As per their agreement earlier, Cadmus powered-up in his room and escaped through the window to meet Etamin at the park. As he kicked off from the window pane and landed with a slight tumble on the roof of the adjacent building, the pink-haired chibi got to thinking of the truth unraveled between the two of them.
"To think that Drew's Etamin..." Cadmus said to himself. "It's truly a small world, but I'm not that surprised. I've been meeting a lot of people with powers lately. Knowing he's the same as me... really isn't something."
He stopped at the edge of a roof that overlooked the park and peered down to see if his companion was there. However, it was harder than he figured since the evening had already receded into night. Letting out a sigh, Cadmus dropped down fully into a set of bushes, and started his trek toward the thicket where he usually trained.
"Wonder if he's here..." he said.

Etamin had to find another way to sneak out that night,as his father and mother were in the backyard doing yard work (at that time of night - he didn't know why). Instead, he walked right out the front door. Coming towards the thicket of trees at the end of the road, he pushed his way in - after making sure no one was watching. "Etamin Power, Make Up!" He transformed, and was on his way. Finally he found the hidden park where Cadmus was. "Sailor Cadmus?" He quietly called.

When he found himself in those thicket of trees, the chibi senshi was always lost in thought or looking at something. In this case, he was studying the starlight through the trees. So, when Etamin arrived and even called out quietly, the boy whipped around and yelped.
Loud.
Again.
For the umpteenth time.
"Oh, it's just you Drew—I mean, Etamin," he said in-between pants. "You scared me, but I'm fine... Did you make it here all right?"

He hadn't meant to startle Cadmus, but when Cadmus yelped, he knew he had. "Cadmus, I'm sorry, didn't mean to scare you. Hey, did you mind if we talked a bit first? I've got a few things on my mind."He seemed a little uneasy.

Cadmus didn't like the uneasy look on Etamin's face and mirrored it on his own. Folding his arms across his chest, he leaned against the trunk of the tree behind him, and nodded his head.
"Yea, sure, what's up?" he asked. "Is something bothering you?"

"Well, let's go in least to most. First, strangely enough, my parents have been doing yard work after dark, in the backyard for a week... especially around times I need to go out as Etamin - I keep having to find a new way out of the house. And how much yard work could there be at this time of year?" Unoderi I'm thinking that he is just venting with this onee, we could do a story line on it later if you like.

Cadmus scratched the side of his cheek. That did sound out of the ordinary, but something to also turn a blind eye to. He didn't see anything too wrong with it besides the time of day.
"I don't know," he said with a shoulder shrug. "Do they work late or something? Maybe they don't have time to get everything done during the day." He tilted his head in thought. "Or maybe what they're doing is embarrassing or something. It is kinda strange, though not enough to, like, call the police or something. Or even have us intervene. What else's on your mind?"
Sailor Hawk Sure thing! They can investigate the matter going on in another RP.

Etamin sighed. "Well, apparently something happened to Dani and Aunt Claudia. We've lost touch with them."Unoderi Just saying I didn't get the civilian art, and we will have to put off Caelum and Dani talking.

Cadmus pursed his lips. "I... see," he said a tad dolefully. He had been in waiting when it came to addressing Etamin's sister, but it seemed that would have to be for another time in the future. "That really sucks, dude. I really feel useless in all of this since I can't really help." He sighed as well. "Why don't you try and take your mind off it for a bit? We did come here to spar, after all. Maybe getting a few punches in can help clear away your concerns a bit?"

Etamin nodded. Cadmus's advice sounded reliable. But there was one more thing. "One more thing, Cadmus." This was bothering him the most. He took out the crystal that Caedus had given him and showed it to Cadmus. "After we spar, I'm going to use it on myself, and I'd like for you to be with me through it. Would you?"

Cadmus pushed himself off the trunk of the tree and cracked his knuckles to prepare for their practice fight. He stopped momentarily when he saw the glimmer of the familiar crystal. His was at home, next to his father's bedhead after the boy had used it to put the man to sleep for the night. It was the only way he could sneak out after his mom leaving, after all.
"Sure, but are you sure?" the chibi said with a tilt of his head. "It puts you out like a light really fast. You'd have to nap here and," he looked around at the clearing, "this isn't a comfortable looking place. But I'll stay with you if that's what you want."

Etamin nodded and put the crystal to the side. He then went to the center of the thicket and took a ready position. He waited for Cadmus to follow suit. He focused his mind. Unoderi um how does this work again?

Cadmus readied his stance as well. "Ready?" he said with a tilt of his head. "Don't go easy on me just because I'm a younger senshi. I'd really hate that, so give me all of you got!"
Clapping his hands together, Cadmus thrust them out in the direction of Etamin. "Bouncing Berry Blitz!" he shouted and a medium wave of cranberries erupted from the chibi's palms and bounced in the direction of the old senshi.
Sailor Hawk Pretty much they just use their attacks on each other, but without the intent to harm terribly or kill. A few dodges here or there too.

"Ready!" Etamin said and nodded that he agreed to not go lightly on the Chibi. What he was unprepared for was the wave of fruit thrown at him. He was knocked back into a tree, "Ouch! I'd forgotten your attack." He fell to his knees and attempted to roll to behind another tree. He completely failed, falling to the side and in great danger - ie in range of another fruit attack. Unoderi Thanks. Also, "OLD" Senshi? razz

"Oh, c'mon, Etamin," Cadmus drawled. "My powers are pretty lame, but I didn't think they'd be forgettable."
His red eyes followed the other senshi as he ducked behind a tree before he moved into action again. Clapping again, he thrust his hands out and launched another wave of cranberries at Etamin; totally forgetting this time that now he was out in the open without any cover.
Sailor Hawk Oh, pfft, I meant "older" senshi. rofl Sorry about that.
