So my mother introduced me to an app for the iPhone called Think Dirty. What it will do is scan the bar codes off of all your beauty products to let you know how "dirty" it is. All the ingredients will be displayed for you from the most toxic to the most pure. If the overall rating is from fair to poor, it will automatically suggest a healthier product and even give you purchase options.
They're always updating the app, so if you have a product that rates N/A, don't be discouraged! As long as you give them the information they ask after it's scanned, odds are it will be put into their system and eventually give it a proper rating.
This app is free, and it's helped me choose a lot more organic products that would be better for my body in the long run. Hope you all enjoy!
