Ashanite had no idea how long he'd been in that cell. He had slept on and off, but that wasn't reliable; he didn't sleep well under normal circumstances, never mind here. So it might have been a day, it might have been more, he really had no way to know. His head, at least, was mostly no longer spinning, and he had tried both teleportation and summoning his weapons.
Neither worked. Of course.
He could hear footsteps in the hallway, which was his only way to guess when someone might be coming, and he let out a very heavy, very dramatic exhale. It was possible, of course, that whoever this was would pass him by, which would suit him just fine. The more bullets he dodged, the better.

Skoll thought the whole thing was a little... excessive. Really, capturing and torturing all of these, what were they again, agents of the Negaverse and the only reason was ... because they kidnapped 'us' all the time? The senshi was too new to understand, obviously.
Her brother seemed extremely intent on the whole process.
She came up on one of the captives and looked at him. The Negaverse clearly didn't clothe their agents any better than the senshi did in some cases. He was decently attractive, though the flare of Chaos from him did keep her from being her normal level of attracted. She stepped into the cell, and leaned against the bars, arms crossed over her chest.
"So. What made them target you?" The Senshi of the Pack tilted her head to the side, curious to see if he'd answer her with anything other than spit and a glare.

Ashanite sighed, again. No, he was not so lucky as to avoid interrogation. As much as this qualified as one. He shrugged his shoulders, the best half-idle answer he could manage.
"You'd have to ask the people who captured me," he said. "But if I had to guess? Oh, I don't know. My stunning good looks, my track record of being an irredeemable arse, the long trail of cold corpses I've left in my deeply dangerous wake..." His sarcasm got heavier and heavier. Really, he suspected it might just be his connections - Umber and Xenotime were far larger threats than him; it was possible the original intent had been to interrogate him for answers about them.
It was a wild guess.
"Maybe I was just convenient. Wouldn't that be wonderful. Kidnapped for being in the wrong place, at the wrong time."

Skoll raised an eyebrow at him. Snarky, wasn't he? Or just mouthy. She could seen how the other, more vicious senshi might be willing to punch first before talking. That said, she didn't see why anyone would want any of these guys locked up and to torture them.
"Oh yes, I can see why they'd want ya here. For savory pleasures and grand ol'times." The senshi answered with just as much sarcasm, rolling her eyes at him. She appraised him with curious green-yellow eyes.
"Ya usually in the wrong place, and the wrong time?" asked Skoll, smirking slightly at him.

Ashanite laughed. He liked her well enough, so far - if he weren't locked up in a cell, this would have been a far more fun encounter.
"If someone would just ask nicely, maybe I would be amenable." He sighed dramatically, rolling his shoulders a little.
He raised his eyebrows. "Darling, I'm an officer because I was in the wrong place at the wrong time." He wished his hands were unbound so he could punctuate it properly by examining his nails. "Yes, I do."

Yeah, that thing about being mouthy? She upped that to 'entitled'. Oh how tragic, he became what he was because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Boo hooo.
"An' I'm'a senshi, cause I followed a centaur through town until we got attacked by an even larger monster. I sympathize," said Skoll, rolling her eyes at his dramatics. He'd clearly win favor with his jailers with the theatrics.
"s**t happens." She added, as though that would explain everything. Or not. The tall senshi cracked her knuckles absentmindedly, sizing him up as she would an opponent stronger than her. Skoll'd come into this not sure about everything, but the torture part...
Eh if he kept talking like he was high and mighty, she could see it. If there was one thing she hated more than her father, it was a*****e's who thought they were entitled to anything and everything.
