A stranger with an odd energy signature appeared overnight. He reached out to all Order-Aligned factions and requested an audience with them. After a group gathered, he presented himself as Caedus, apparently an alien who had been trapped in the Rift after a failed treaty with Beryl over a thousand years ago. He claims he wants to get home and has the ability to gain access to Beryl's Castle in Negaspace. In exchange, he wants senshi, knights and cats to gather energy using specialized crystals he provided for the group. He is currently located on a hill on the outskirts of Destiny City and has stated he will meet with people individually. Caution is advised: we still do not know if he can be trusted or if he is dangerous. He has requested we spend a few days making a decision, planning an attack, and then rejoining him on the hill when he calls us so he can make preparations for a possible attack. We need to make sure we have as much information as we can on this guy. Should you choose to seek him out and gain any information, please report to this database.

He claims his name is Caedus but did not elaborate on title or other information.

Apparently old. He claims his last memory outside of the Rift was from over a thousand years ago. If this is true, he has an incredibly long lifespan.

He claims he would not be useful in battle.

Speaking English does not seem to be a great skill of his. He has a wide vocabulary but lacks some basic fluidity in the language. He occasionally speaks in another language.

Claims his foremost goal is to go home. Referred to Earth as a 'miserable rock'.

Destroy Beryl, Metallia and the Negaverse. He requested our aid to do this, likely because he does not seem to be inclined to battle. He wants to get the forces of Order into Negaspace to raid the castle. He believes Metallia is here and that we can destroy her with a blitz attack.

Get us to drain energy for him. This is relevant to accomplishing his true two goals, apparently. He claims he can only return home and only open the door to Negaspace if we gather energy for him using the Crystals he handed out.

He claims his entrapment is by fault of Beryl, a thousand years ago while he was signing a treaty with her on Earth. He did not think that she was always bad, but also admits he did not know her. She may have been a victim in some ways, but he does not excuse this and holds her personally accountable for his suffering. According to him, he dealt with the Royal Family of Earth and when his people heard there were tensions with the marriage falling through, they came to secure their alliance. Because his planet needed resources, his group wanted to ensure the treaty would continue regardless of Beryl's takeover. When meeting with her to discuss the alliance and their treaty, Beryl attacked. He suspects she slaughtered all the men he was traveling with and claims he fled into the Rift to avoid the same fate. He says he escaped the Rift recently, after fighting his way out. He found the fallen Earth City the Negaverse now uses as its stronghold, but he did not go near it.

States that his homeworld is not alive and is a synthetic homeworld. He does not believe the planet has a 'soul', but apparently thinks that 'natural' homeworlds do. They rely on treaties and alliances to provide them with resources and sustenance to survive. Their planet does not seem capable of self-support. It also does not have a Senshi.

This world apparently does a lot of research and is filled with 'great minds'. Crystals power much of the homeworld.

His homeworld sounds durable. He describes it as being designed to survive and holds faith that despite being gone for a thousand years, it will be fine when he returns. He seems convinced that Chaos cannot touch it or be affected by it.

His homeworld is 'far enough away' that he does not believe Metallia could reach it. He claims it has its own orbit and that prevents him from knowing its exact location at this moment.
