He had thought that after getting the bedding from home it wouldn't be too hard getting food, never mind he didn't have license and was borrowing his fathers car. It wasn't that he didn't know how to drive but rather that he didn't have a license in this country. This wasn't something he mentioned or even brought up as he'd snuck into the apartment, not wanting to wake anyone or gain any attention, as he grabbed the air bed, pump, pillows and blankets from the hallway closet and with help from Terry got it all down the elevator and outside to the apartment buildings parking garage where it all got put into his fathers car.
The next trip had been to purchase food, from a Korean restaurant as he really didn't know American foods. What he wasn't expecthing was the places to be closed, this was new for him as places were still open late into the night where he was from. He'd not tried getting food so late before either. Baffled, and not having expected it he'd dragged Terry, he did feel bad for his behavior and dragging the other all about, to an open Asian grocery store and a normal grocery store in order to get what he could and than back to his home, where he'd let the other inside, in order to cook. He'd slipped into his parents room to explain to them that he was cooking food for a friend and his family, they just didn't have what was needed - like a rice cooker.
So he'd spent the better part of the next three hours making various foods that he felt were light and also healthy and would cover the strange figures needs, if he even had any.
Explaining the various foods as he cooked he was glad when he was able to pack it all up, finally, and they could head to the park at the cities edge and deliver the food and bedding. He had tried to keep away from the topic, in case someone heard, while he'd been cooking so he had filled the time with the descriptions of foods, what various things were, and anything else he could think of to discuss including the snow they were due to be getting hit with.
With the various foods packed into tupperwares and packed into the car the drive to the park wasn't a bad one, at least not for him, as he had taken the fastest route he could - according the gps in the car. Plus he might have an issue with speeding...just a slight issue, same for driving safely in general.

Terry hadn't minded being dragged along on to the many different places and in fact tried to help with the shopping after they found the first place closed. He could at least offer suggestions when they were needed. When they got back to Seung's house to cook the food he joined the other man in the kitchen, alternating between helping him cook and simply keeping him company. On the way back to the park though, Terry had Seung stop off at his house so he could quickly grab a tent so Caedus wouldn't be out in the open as much. Thankfully it wasn't a long pit stop so they were still able to get to the park on good time. Once they were there they both unpacked the food and Terry stuffed the bedding stuff into a backpack with the tent. Between the two they were able to carry everything back to the area they had seen Caedus resting last time. "Hello? We brought food and bedding." Terry said when they were close enough so they wouldn't startle Caedus.

Caedus emerged from the tree line only a few seconds after being called; he seemed awake, and very aware of what was going on around him. At least, for now. It was easy to keep an eye on the area; even within the grove of trees on the side of the hill he had a fairly good vantage point. He eyed the two, perhaps trying to get a good idea just what cargo they had brought, or to remember who they are and what role they had played during the meeting. Ultimately, he seemed more relaxed with only the two of them—as opposed to the large crowd. Two were easier to handle—especially when he recalled their apparently genuine need to aid him. "You have burdened yourselves on my behalf," he said, sounding almost guilty—but grateful. Almost. It was hard to read him. "I cannot imagine this was an easy task. I am in your debt."

Venice stepped forward and looked the other, dark eyes seeking to see how the other was. Bowing, low, he let his dark eyes meet the others form. "It is not burden. It is an honor to help - you are honored and an elder." He was to be respected as far as the Korean male was concerned. Even someone he didn't like back home he showed proper respect, it was how it should be done.
"Please, enjoy the food." He stated motioning to what Terry had, as he had gotten to carry most of the food. "I hope it is liked, it is good for you." Healthy. "Not heavy." Light food, something his stomach could handle. Not eating in so long he doubted the other could handle anything too heavy. He had opted for rice, vegetables, and fish over beef or pork. He had gone for what he thought would be the best for the other as he had made a soup, salad and other things for the other to sample and enjoy. "Need your strength." He said. Caedus wasn't the only one who had issues with the language as the Ganymede knight obviously did as well.
"No debt is owed. It is honor to help." He answered as he straightened himself finally, he had held the bow for a good amount of time. "Bedding also, if you show me where you sleep." He said while shifting the bedding he had. He hoped he could make the other comfortable and make his stay here pleasant if not enjoyable.
Turning his dark eyes on Terry he felt a smile tugging at his lips. He was happy for the others help and company in this trip of his, and it wasn't just because he couldn't have done this on his own. He enjoyed the others company and very presence.
Turning, slowly, back to his fellow foreigner the smile was still in place. "I am Venice of Ganymede. My partner is Erebus of Saturn." He said innocently enough, not knowing how his words might be taken.

