Decided to make things easier on myself and not junk up my trading post.
ALL BABIES MUST HAVE OWNERS / NAMES & TEMPERS BEFORE I WILL CERT THEM. I WILL NOT SAVE .PSDS AND DON'T WANT TO CERT BREEDINGS 3 MONTHS LATER. THANKS.

Unless you won your familiar via customs you do not get to design your cert tag meaning everything is up to me. Custom tags are still liable to changes as certs have to be legible and follow certain standards.
