- Fire Wielding: He has the ability to use flames conjured from his body. The appear on his hands most of the time, and he can breathe fire like a dragon, but after breathing fire, he gets dehydrated and needs water.
- Fire Flight: With his ability on using fire, he can conjure fire on his legs to help him fly in the air. However, occasionally pants have this tendency to be flammable.

Dino tries his best to be a dependable friend to many. He is noble, valiant, and daring. However, this is all countered by his clumsiness and occasional air-headed attitude. If given the opportunity, he can drop anything he holds. Also, he sometimes has no idea on what's going on in conversations that are fast-paced. He's seen as a grade A dork for this. However, he tries his best in everything and tries not to let others down.
With Dino, there is always a sense of honesty radiating off of him. When someone asks him a question, he answers as honestly and gently as possible. He's also always willing to crack a joke or make someone laugh. However, he's against pranks of any sort, seeing them as immoral or wrong. He has a strong sense of justice in his mind, though no one knows why.
Amongst friends, Dino is outgoing and never holds back on his emotions. He is easily walked on, though, and people can easily get their way with him. This also includes his friends at times, but he's fine with it. Because of this, he is constantly broke and cannot always pay for living expenses. To make up for it, he plays bass in a local bar sometimes.
Being such a goofy but loveable guy (who isn't bad looking), many wonder how he could be single. For almost his entire life, Dino has suffered from the "Friendzone Bug" that follows him around. Girls just seem to not be able to find it in themselves to like him past a friend. Because of this, Dino has given up hope on dating for now and just plans to live life like there is no tomorrow.

Oliver Hamilton and Maire Woodings were high school sweethearts who lived in the valley of California. They both attended college at Stanford, where Oliver majored in philosophy and Maire majored in psychology. The graduated and got married soon after. One month after the wedding, Maire was pregnant, and they prepared to have a family in the small community of Strawberry. Their son Dino, almost named Serge Wait-for-it Hamilton by the enthusiastic Oliver, grew up in a loving environment. Maire implanted her ideas on human thoughts in his mind to understand how people feel, and Oliver trained his son on his theories about life and how men should live in a world where modern chivalry exists.
There was only one major flaw in the family: Maire and Oliver were both the nerds of school. They definitely didn't look like it, but Oliver's mental thought process and Maire's awkward personality said it all. Therefore, Dino grew up to obviously become a bit odd as well. It never bothered him, though. He was happy and healthy as a child, compared to his young cousin Marina from his mom's side. The girls in the Woodings family were always weaker and cursed with an unhappy life. However, Dino was always kind to his cousin when he saw her. She lived with their uncle Simon and Aunt Rachel for some time, and during then, Dino was not allowed to see her.
Time went on, and Dino had become known as the Dork of Strawberry. He was fine with it, since nobody other than a few individuals bullied him. He also had to start wearing glasses in the second grade. It was then that he began to get into comic books. He hung out with Marina at school, showing her the Superman comics which she saw as unrealistic. They had this sibling-like relationship until the fifth grade when she was forced out of school. When his main source of entertainment was gone, Dino had become more involved with his comic books.
Marina eventually returned, better than before, and they began their own group of nerdy friends. It had been like that since the sixth grade, but Mary changed a bit a year later. Nonetheless, they all still hung out, and everything seemed like it would stay like that at least until college began, but then the powers came about. Dino was one of the last people to realize his powers, and it wasn't a pleasant moment. He was in the freezer section of a store, and his fingers got cold, so a small flame came out. He panicked, and even more flames poured out of his hands. He then ran into the snow outside to stop, drop, and roll. He's become more trained since then, but he doesn't always use his powers.
His group became known as the Heroes, since they all saw this as an opportunity to become legends, but then Mary left the group, which confused the blond. He was prepared to go to college, but now he's staying in town to hang out with the group that now helps with whatever neighborhood evil may come.

Dino is talented in playing bass. He constantly wants to make a band of his own, but he can never find enough people to make one. Also, he dabbles in art.
