I have an idea for a sci-fi story. The idea actually came to me in a dream. It's a little dark though...

I don't mind discussing it here. This idea actually came in me in a dream, freaky huh? But it goes like this...
It's far in the future and the world has become a more competitive place. America is especially pushing its people to become the brightest and strongest in order to out rank other countries. Due to this America has built a special school to "fix" our youth and make them better. The school is still in trial, meaning it has only recently been opened, so only a handlefull of kids are selected to go. The school selects those who need the most "fixing" and those they believe hardly need any. The school is more strict than any military camp or prison. You must follow the rules or you'll be punished by getting extra "reconditioning lessons" which are extremely painful and are designed to motivate students to act better. Everyone must go through those lessons regardless but students who don't conform make it worse on themselves.
Since the idea of this school launched humans have discovered aliens so America has teamed up with certain planets to help make this school happen. These other planets send the children they select from their own world to this school as well for "fixing".
Here are some of the rules....
-You must always be in uniform
-Never look a security guard or instructor in the eyes unlessed ordered to by them.
-No talking in class EVER!
-No eating or drinking after or before scheduled snake and meal times.
-No back talk and no saying no to your superiors.
-Stand and sit up straight.
-No asking questions, you are given the information you need if confused figure it out.
-Don't ask peers for help with school work
-Don't be late and follow the schedule exactly
-Bedtime is 8 sharp. Meaning no talking with your assigned roomamate at that time or doing work. You go to sleep.
