Aluminite was having a rough day--night, whatever. The point was the night sucked. Everything sucked since the horrible encounter with Babylon and the knowledge that still made his stomach churn when he thought too much about it.
Babylon was wrong, he had to be.
But something told Aluminite he wasn't and that made panic swell through him.
He'd gone out, suited up with the hopes of getting his mind off the whole debacle but his anxiety got the better of him and he'd been forced to sit down, back pressed against a building with his head tipped back just trying to breathe and not freak out.
He couldn't handle a freak out, but then again he didn't know if he could handle anything right now.

She was fairly certain what she was feeling was a Negaverse Aura's. Of course Lián wasn't 100% sure, but she knew what Order Auras felt like and this was NOT that.
So by process of elimination she figured it was chaos.... and you know what they say about cats and curiosity. The little while feline certainly hoped that wasn't the case, but the aura didn't seem to be moving at all, and she watched silently from around a corner for a moment, attributing her not being seen to a combination of the facts that cats are much smaller than humans, and the young man seemed clearly distressed by something.
After watching him simply slumped against a wall, head leaned back and simply struggling to just stay composed, her own nature got the better of her, and she walked silently forward on little bean toes. Precious child just looked so upset and it tugged at her heart.
" Honey you need to breath or you are going to hyperventilate " she said softly and stepped closer sitting down infront of him, just ouf of arms reach. It could still be a trap after all, but she highly doubted it. His distress seemed very real.

Of all the things the brunet would have expected, a talking cat coming up to him and mothering him was NOT one of them. So, when Lian spoke he was startled, flinging himself away and into the concrete when her voice rang out. His heart hammered in his chest, whole body trembling before he processed the words.
His breathing was stuttered and ragged, green eyes wide as he pushed himself back into a sitting position, legs crossed and fingers digging into the front of his tunic.
"D-did you just talk?" He gasped out, words strained and possibly inaudible. "Cats can talk. As if my life couldn't get weirder." He mumbled under his breath, pushing sticky strands of hair back off his forehead.
"I just - it - i-it's been a rough week." Rough life time really, ever since he got caught up in this magic bullshit.
