We've removed the drops and replaced them with CIs, we'll take a look into adding sell back for these items.

We've never been able to use the Kindred potions Bottle of Poison and Restore. Any chance we might see those fixed in the near future? If not, could they maybe be removed from the Skill Point Surprise until they're functional? Side note, Restore has no tags and is practically impossible to find on the MP or inventory.

You can definitely file a ticket to ask for the name change, but there is no guarantee that we'll be able to actually do the name change for you.

When it comes to the Sycas in area 5 of the Woods area, could their rewards be brought back up?
Those are the main way I'm able to get gold in the first place but when the main drop, most of the time, is 1 bil, that doesn't go very far rather quickly. I enjoyed when the Sycas dropped between 2 and 3 bil, as I was able to buy a lot of my wishlist items then. But now I'm lucky if I can keep my attention focused on the game long enough to get 20 bil...

would you consider changing the way that the ask the staff event works? For example: on a two week rotation, week a would be solely about answering questions about the site itself; lake kindred requests/suggestions, marketplace questions, item requests, questions about upcoming events, etc etc. week b would function as a place for staff to answer for personal/fun questions; what's your favourite colour/item, how was your weekend, etc etc.

We have no plans at the time to change how Ask the Staff works, we've found that answering more personal questions leads to users being upset and thinking that we are avoiding other "more serious" questions. We try to sprinkle in some lighter questions here and there, but users seem focused on wanting to know answers to the more pressing questions on the site so we try to make those a priority over other questions.

Tier items are not supposed to be rereleased if they were advertised as being exclusive to that tier. (Which is the vast majority of them!) We may reconsider this level of exclusivity with future tiers, but that is the current policy. smile

So with the new rules, I do want to clarify that "themes" themselves are not considered yay or nay for rainbow tickets but rather the color placements/use of ombres/gradients themselves. It's hard to tell when you're not directly involved in the actual recoloring process haha so I apologize for the confusion. >o< But basically only two colors can now be used for ombres per pose.
Sinful consists of two colors - the purple and then the blue color. So for example, An ombre of the blue and purple on the leggings with solid black shoes would be okay. But blue and purple AND black ombres down the leggings would not be accepted.
I hope that makes sense. >o<

Many runway users are concerned about issues of alleged cheating going on in this feature. As such, passions have gotten rather heated and it’s become a very touchy subject.
I was wondering if there could be a PSA made informing users about being mindful about making public accusations and what appropriate runway behavior should be. A sticky thread in the runway forum about how to report and respond to suspicious activity would be really appreciated, along with some rules clarifying runway participation. A reminder should also be included that name dropping alleged cheaters could be construed as harassment, which is just as much against the ToS as using mules and bots to exploit games and features for profit.
Really, just a sticky thread with rules and reminders of acceptable behavior with guidelines for reporting suspicious activity would be nice.

With the recent release of gold gens in exchange for real money, a lot of users who play Lake Kindred were unhappy to hear the gold gen option was removed from the RIGs at the same time Gaia started releasing said gold gens in the cash shop.
I propose (if it's easy or even possible), that these rig options be re-implemented but at lower payouts. Maybe max at 1 mil and the lowest being a few hundred thousand. It would make earning gold in Lake Kindred more feasible but not so much you get 100 bil plus.
It just feels unfair at the current time because of how much the costs of the item drops have gone and the fact winning certain levels in Lake Kindred only give out 20,000 G or less.

We didn't actually have a prize for the winning team planned for this event, we wanted to do something a little more unique and have a full on manga page that was decided by the winners, which is why it took a little longer to get out than usual with events.

after the Winter Event ended - however, they still have ridiculously frequent egg drops, and while this
sounds nice on paper for new players who might have missed the event - it's causing a literal infestation
on the site! (If you search the marketplace for items by "most listings," today, Vulcarus is currently #5,
and at one point Rosepea was only second to Heart Charms) Plus, it doesn't really make sense to leave
event Kin in the game, seeing as the Halloween Kin no longer drop their eggs.
So, in short, can the Fafnir's Peak Kin have their egg drops regulated again, or perhaps removed entirely?
I don't really think anyone is going to miss out. I have about 600 Rosepeas to give away and I'm not even