Erebus had studied Caedus when he had stepped out, taking in the fact that the ancient man seemed more relaxed now that there wasn't a large crowd there to press in and demand answers. He shrugged a shoulder slightly, careful not to spill any of the food Seung had made, and gave a half smile. "Like he said, it was not a problem, and frankly I wouldn't want to leave anyone who had been trapped for centuries with nothing to make them feel better even if it ends up only helping a little bit." He then looked around to see if there was any place he could set the food down for Caedus, preferably someplace bugs wouldn't be able to get into it easily. "If you have a preferred place to eat I can set this down and you can get started while we set things up?" He suggested after a moment. After how Caedus had reacted earlier when people had gotten too close he didn't want to just march up to him and pass it off to him. He caught the look Seung gave him out of the corner of his eye and he turned slightly to return the smile. Only to end up blinking a bit in surprise and a blush to try to start up on his cheeks at the way Seung introduced them but he waved it off after a moment. Partner was a perfectly acceptable title after all and he was sure the other hadn't meant it that way.

Caedus seemed perplexed and glanced between the two of them as if seeking to determine if they were speaking truthfully. He must have decided that they were, because he once more relaxed and said, "I am impressed by your manners, Venice of Ganymede and Erebus of Saturn." He glanced towards the treeline but did not seem keen to invite them into the location he had designated a 'safer' area. A hill was not necessarily private, but some semblance of safety was reassuring all the same. "Here is fine," he said finally. He could move things later if he needed to.

Smiling he set things down and slowly moved to pump the air mattress, explaining what he was doing as he did so. "I am going to fill this." Motioning to the deflated mattress. "With air fro here." Pointing to the pump he had. "So you have bed then." Nodding his head he ran his fingers through his dyed hair, brushing the fall of hair from the side of his face it fell in front of.
"It is good to respect and honor those older and wiser. To honor the dead and your ancestors as well. This is what I grew up learning." He explained. It was something that people generally learned but not everyone learned it, and followed it, the same as everyone was different and cultures were different as well. "Cold weather, snow, is due. You will be warm now." And well fed tonight. "I can bring food again if it please you." Glancing to Erebus as he let the pump do it's job he went to lay out the pillows and blankets on top of the still inflating bed before moving to help his fellow page.

Since Caedus hadn't said where he wanted the food, Erebus just started to set it up on a near by bench after dragging it closer to where Seung was setting up the bedding. "We also brought a tent that can be set up if you like, that would also help protect you from the snow." He said as he worked. He briefly wondered if the ancient man would want to set it up on his own or if he would let them help. When Seung joined him in setting up the food he gave the other Page a small smile.

"Food pleases me," Caedus said to Venus, following Erebus with this eyes. He did not approach either, perhaps awaiting invitation or still trying to understand all that they were doing. "I am still impressed," he said. "You did not have to do all of this for me. I understand I am a stranger to you. Many of your kind did not think me trustworthy. I am surprised no one tried to attack me. Do you always treat foreign guests this kindly? …Or am I just the first?" They had seemed to know next to nothing about dealing with extremely foreign visitors, and Caedus could admit that he was a bit surprised that Earth would be so ill-equipped to handle them. "I am struggling still to understand. Earth was once so important to this galaxy. You…have no one, but yourselves?"

