCR highlights. I want to see it tho.
Plus, what self-respecting Who fan hasn't heard Pinball Wizard? ^_^ "That deaf, dumb, and blind kid sure plays a mean pinball!"

That's all I've got to say. I really want to find the original Broadway Cast now that I know he was in it. He is so awesome! Elton John and Tina Turner are both pretty cool in the original movie, which I haven't seen for too long.

I have several stickers for Tommy placed in my locker and on my binders. Not my all-time favorite, but damn is it good.

Yeah, Tommy stickers. Where does one procure such commodities?
I'm working on the cash to get a Tommy t-shirt. They're like $25 at the theatre. I'm tempted to wait until they finish the run, but by then they could only have like small, XL and XXHUGE because that's just the way my luck runs.

My dad introduced me to a lot of Rock Musicals and this was one of them!
