(This is a follow up RP for after the Meta ORP. Those who were around Phact during it would know about it. They are welcome to bring friends an others are welcome to stumble upon this meeting. I just ask if you wish to join, just let me know before you post so I can keep track! <3 )

It had been a long day.

Phact had not slept much after the group had broken up from the little 'gathering'. In fact she had ended up back on the hill in a question and answer season with their host. He had seemed please to answer her questions and in a way, she had to hope she had helped him some.

But that was her secret for now. Too many people coming would have had a fit for her. Last thing she needed was Havasu going guard dog on her again.

Now she stood near the edge of the fountain that was her personal 'jumping pad', gazing up at the moon rising in the sky. In front of her were 6 cups of coffee and cream. She had asked Sabine to pick up the tea on her way so they had something to offer her 'guests'. Otherwise she and Sabine would have alot to drink after this.

Around her arms was the flau fur clock she had worn to the wedding on Polaris earlier this month to keep her warm. In a way, she was disappointed about the timing of all this. A week later and they could have all traveled to the moon to discuss this. Now, they would have to keep an eye on things...or pray someone found a cat.

"Okay Phact. Here goes nothing." She smiled, sipping on her cup of coffee as she turned around to await the rest of the group.

Benedict, Guardian Cat

Benedict frolliced through the park, you could call the cats twirling and hopping motions nothing less. The cold air did not bother him overly much, his coat was nice and thick, and his motion kept him warm. He was searching for potential Senshi to awaken, as that was the job of Guardian Cats after all.

So he was quite surprised when he stumbled upon an already awakened senshi, standing by a fountain with a slew of coffee cups and cream. Titling his head, the cat moved over to her slowly, before walking over and brushing his head against her ankle with a small needy mewl.

"Peeeet me..."

---

Sabine, Senshi of Tactics

Sabine had gotten Phact's message and was on her way to the park with the tea. She too, had spoken just that afternoon with Caedus, and likewise would probably remain silent on it. She too had asked questions - questions that she was going to keep close to her chest for the moment. If everything went according to plan, then she might discuss her idea with Phact. But she wanted to do a test run first - and she would do that tonight provided the meeting did not run overly long.

Sabine was wishing her jacket were warmer, as it was it was chilly and she didn't even have the warmth of the teas she carried to warm her up. She had sprung for an even half dozen, and a cup carrier had thus been required. She was now walking briskly through the entrance of the park to reach the fountain where she knew Phact would be.

She blinked as she watched Phact be accosted by the cat, who seemed instant on being pet.

"New friend?" She asked as she moved to place the tea next to the coffee.

Nirvana, Page of Pluto

This new night had come too quickly for Nirvana. He had hardly slept the night before, having been pondering what exactly he would do with the proposal from their strange new visitor.

It was not an easy choice for him. Even though he now knew that the crystals that were offered them were not harmful, at least not in small amounts. (He had tried the gem on himself during the night, it had weakened him a bit, but not enough to make it hard for him to fight.) But the use of these gems seemed to go against everything that they were. Everything they stood for.

He saw images in his mind of that lone Negaverse soldier, kneeling there above the sleeping forms of the couple he had drained. He had taken it unwillingly. Stolen from them what was not his to take, and yet he knelt there, over them, thanking them for what they had given. That was not a monster, it was a confused man.

He sighed and shook his head. Not all of them could be like Raspite, could they? and if they were, what were the odds that the could save them? He didn't want to fight them, didn't want to deal more harm in a world that had seen it's fair share of pain. Perhaps, if they got inside, there was a way he could find those that wished to be saved and get them out. Keep them safe in their ranks and free them from the hold of Chaos.

He moved now through the park, he having grabbed one of his own, personal leather coats to keep the chill off his bones as he made his way toward the fountain.

There were times he really hated baring so much skin. Cold nights like this was certainly one of them.

He could see Phact and Sabine as he grew nearer, he smiling when he noticed a cat at Phact's feet. Well then, this was certainly a surprise. "I was not certain that pets were allowed in the park after dark..." He teased lightly. "Though he is a cute one.." He winked.

