Richterite stood confused. It seemed to happen more and more often lately; he would come across someone and they would leave him completely and utterly
baffled either due to their own lack of self preservation or due to off the wall situations such as this.
Had the guy not expected him to hit back? Was it all just a distraction int he first place so that he could run away?
The captain winced as he brought a hand up to rub at his jaw, pausing after a second to spit blood out onto the white snow. Damn it all anyhow. He had just gotten the bruising to go away from when the last knight had clonked him and this... This really
had not been what he had expected at all.
Richterite did not draw his weapon to follow up with another attack. He did not give chase, nor did he shout after the page. He simply stood there, stumped and confused, even more so as he glanced down to the fragmented skull that had been left as his feet.
"Hey!
Hey!" he finally called after the other young man. "You left... Man, you left your
skull on the ground." Oddly, that was not the oddest thing that Captain Richterite had found himself saying since joining the ranks of the Negaverse. It was probably just the oddest thing he had said that week.
"******** it," he muttered to himself, as he stepped away from the fragments. If crazy a** came back for it there was no way in hell he wanted to be there for it.
