First and foremost we are not OVERLY concerned with losing
ranks within our brackets (meaning fluctuating between A- to A+
OR A to S- is okay). We will be playing on a flexible undemanding
schedule, but we are looking for reliability (when a session is
scheduled we want people to show up). We are looking to create a
mature, drama free team of about four to six dedicated players.
If you have any questions please post them here in the thread.
Once the squad is formed we will talk shop about scheduling.
The current proposition is a bi-monthly meetup most likely on
weekends or a Friday night. The time is up in the air until we
have an idea of everyone's timezone and availability.

I am likely going to do a bi-monthly meetup for the team. So if you can play twice a month, mostly likely weekends, then maybe you can make it. I don't know.

He just takes up quite a bit of my time with school and everything. sweatdrop

Moot Moose I'm going to make my squad I'm recruiting for around MST time. But yes you set a time in and around workable time to your players. Are you looking for voice chat for this? I don't know if you had that as question in there, but just wanted to ask before I fill it out.

yo, this sounds cool, but my schedule is a little weird (i sleep from 8am-2pm and then i'm up all night, and I work Thurs-Sat) so like when exactly would this squadding happen?

Depends on the availability of all players who apply. I won't know until people apply and I can get a better idea of what the schedule may be like. So my suggestion is apply, that is all this thread is for getting applications in.