Challenging Swift Eliminator is a HUGE mess. There is no scarf item and the second BG icon is the shirt, the shirt icon is the sleeveless shirt, and the sleeveless shirt doesn't equip anything when you're customizing your avatar. It's a little different when you preview it in the marketplace (Both BGs are equip-able and the shirt and sleeveless shirt are equipped via their destined icon. I would greatly appreciate it if this were fixed. I really want that scarf item. cry

I have noticed that when I am dressing up my avi and when I go to search I type in, lets say gold, it will show Page: 1 Page: 2 and when I go click page 2 it says "Use the search bar to search your inventory.

Do the rigs dropped from lake kindred (like Dandelion Express and The Great Big Sapphire Blender ) still have a tiny chance of winning tickets from them, or did you guys take them out when you added them to the game?

Since there is an issue of people either not following the themes or people wrongly accusing others of not following themes, is it possible to add a description bar to the Runway entry?
It doesn't have to equal the amount of characters as the Arena, just enough to put "Hel - Goddess of Death" or "My interpretation of lust using animals" or something along those lines that way people can know what the avi is about. That and it might help decrease the number of people either trolling or just misplacing their avis.

It's something we can think about, ultimately if the user's theme does not fit the Runway theme, then it shouldn't be voted for, which is why we haven't taken much in the way of actions against themes that don't fit the overall contest theme. Though we may take a look at that policy again in the future.

Ad blocks typically block certain CAPTCHAs from loading, so you probably shouldn't be using ad block for that. Similar to how it's not surprising that some offers won't load if you have ad block blocking them.

Is there any way I could get some clarification on the new project ticket rules?
Specifically the Rainbow Ticket;
I see there are now restrictions on color schemes with the original project rainbow ticket. This includes "rainbow gradient" etc etc.
My question is, do 'multiple colored item' schemes like 'melty' and 'cmyk' also fall into these restrictions?
Also, since project double rainbow tickets are so rare, would there be any possibility of submitting (2) original project rainbow tickets to bypass having to use a double rainbow ticket?

So the restrictions are less about specific themes and more on how you request color placements on your items. ^^
For example, previously if you wanted a "melty" item, you could request, stockings with all 3 color ombres/gradients in a row on the leggings. Such as black at the top that bleeds into lavender that bleeds into mint with solid black shoes?
Now under the new rules, that would not be allowed and you would instead have to request only 2 color ombres/gradients per pose. Such as lavender to mint leggings with solid black shoes. It's still "melty" but with limitations.
Does that make sense? smile Sorry it's really confusing but that's basically how the new tickets work. There are not limitations on actual schemes but more on how MUCH you can do what that specific theme that might require you to be more conscious of your color placements. smile
Also for now, we are not considering a rainbow ticket x 2 = a double rainbow ticket. ^^
In the future, there might be a way to get a double rainbow ticket with other ticket conversions but for now they are separated.

For the past couple of weeks, there's been a bug with the order of kin in-game not matching the order in inventory. What's the latest on getting this resolved?
Also, any plans for the mystery kin eggs from H2k15?
(Oh, and btw...fantastic idea to start using RIGs in LK, instead of items. Should help counter inflation on some of the older items. heart )

I have not heard anything about this bug in game. We will look into this.

We didn't have any intentions to put in a volume control in the game because we figured that one could use the volume control on their own computer.
The reason i ask is because i like to listen to music while i play, and not having a volume control on the game makes it so that i either have to not listen to music or use the lite version.
There is a mute button in the bottom right corner on the home page.

It said you can't do rainbow coloring anymore or coloring like that anymore surprised What I'm wondering about is, say I want to use a rainbow ticket to recolor something, and the original item isn't transparent, but you want to make it transparent with the ticket, can we?
Also gonk why are you guys torturing me with this 30% off tickets? Are you not going to do 50% off anymore?

I'm sorry sweetie! VnV But for now, I might have to say no to changing transparencies of items for now. I believe in the past we allowed this but for not I probably will have to say no? sad
I worry about changing transparencies as sometimes can create more glitches with the item as that is not how the item was intended/created.
