This will contain a list of Civilian characters, and where each one of them resides. I created this as a way to keep track of the characters you wouldn't see listed under each gangs thread. Hopefully this will make it easier on us all. lol
As we get more I will add them to this list, but please, in order to have your character added, send me the information that is asked for below. Also I'll need a picture for your character, the dimensions should be at least 300 x 120
Note: The short description section just means give us a basic rundown of your character. Add some small bits of information, whether it's bits of personality, things they do, or even an extremely condensed version of their history. It doesn't have to be longer than a paragraph. If I can think of a sample of what I mean I will write one up but hopefully this makes some sense.

Please keep in mind that only Crew members (Captain/Vice/Crew) can make gov officials.