Havasu's day had consisted of homework, caring for his cat, and his job. He barely had a chance to even think about the events of the past night. If he hadn't gotten the text from his girl he probably would have completely forgot the meeting she had set up for that night. So he did a quick detour to the store before finding a quiet spot to power up and hoof his way over to the designated park.

Apparently he wasn't the first to show up since Sabine was already there and the guy who was kinda shirtless the other night but now was wearing a coat. He gave them a nod hello and walked up to Phact and passed her the flower he picked up at the store. "So you don't hit me for yesterday." He smiled sheepishly at her knowing the flower didn't help much with the whole PDA display. Hell he figured if the meeting hadn't risen so many questions she would have smacked him afterwards but his luck had held and he begged off claiming he had to get back to feed Isis, which had been true.

"Also brought plain bagels for everyone." He held up the plain brown bag before placing them next to Phact's coffees. "So what's with the cat?" The squire knelt down and held his hand out to the little fluff ball. "Isis was being particularly rambunctious today." Hav said as he glanced up at Phact. "You should come over and spend some time with her."

Having forgotten about the added speed increase granted to her upon being upgraded to a Super Senshi, Sidouer had to hold back a bit as she and her cousin Sailor Cetus made their way to the meeting location by taking to the roof tops and darkened alleys. With all the strangeness going on it would be most unwise to allow him to venture out alone let alone for either of them to be caught out in the open.

By the time they arrived several members of the small group from before were already present though it looked like at least one was still missing; the young Page that looked somewhat like a conductor.

De Ja Vu set in pretty hard with the senshi of static realizing just how many of them were lower rank, just breathe she repeated to herself like a mantra. At least we are not in an enclosed space, last time she was in a setting like this happened a little over two years ago which ended in devastation. One life lost while another went missing only to be found that she had switched sides. Everyone had dispersed in the aftermath of the Negaverse attack, none of which she had seen since then.

That was then, this was now. Things were different, she was stronger and could actually do something should anyone uninvited decide to show up. All Sidouer could hope at this point was that the mauvian cat over by Phact would dampen their signatures and that everyone else was prepared to follow directions and not scatter; her cousin was here after all and there is no way she was going to let him get hurt.

“Hey,” Sidouer stood near Phact crossing her arms in front of her chest trying to look somewhat composed though the Senshi of Doves knew otherwise since she was one of the very few who knew about her history.

Slievenamon was rushing as fast as she could; her heels echoing through the park as she kicked off from the ground with amiable speed. Mentally, she was screaming an avalanche of curses to her father. The man had kept her back, actually taking the chance to be a father late in the evening rather then during a time when she wasn't in a hurry. After his little bout (which went in one ear and out the other), Slievenamon powered-up and sprinted out of her house without so much as a thought of a jacket for the cool night.

By the time she arrived, her shoulders were heaving from her pants to the point she looked as though she'd keel over. Thankfully, she managed to catch her breath, and glanced aqua eyes as each individual already there are the meeting. She felt a tad ashamed to be among the last, but hoped her apologies sufficed.

"Oh, I'm sorry! Sorry I'm late!" she cried. "Some things... came up. But I hope I didn't hinder things! Really sorry!"

He was jealous, not that he would say it, of his cousin being more powerful than he was and being faster - he would like to move as fast as he was sure she could. The roof tops however was the biggest thing he was jealous of when it came to his cousin right now. She could easily manage the roof tops where as he was fearing he might break an ankle or twist one and face plant on the roof top. "Next time I am taking these damn things off first." He stated as he gave the geta a glare.

"I hope these things change - soon." A grumbled out as he let his cousin lead the way. He had found out that uniforms changed as one gained more power and was thus hoping the geta would become something else, what he didn't know or care...unless they were the small Chinese shoes women did foot binding used to wear.

Standing just to the side, and behind, his cousin he looked about at those gathered with golden eyes. He didn't really know anyone here, at least not like his cousin did. Eventually he was sure he would, he would need to know people in this war and he wanted to know those who his cousin were friends with - worked with. It was also a need to know these people in case anything happened to her and he needed help, or information.

"Is everyone here?" He asked his cousin, or anyone else who might know the answer.

