Fashionista Extraordinaire - Shopping. Makeovers. Style. These compose the sun that Priscilla Sophia Constance Stratford’s life rotates around. She lives for fashion; she’s up to date with all the new hair, makeup and clothing styles for each upcoming season thanks to her magazine subscriptions and dozens of bookmarked websites. Her personal preference tends to stick with black clothing (it’s the most slimming, after all) and pink (it’s the perfect match and pleasing to the eye), but loves to accessorize and change up clothing styles, as well as try new colors and patterns on anyone willing (or sometimes not willing) to be subjected to her ministrations.

Spending (Daddy’s) Money - Daddy Dearest may not be there physically or emotionally for 90% of the time, but his money certainly sticks around for 100% of it. What better way to fill in the gaps of unrequited parental doting than by spending oodles of money on pretty, shiny new things? She has no issue with bringing out either of her two credit cards and no shame when it comes to spending, even if she’s forced to endure the occasional scolding for going over her monthly limits.

Picture Posing - Prissy may not be entirely technology savvy (okay, she pretty much knows how to use her smartphone and that’s it) but one of her treasured toys is her Instagram account and her favorite setting is Selfie Mode. Taking pictures of herself and her projects---err---friends’ makeovers brings endless joy to her day (especially when she gets more than a handful of Likes!). Her hair, her outfits, her makeup tips and trials - everything is fodder for the Instagram Beast.



Virtues:

Sociable - Prissy has no problem speaking her mind or anyone else’s. To put it bluntly, Prissy has no problem speaking at all, regardless as to whether or not she has a willing participant for an audience. She attended several manners courses over the years throughout her boarding school adventures so knows how to engage a conversation, though sometimes her prissy personality tends to emerge and scares off her conversation partners.

Dedicated - When she starts a task, she sees it through. While there are only a few she would consider herself loyal to, those who have achieved such high status will have Prissy on their side until the end of days. Even if you dress funny sometimes (but don't worry, she'll be quick to help you out). No one can pick on her friends but her. When she starts a project, she’ll go at it like a dog on a bone until it’s finished.

Imaginative/Creative - Having her talents in the fashion and makeup world leads Priscilla to having a very creative personality. She sees the best (fashion) potential in people and will do what she can to help them (since they clearly can't help themselves) when it comes to personal appearance and social interactions. Or maybe she just wants to try a new style or color palette out on you. Same difference, right? Whatever the reason, she’s going to get creative and she’s going to get creative on you.

Flaws:

Conceited - Prissy is a snob. Prissy is an elitist. Prissy has more money than you and knows better than you so you can shut your face. She’s quite full of herself, which in turn becomes her downfall pretty regularly when she fails to meet the standards/talents/capabilities she’d bragged about having moments earlier. She knows you worked hard on that project, but she also knows she could have done soooo much better than that. She also knows how amazing her dress looks and how it matches her hair just right and that every picture on her Facebook wall is absolutely perfect and...yeah. Narcissism, thy name is Priscilla.

Impatient - Patience dried out of the Stratford gene pool by the time it got to Prissy. When she wants something, she wants it now and there's absolutely no reason under the sun that she will accept as to why she can't have it right this very instant. If she's waiting for food and sees another table get theirs before hers, she has no issue calling over the waiter to ask him why he's trying to starve her. All the dressing rooms are full? Why, that girl over there's way too fat for any of the clothes in this store, make her give her room up! The package she ordered didn't arrive the day it was scheduled to? Time to make a few phone calls and see how high-pitched her voice can really get. Anyone who delays or refuses her demands should prepare for potential temper tantrums.

Vindictive - Vengeance shall be hers if anyone dares to incur the wrath of Priscilla Stratford. You make her wait, she’ll give you hell. You refuse to give her what she wants, she’ll ruin whatever you have. Typically, she’ll insult you or mock you in response to any offense, but she also has no issue calling in complaints to parents/corporate bosses or minor sabotage efforts (like keying cars, pouring water on your dry-clean only blouse, etc).

I've adjusted the times and made the basic attack once per fight and the super attack twice per battle - hopefully that seems fair? She's not physically fit like an athlete, so I love the idea of her missing/shots going array through her basic/super stages (maybe she gains slightly better aim into eternal, when it doesn't even really matter since that attack scatters?)

Or do you think twice in basic attack would be fair, since it's a painless attack?

I haven't "built" a senshi in a while, so I appreciate your input and suggestions very much.
