When I couldn't finish the anime, I just read the manga; which ended predictably. Sango and Miraku (dammit, I probably misspelled it) get married, have twins, and she is in the middle of giving birth, Inuyasha and Kagome get married and she is being trained to be a priestess. Also, the twins seem to love tugging on Inuyasha's ears. Lol.