Venice had been walking, alone, and wasn't really paying too much attention to anything. He had been out patrolling and it had gone bad - very bad. He had failed and someone had died, in his arms, and he had meant to go home but he couldn't. His feet hadn't taken him home but had guided him to the park and toward the fountain. Still powered up, he didn't have it in him to power down, he was cold but his dark eyes seemed lost and swimming with other emotions.

As he was approaching a fountain, not that he knew it was there, he felt something. It wasn't just anything though but it was several auroras and all of them belonged to order - thankfully. He didn't think he could handle any more of the Negaverse and chaos tonight, he wanted to curl up in his bed, or perhaps call Terry and sleep over his home. He needed to deal with this though, this would happen more in the future and he knew it - this was war.

When he came to the clearing and spotted the group he stared for a moment before slowly making his way toward them, wondering what was going on. He was silent as he approached, his dark eyes looking them all over even as he shivered due to the cold. His skin was already prickled with goose flesh and had been since he'd powered up.

One by one they had been appearing. Honestly it filled Phact's heart with a sense of joy to see they were even interested in continuing the discussion. And she didn't even have to bribe them!

Not to mention there two faces she had not seen before. Well, one face and one fluff ball who Phact was grateful that Havasu had taken the attention off her. It wasn't that she disliked cats but...well...she just didn't trust many. Blame it on being the senshi of doves and seems to end up with a flock of them around her in warm weather. Arthur and Isis were exceptions of course.

Smiles went around as people came to join, and in her hand, she fingered the stem of the flower Havasu had presented her. Phact knew this was his way of making peace but at the moment, she wasn't ready to forgive him for his behavior. This meeting was another chance though.

Placing it and the coffee up down behind her on the fountain, "Please, no apologies for arriving now Slievenamon, we were all just getting here." Standing back up, she had picked up the tray of hot coffee she had gotten to go with the tea Sabine held. "But now that we are all here, plus two..." She smiled sweetly down at the feline and then across to a page that was sneaking in to join them. "Before we begin, I want to offer you each something warm to drink. I have coffee and Sabine here is holding tea. Cream and Sugar of course provided. Havasu was kind enough to bring bagels to snack on as well. I just wish I could provide you all with a more enclosed space. However..." She sighed and looked up at the sky. The cold night had made it beautifully clear. "We are not near enough to the full moon to make travel possible. And Havasu's offer of his wonder, though kind, also posed a problem as we are such a numerous group."

Her head came back down and she appeared apologetic. "But with the presence of one rather fluffy feline.." Phact motioned towards the one seemed quite taken with Havasu now. "Our auras are at least weekend so we do not need to be too concerned with being tracked. Two would ideally mask us all but...take what wanders in." She added with a smile extending the tray of coffee to Havasu. "Please be a darling and see if anyone would like some. Sabine..." She smiled at the girl with a nod.

When both began to move, Phact once more took her place next to the fountain. One long breath and a gaze to Sideour for comfort (for both of them) and she began. "Thank you all for coming tonight. For those who I have not met before, I am Sailor Phact, Senshi of Doves." Her hand slipped from under her cloak and touched her chest in a soft manner before dropping again. "I have been a Senshi in this war for over three years now and in that time, I have taken to learning not only about the present but all the history of this war that spans over one thousand years. But I have to say what we all witnessed last night was something even the history I have learned never covered."

One hand slipped into her clock and returned out a moment later holding the shard of the crystal she had been give. "Last night we were given an offer unlike any I, or even those who have been around longer, could believe. A chance to strike at the heart of the Negaverus." Her eyes quickly looked towards those she had only met recently nodding for them to please, ask questions if anything she said made no sense.

"For those of you who know me, you know then that I do not believe in shedding the blood of the agents as they are just as human as we are. I personally choose to avoid unneeded action such as that. But with this..." She held up the crystal in her gloved hand. "We have been offered something more than a chance at bloodshed. In return, we have been asked to do something I know many of the White Moon disagree with.

She closed her hand around the crystal and took a deep breath. "I have asked you all here because I believe the sharing of thoughts can help foster not only ideas but also because I believe there is safety in numbers. This war has raged on long before any of us were born. Some are able to stand alone, such as the Prince Castor you all saw speaking to Cadeus last night. But I will be the first to admit that I do not want to take on this fight alone."

