Evan sat quietly, reading a novel. Her mind wasn't entirely there, for imagination was taking place, and the words were becoming reality in her own little world.
Dragons, dungeons; A princess in danger and a thief chosen to be prince. Ahh, what an adventure, she thought. How exciting! Oh, how Evan wished for an adnventure or her own. Her own story to live and tell.
With a sigh, she reached a new chapter, and began to read, more and more washed up within the tale of endless adventures.

Aurora whowas walking over noticed a girl with black hair that coought her attention she had never seen this girl befor well she had not seen many people befor but at the moment Evan was who aurora saw. She walked over calmly and looked over the other girls sholder see what Evan was reading at that moment.

(I forgot my mule's password so ignore me for now XD)
Heather had already arrived on the (not quite existent island) and was busying herself by sitting on the beach and watching the ocean waves. This was a pretty cool she was glad she decided on that internship. Although she wasn't so sure about the shots against the diseases. The girl sighed and leaned backward onto the warm sand. "Maybe I'll make some friends soon..."

David was sitting up in one of the many trees, carving a piece of wood. Hanging from a short bit of rope from a nearby branch was his pack full of equipment. Snorting a little, he slipped the carving into his beltpouch, and slid the knife into its sheath, just watching for the moment, wondering where the new people had come from...

Evan was startled. Being so drawn into the book, she hadn't noticed Aurora come up and look over her shoulder. She turned her head, and leaned forward. The sun reflecting off the sand(on this not quite existant island) and her banana chair made a crickety sound, as she stood.
"Hello," she said quietly, she hoped she hadn't been sitting on a reserved seat or something.

Aurora backed away a little when she noticed that she noticed that she had got up. "ooh you do not have to get up I.. I was just seeing what you were reading since you relly seemed in to it." she stopped and bit her bottem lip. "My name is Aurora I kind of just got here so I am a little unsure were here is."

"Oh, no, it's alright. I was a little startled is all," Evan tried to chuckle, but it really just sounded more like a quiet snort. Her cheeks flushed slightly. She looked around, as Aurora mentioned not being sure as to where they were.
"I'm Evan, Evan Yorke, nice to meet you, Aurora," her hand lifted up to shake, and she blinked slightly. (Metaphorically) She'd been on the island for a few weeks, now.
"This is an island... I'm not sure exactly where it is. But, I've been told it has a lot of adventerous terrain and history about it," she smiled very slightly.

Aurora took Evan's hand in her own and shook it easly her red sweater covered most of her hand and as she let go and moved her hand back to her side it almost compleatly dispeared under the red fabric of the sleeve.
"ooh it has history do you know what type. I am sorry I love history of coultures and other things and well just the mention of learning some thing new gets me interested." she ran her fingers though her white slopply cut hair. "This place seems nice though I do not remeber much befor wakeing up on the beach yesterday moarning," she sighed.

Evan's smile became slightly more confident. She likes adventures too? And history? Wow! How about that?
"I hear it was used to hide pirate treasure back in those days, and later used as refuge from the law," She was getting excited now, "And that there was once a great scientist, who turned animals into people! Imagine that!"
She blinked. Okay, that wasn't supposed to come out. Evan's cheeks flushed again. She had over-spoken her day-dreaming thoughts, again.
"Uh-hah, sorry 'bout that."

Aurora listened. Wow she likes history also it seems and she knows about this islands history ooh this is so cool.
"So is there a chance that there is a chance tresure is still on the island. That sounds like so much fun to go look for." Whait what about Animals turning in to people now that soundeds strange almost unreal.
"ooh you do not have to be embarised about that though why would some one want to make animals in to humans." she rubbed her head a little trying to comprehend the animals in to humans. "How do you know so much about the island Evan?"

Evan chuckled, a more confident one, and sat down, patting the sand for Aurora to join. She liked this girl already.
"There's a library, this place has been turned into a home away from home, of sorts," her fingers found their way into the sand.
"I asked one of the workers here, and he said there was a book on the island's history. But he was telling me some of the stories, before I managed to ask for directions," She let out a quiet sigh.
"I'll have to find it, soon, so I can find that book and read a little more," she looked up at the mountain, that seemed far away.
"I'll bet the treasure would be up in there somewhere."

Aurora sat down next to Evan and looked at the mountian. "I will help you find the library that is a promice since I would like to get a look at that book also." Aurora looked up to Evan a little since this girl seemed so intresting and so much like her.
"I would think they would have hid the tresure in a forest on the mountian since then it would be hard to get at and to find." she said with a smile "Should't there be a island map some were around here or some thing like that so that people can find places."

A map? Oh, why didn't I think of that!? Evan mentally slapped herself, and nodded in agreement.
"I never thought to ask, there should be though!" Yep, she was excited. Oh, the adventure they were both in for, simply for being there. But that wasn't the topic.
"This is gonna be so much fun!" Evan beamed.

"Some times you need a person to help you look at a situation in a different way, some one told me that I do not know who," An Adventure on an island out some place ooh this sounded like a book.
Aurora giggled as she notied Evans enthusasum for the subject. "So Lets go and see if there is one in the room's or some place else." though Aurora could not help it things like this intrested her and made wish she knew more.
"I agree this is going to be fun"

Evan nodded and stood up, holding out a hand to help the girl to her feet.
"I wonder what sort of treasure there'll be there..." Maybe rubies and saphires, or diamonds and ancient dabloons! Or a cursed crown!
She inwardly giggled. No, there's no such thing as curses. There probably wasn't a doctor who turned animals into people either, that was just weird.
