What a new roleplay? Tom is in charge? Abandon guild!!!
Now those of you brave enough to continue, allow me to tell you the story of Sigma Six.
Along time ago in a galaxy far far away, a decade after the Imperial defeat at Endor the New Republic is no the controlling power in the galaxy. Make no mistake the Empire did not merely vanish over night, they are still active in the galaxy attacking with guerrilla styled tactics, using fear, and shock and awe style attacks to keep planets, and local governments in line. They have been little more than a nuisance, however intelligence has reported the acquisition of a new super weapon. Republic command is taking no chances with this new threat and has deployed a special task force made up of veterans and newcomers from both sides of the galactic civil war to combat this familiar threat.

Rules No god-moding; fairly simple everyone can die, and everyone misses a shot
Keep it pg-13; I get it tensions, hormones, and emotions, in character only please, can rise and you act accordingly but if something comes out of your pants you take it out of my thread.
Keep it literate; I don't need a screeplay everypost and I would prefer we do not have oneliner's if possible. I know the more info i'm provided the more I can interact.
Combat; I'm going to let us control that, we are all adults and should be able to make this work. If not I will start a dice system and it will be incredibly simple and unforgiving.
Characters; They will be first come first serve, depending on the mission we will use different numbers/members of Sigma-Six. If your character is not "depoyed" feel free to roleplay them as though they are having down time, or simply leave them idle it is your call. However if someone interacts with you please respond or let them know you are not using that character.
Age; Please keep the timeline in mind when making a character, the clone wars era ended roughly 35-40 years ago.
Cannon/Legends; Everything that has happened until now in the movies, video games and books will be accepted as cannon. However we will be actign in a legends timeframe in the sense of what happens in episode 7 does not have to happen.
Space saver for anything I maybe forgetting, or something that we need to add in at a later date.

Weapons sad Self explanatory, no light sabers unless you have a valid reason. Most of the galactic citizens at this point have no idea what that is.)

Rising sun: Fears and tensions run high as rumors spread of an imperial super weapon being designed on a base until now hidden in the vast wastes of Er'Kit. Sigma Six has been dispatched to sabotage any prototypes and level the base.
