Located in the mountains at the North-West tip of the Vasilikan Region lies the largest Dwarven community outside of Sedem Reges, Haven Cavern. Called this perhaps because this is the largest cave and mine-system the dwarves have in this region, it is also where most if not all of dwarven kind feel and truly are safe. Not the sociable lot around other races, this place is a meeting ground for dwarves of all walks of life. Even brothers and sisters who live within the city walls take trips to 'visit the county' as they put it, and get back to their roots and quite possibly catch up with child-hood acquaintances. Most outsiders who travel here come either with a dwarf, or simply to trade. Their eyes watch closely, and one isn't really allowed much movement unless to stores. However, one who gains the favor of a man or woman of this village, gains favor with quite a powerful ally indeed. The warriors of Rundar are considered some of the strongest in the region, out of necessity as it is not uncommon for Veridan monsters to cross the gorge in these mountains. The stronghold is seen by most outsiders as a necessity, to prevent the monsters from overtaking the region entirely.