With those words, she smiled and gazed around once more. "So I open it all to you. There is more information among friends than among me standing here just throwing things at you. All I ask is that you listen with an open mind and never feel as if someone is trying to personally attack you. They would have to deal with me if they did."

She ended it with a grin, playful but strong before closing her arms around her and turning the floor to everyone else.

Erebus had gone out that night and ended up with a surprise when he had powered up. He had gone from Page to Squire with a few changes to his outfit and weapon accordingly. So after a bit of testing, he had continued on with his patrol that had been the entire reason he had powered up in the first place. His patrol had taken him close to the park towards the middle of it and he ended up close enough to spot the small gathering, one with included Venice.

He paused briefly, not sure if he wanted to interrupt since he hadn't been invited but after a moments debate he started to head over to the group, and Venice in particular. One of these days he would have to see if it was possible to give the poor Knight a jacket to wear over his outfit on cold nights.

Benedict, Guardian Cat

Benedict continued to mewl plaintively at Phact since she seemed intent on ignoring his demands for attention, however, when the dark colored pluto knight showed up, Benedict's fur bristled up and his tail whisked about quickly.

"I am not a pet!" He said loudly, sitting down on the cold stone and licking his paw to start to smooth his hair down again. "A pet... really..." He flicked his tail, only to mewl expectantly when Havasu knelt down to pet him. He butted his head against the extended hand, rubbing up against it with a low rumbling purr.

"Yessss... pets...."

When Phact began speaking he was jolted from his revery and shook his head, moving to jump up onto the edge of the fountain and look around. "Geeze, way too many of you in one place..."

---

Sabine, Senshi of Tactics

Sabine had simply nodded when Phact had suggested she help pass out refreshments. She quickly went around, offering up the tea to anyone who wanted some, then went and offered up the coffee as well. Once everyone had taken drinks if they so wanted, she took one of the teas herself and moved to stand next to Phact.

She listened to Phact's speech, for it could be called little else, and then finally she cleared her throat once Phact gave the floor away.

First, she gave the whole group a low curtsey. "Hello, everyone. Some of you know me, some of you do not. I am Sabine, Senshi of Tactics."

"Now, I think this is a perfect opportunity for us." Sabine began. "It's a tactical opportunity we won't get again. Not only that - but it gives us a chance to strike a hard enough blow against the Negaverse that maybe we can actually convince them to talk... to come to terms and have peace." Maybe she was a bit of an idealist but.

"I... I won't beat around the bush. I think we should do this. Caedus isn't asking a whole lot from us. Just energy. From ourselves we don't even have to take it from others..." Though, in truth, Sabine had a plan to do just that.

"But the crystals... They don't hurt anyone - so if you can find someone willing to hold it even for a little while... we could take just a little here - a little there... From hundreds of people and they wouldn't even notice... But the amount of energy we could collect would be more than enough to satisfy Caedus' needs."

She looked around the gathered group. "Not only that, but he's a guest on our planet, and he is probably homesick and misses his people. We should be doing everything we can to help him. He's helping us by giving us this chance. Is it risky? Yes, yes it is... But this is a war. There will always be risk."

With that she bowed her head and motioned that she had given up the floor to the next speaker.

Standing there, his arms about himself to keep warm, the page kept to the edge of the gathered group and listened. The one speaking, Phact, was an interesting one and someone he'd like to talk to in the future. She'd been involved long enough he could learn a lot from her, and would very much enjoy doing so. The question however was what could he learn from her? What questions to ask, what was relevant and what wasn't...what had nothing to do with this war? All things to ponder another time, this was a time to listen and then speak.

When tea and coffee were offered the page gratefully took a cup of tea, giving a short bow of thanks, before he took a sip of the hot liquid uncaring of just how hot it might be. He didn't really feel the burn on account of being that cold, he really hoped his uniform would change soon and be a bit warmer...this was not fair to him in the winter, he was risking getting sick. With the aura of someone else, another knight, arriving he turned around and glanced about before spotting a familiar, though slightly changed, figure headed for him. "Erebus..." The others name a breathy whisper, as he didn't wish to interrupt the new senshi who was speaking.