"I am glad. Please, help your self." He stated motioning to the food being set up. "I hope it is good." He had done his best and hoped it was good enough, he didn't know what the other had once liked or what he had once been used to. He only knew what he was used to, what he could cook. He had to hope it was good enough and food he could handle.
"No, we did. it is a honor. One should not be treated poorly when a guest. Is dishonorable and poor manners. Am glad no one hurt you." He wouldn't have been able to jump in, he was too weak and he knew it. He was also knew and certainly had no knowledge or proof or anything to back himself up with against someone else. He was in a very low position and as much as he disliked it he knew it was where he belonged for the moment.
"The first? From not Earth? Yes, you are first. Aliens are not real to many...others say yes. No real proof...no visits. Earth is just Earth...our home. Many countries...many fight and war...much for you to learn, times are different." Maybe he should try and find a book or two on the last thousand years? Or at least recent years. "Erebus...book on times?" He asked hoping the other understood him. With the bed pumped up he went to remove the pump and seal the mattress and straightened the bedding and pillows.
"Done here."

"Well, you are the first that we have seen and heard anyway." Erebus said with a thoughtful tone. "If there have been more it was before either of us awoke. Like Venice said, most people on Earth don't believe in life outside of this planet and to be fair they are right to some extent. The planets, moons, asteroids, and comets closest to Earth where they can see and study have no life and Wonders are protected so they can't detect them." He elaborated a bit on the other Page's answer. When Venice asked about a book he puzzled over the question for a moment then gave a nod. "We could probably find a few history books, the problem would be to find one that goes back far enough or covers more then one country." He said as he finished setting up the food. "Done here as well."

Caedus listened intently, nodding. He did not seem to have difficulties understanding Venice and assumed they were struggling with the same problem: English was not a first language. He moved to sit at the table, though did not reach for the food. They had been extremely polite to set it up, but he was almost shy, as if not sure how to adhere to their etiquette. He was visibly restraining. "I would appreciate any books. It is smart to have those locations protected, though. Humans are…innately selfish," he mused. "…As a culture. Not necessarily as individuals. As you have kindly proven," he said, nodding towards the bedding and food. "They seek to claim all that they can see. I suppose if the universe has truly been…damaged, it would make sense to avoid Earth. At least while Metallia—the Negaverse—still exists. They are like a plague. If you infect one, you can infect many. It is safest to avoid Earth."

"Yes...one book to cover all would be hard. Many books, for different areas...and currant world...not in books." He said flipping his dyed hair from his face as he looked from table, and food, to Caedus and smiled. "Help yourself, made just for you." He had made sure to bring a fork, spoon, and knife for the other as he doubted chop sticks would be appreciated, perhaps even considered cruel or a joke of some sort. He knew they were not easy for other people to work with, while for him it was natural.
"Yes, people are as a general." He said nodding his head to Caedus' words. He could not deny that, it was how people were - human nature. Some fought it whilst others...seemed to thrive on it. "It is why Earth has problems - warming...many animals dying and more." It was hard to get into it, to properly explain it, but he would be sure to find a book or two on the issues that were currently effecting the planet, they might help the other in some way.
"No life on Ganymede either....all ruins." He said thinking back on when he'd stepped outside of his wonder and had found nothing but ruins and no people. His wonder needed repairs, lots of them, and time. Something had hit there and how many other places?

Erebus moved a bit farther away from the table so Caedus would be more comfortable and gestured to the spread. "Go ahead and eat, we wont mind you eating as we talk." He said with a small smile. "I could probably bring some of my history books from past school years." He looked over at Venice with a raised eyebrow, silently questioning if he might have some. He then looked back to Caedus when he mentioned it was safer to hide the Wonders and nodded. "Thankfully they wouldn't be able to claim any even if they did find them since space travel is very, very limited. The farthest mankind has made it in recent years has been the moon."

Caedus nodded slowly; he reached for the fork and held it indelicately, glancing at what food was spread out. He did not seem to know where to start, but at their reassuring moved the food closer to him; he the container up, close to his lips, and poked at the food with the fork. "I would appreciate any books. I will return them promptly. I am a fast reader. While I might struggle with the language a bit…I can retain the image for a while. It will give me time to process and decipher." He scooped a mouthful onto the fork and took a bite—but it seemed to take him next to no time to chew or swallow. He shoveled the food into his mouth at an almost alarming rate—though paused halfway through to say, "Have you been to your Wonders? Are they still alive?" The fork was at his mouth again, disappearing into the shadows of his cloak as he continued eating.