A smile was offered to Erebus before he was turning back around to chip in his own opinion on the matter.

"Cannot kill them all - would be bad for balance. Everything must be balanced. But they are bad and too many - too much bad." The balance was off as far as he could tell. He did approve of attacking them but not of wiping them out, that would just throw the balance off in the opposite direction and that was also not good. "Need peace - middle ground."

He was trying and he knew he should be able to be understood but how much? He felt...lacking as he wasn't as capable as those around him who spoke far better but that was due to his inability to speak English fluently like they did, as they were native born speakers.

"He is wise, guest and elder - should be taken care of...honored." He spoke of Caedus now as he took out the crystal he had also, he'd kept it in a pocket of his vest. "I will help, it would be a honor to help him." He would be giving his own energy when he could, there was no point in taking from other people. He could easily give his own energy even if it did make him tired, he would push himself as he had in the past. It wasn't anything he couldn't and hadn't already done in the past.

Looking then to Erebus with his dark eyes he whispered out a question to him. "Is good, what I said?" He was new to this war and felt unsure of his place in it, should he say anything, was what he said good? Did it make sense? So many insecurities and questions as he sought stable ground in his new position in this new city. It would take time but he knew he'd find himself a niche in all of this, he just needed to work on it.

Sabine, Senshi of Tactics

Sabine listened to the page, one she had not met before, and took a sip of her tea. When he finished speaking she cleared her throat again and shot the page a small nod. "Please don't get me wrong, I'd rather not kill any of the Negaverse if at all possible." She interjected, not wanting to have her stance misconstrued.

"I do, however, understand that it is a distinct possibility and if need be, I am... willing to do so." It was strange, admitting that. It was the first time doing so, even to herself.

But her conversation with Caedus had caused her to think about such a possibility. Was she really ready to commit to what all this war entailed? She was pretty sure she was.

"But, hopefully, we'd be able to get in, do what needed to be done, and get out without having to draw any blood. Who knows what would happen if we could destroy the center of their power? Maybe they would realize that peace is a valid option..."

Havasu Falls

Hav started a bit when the fluff ball suddenly spoke. He had been told about guardian cats and had briefly seen one or two but hadn't really hung out with one. He mentally shrugged and buried his fingers in the cat's fur, it didn't matter if the cat was a talking one who could do magic... a cat was a cat was a cat. They loved the attention even if they didn't act like it.

His furball petting was interrupted when Phact started to talk. It seemed it was time to get the meeting started so he got to his feet and stretched slightly. Soon they would all be chilling out on the small warm beach of his wonder, playing in the water, he could even open the secret doors to the complex hidden in the canyon... wait, what? Havasu's daydreaming was cut short by Phact's comment. "What? I can't take us to the falls? Well damn it who made up those stupid rules?" He was surprisingly put out over this set back, so much so that he missed his cue to take the coffee tray and hand the drinks out. By the time his brain caught up Sabine had already stolen the offered tray and passed them all out. "I'll... just pass out the beagle then." He scooped the bag up and started to circulate like the senshi of tactics was doing but he was taking longer apparently. Sabine had finished her side of things and was already adding to the discussion. The squire held his tongue as she voiced her opinion which was a good thing since a page spoke up in a halting accent.

He had spotted the page in striped pants when he came up before Phact had started to talk and had mentally winced at the lack of jacket. This winter might have started off unseasonably warm but with the predicted snow storm heading their way in a little over a week the temps had tanked and a vest was just not going to cut it. So when he reached the boy Hav put down his bag of bagels and slipped off his jacket before placing it over the page's shoulders, grabbing the bagels, and finishing handing them out. He wouldn't freeze in his long sleeve shirt and leather chest thingy that he had gotten in his upgrade so it was no biggy to lend the coat to the younger knight.

Unlike the rest of the group the squire decided to sit on the fountain rim. "Hey, Havasu Falls, Squire of Pluto." He gave a half wave to the collected group before focusing on Sabine. "I personally dislike this idea. There are too many unknowns. We don't know if the stones will hurt us. We don't know the lay of the land. We don't know who exactly Death Warmed Over is. We Don't Know and while I have no issues risking my own neck I am not about to risk those I care about on unknowns." He visually surveyed the group before adding, "As for killing.... Stripes over there," Hav nodded in the direction of the page he had lent his coat to, "is right. No killing. Beating the hell out of... that I can understand." Havasu's face went dark for a moment and he absently rubbed at his shoulder.

He would looooovvvvveeeee to beat the everliving s**t out of that one nega officer for the injuries he had sustained a while back. One of these days, he silently promised himself before focusing back to the task at hand. "Sabine, those thoughts lead down a dark path. One we need to strive to avoid. However I can't say as I know of a better idea than to do a sneak attack." He sighed and pulled his cowboy hat off. "Just wish we knew more."

((Pardon the NCIS Spoilers... and no Mel does not know Tony is leaving the show either.))

Mlinzi, Guardian Cat Extraordinaire

Mlinzi had been out roaming the city that was his home. Looking for senshi who needed to be awakened and doing his best to figure out how he was going to catch this week's episodes of NCIS. He got chased off of the window sill from the last place he had been watching from so now he was on the prowl for a new family who liked to watch Gibbs slap Tony while they hunted down killers. He still couldn't believe that Palmer had a kid and Bishop was getting divorced... although he still loved Ziva. He had thrown a kitty fit when he found out she was leaving the show.

He was getting peeved again just thinking about it but that anger was quickly replaced as a fuzzy gray tail darted into a bush just feet in front of him. "Squirrel!" and the chase began. The gray squirrel keeping just out of his reach. It got a little dicey when Mel chased the squirrel across the street into a large park but since it was fairly late at night the traffic wasn't too bad. Just one car honked their horn at him.

His target darted through leafless bushes and finally into a clearing with a fountain in the middle... and apparently a meeting of some sort. The squirrel decided its safest route was right through the meeting so Mel followed. "Excuse me", "Coming through", "Pardon me," He muttered the phrases as he dodged around feet.

The guardian cat finally realized something and came to a complete stop right in the middle of the group. "Hey you are all order fighter people. Cool." He glanced around, his tail drooping in sadness. "Damn... lost the squirrel."

She grabbed it up and swallowed a gulp as if it were the elixir of life itself and, for all the girl knew, it might have well been. A shiver had already begun to set in and the redhead was mentally cursing her father some more for biding her time with a lecture to the point she forgot to bring a coat. The coffee had melted the cold within her a bit, but her fingertips still felt intolerably icy.

As Phact begun to speak and others hereafter, Slievenamon found herself bobbing her head reflexively. It wasn't just that she agreed with what was being said, but also because she wanted to take in as much as possible. There was so much to learn that the new page had to take it in slowly. However, she was always quick to learn, and seemed keen on the uptake. When it came to the talk of the crystals and their benefits, the page nearly took out hers, but grabbed at a bagel instead and began to eat it before she began to speak. Instead, as she prepared her thoughts, she listened to the new page whose name she did not know.

After clearing her mouth with a gulp of the coffee and the bagel, Slievenamon finally said, "I still quite new to all of the this and... can't really offer much, I think. T-that's just what I think. However, I don't think Caedus is as bad as we make him"— Slievenamon took another sip of coffee here—"out to be. I happened to meet a younger senshi a bit ago who talked to him. Even he said that the cloaked figure wasn't a bad guy; encouraged him with his words too. I mean, he could just acting fake-friendly to butter us up for his own cause, but if he could be nice to a chibi senshi, then... He must not be all that bad, right? Plus, the crystals aren't that dangerous. I was curious enough to see if it makes you drowsy and stops as he explained and it certainly does. I know some of us might not be in agreement, but I really think this could be a good jab in the evil forces that I've heard about—if they're as bad as they're made out to be, I mean. No killing, but to even out the playing field. There has to be balance somewhere, as said."

The page hooted in surprise at the new cat to join their presence. The fact there were talking cats that aided the side of order confounded her, but she eventually reasoned that a shell flute materializing out of thin air was odd, this wasn't the start of it. It was all the magic to blame, of course. Instead, she offered a smile to the new cat, and glanced around a bit to see if the squirrel was around. Much to her chagrin (and the cat's as well), it wasn't.
