Lily honestly had only been meaning to take a walk, but, well -- what Lesath had said still weighed on her mind, heavy as anything did. She hadn't felt so fragile - but there had been no cat to be found in the area, and she hadn't been able to spot the Senshi again in the days since. Or any Senshi, really. But, then again; it was cold and Lily much preferred staying inside with a good book to absolutely freezing her extremities off. Not that it mattered much what she wanted, of course. When it came down to it, everyone was a less-than compared to everyone else...but most didn't admit it. If she'd been called to leave the house, she would have, but the holidays brought out gratitude in most: so nobody had called on her for a favor. But -- there was the tail-tip covered in black fur vanishing around a corner, and for a wild stray, that seemed a little too groomed. Had they been wearing a ribbon? Lily took off walking gently and speedily, heel-bits gently gracing the ground -- "Ah, cat, please wait up! I have a question...!" And if the cat was real, magical, if it understood: well, then. And if it didn't? Nothing lost.

Silk had been darting off from just knocking some ******** ugly glass vases off a shelf at a nearby antique store when some girl had called out to him. There were no other cats in the area (that he could see or sense, anyways), and the girl was trailing after him, which was curious. After the kitten rounded the corner, he stilled, his head turned back as he waited for Lily to turn the corner as well, his golden eyes narrowed. He was silent for a moment, judging the girl, before he spoke up. "Do you go around running after cats and talking to them all the time?" He sneered. "Makes you look like a crazy cat lady."

When the kitten turned around, Lily's heart stilled for a bit -- maybe she was wrong. Maybe this was just a cat with a precious fur collar, just a cat who had, perhaps, gotten out of his yard or his house; and he was only responding to her because she'd made a noise: but then, of course, he spoke. And her heart didn't melt: that would have been a terrible allergic reaction to have. But Lily did kneel down, hands placed on her knees, face placid. "Not generally, no. Only when I see a cat that is...unusual, for the area. There are not very many stray cats in Destiny City so suitably-groomed as you." She smiled, but it didn't reach her eyes. (Then again -- very few of Lily's expressions reached her eyes. If you didn't look at the lower half of her face, the girl might pass for dead. It was...unsettling.) "If you don't mind the inquisition, I have a question to ask -- I was told I would receive a pen and a name from a cat such as you are."

Her weird face and smile that didn't reach her eyes was noted, and not about to be overlooked. "Well aren't you a sleuth, Downton Abbey Barbie---" Despite his mocker, he was interested. He turned around to face her, but didn't make any moves towards her just yet. Instead he sat, his little tail trying to curl around his front paws to the best of it's ability. He stared back at her with narrowed eyes. "That's not a question, dip stick, that's a statement, and you're not one of those Order hags, are you? Because if you are---" His tailed twitched, "I'll mess you up, and make you one of us!" Granted, if he actually brushed against her, he'd be able to tell she was on the same side he was, but alas, he didn't, yet.

'Downton Abbey Barbie' didn't get so much as a laugh out of her, although Lily's shoulders did shift a bit in what might have been silent laughter. She'd never heard that one before; and even though she'd inevitably forget it before the night was out, it was an interesting thing to take to mind. What a way with words this kitten had! There was nothing quite like it. "I am a Senshi of the Mirror. I assume that if I was one of those 'Order hags', you wouldn't be able to produce a pen for me. Let's have this interaction take up no more time than it requires." Her smile was insincere as it had been, but -- it seemed like that was maybe just how she interacted. "I'll bother you no further after that, I promise, ser Pounce."

"Woah there, lady---" The kitten started, his tail flicking once more with annoyance as he was about to brat it up. "Seems like you're the one who's needing me, so I guess that means I'm the one calling the shots! There's not a lot of other Chaos cats around, so it'd be tough luck finding another if you want your pen so bad." Definitely bratting it up. "You should ask me nicely. Also, what will you do for me in return for giving you a pen?" Daekie He's a little s**t and I am sorry...

A brief pause, whereupon Lily contemplated what she had to offer the feline in question. "I can purchase you food, for one. I have disposable income, in the form of my allowance. And I doubt my parents would complain too much if you stayed around the neighborhood. But I'm not entirely sure I can do too much that could benefit you -- apologies." She took a breath, pale fingers straightening out her skirt. "Would you please, perhaps, offer me a pen? It would be awfully kind of you." Lucyal it's okay, lily loves him anyways even though she's mildly allergic

Silk's ears perked forward in interest. "Now we're getting somewhere! What kind of allowance are we talking here?" Because if she was one of those rich kids and she had an allowance, that was bitchin'. Rich parents always gave their kids a good amount of dough, and it was a safe assumption, because of the neighborhood he was in. "Yeah, it would be awfully kind of me, and I just happen to be in a generous mood---" The kitten shifted from his sitting position to stretch, his paws stretching out in front of him and his bottom sticking up in the air for a few moments. He then padded over to Lily, where he brushed against her knee, and got that feeling. Thinking about it for a moment, the kitten then did a simple flip, where he produced a pen out of subspace. The pen clattered to the ground in front of Lily, and Silk resumed his sitting position, staring at it like it wasn't a big deal. "Juliet's a lame a** name too, but it's your's, Downton Abbey Barbie, so whatever. 'Juliet Power, Make-up' is the magic phrase, too." He cast his lidded gaze up to her. "You're also my senshi now." Because he was a damn cat and he staked claims. Plus he put forth the effort to produce her pen and powered name. Daekie Lily don't encourage him : C

"Enough, ser Pounce -" and, well, Silk hadn't given a name; one could hardly be blamed for nicknaming. It was elaborate enough, respectful enough...with his precious fur collar, it was a good name. How luxurious it was...what else could she say? That was enough. "About twenty dollars a week, for spending purposes. Perhaps more, if I asked; I don't tend towards spending much on myself. Other people...moreso." Lily clapped politely when the cat performed a flip, fingertips touching and untouching, reaching down to grasp the pen like an extension of her own arm. "Ah, just a second - Juliet Power, Make-up!" Her henshin was snowflakes and mist, carefully placed in a haze of dense fog -- and in but a second, Sailor Juliet sat before Silk, in the same position Lily had been in but a moment prior. "...I suppose I should look for a Romeo, then. And yours? That sounds alright - it's not much like I've met any others." Lucyal TOO BAD HE'S GETTING ENCOURAGED

"Well that's the thing about Barbies. You gotta buy her friends." He drawled. "A can of tuna. One a week. That's what I want, Downton." The kitten didn't move as Lily ended up powering up, watching with a flick of his tail as some snowflakes went by, briefly. The urge to pounce on them had been strong. Darn this kitten body. "I guess you could--- if you wanted cooties." His nose wrinkled in obvious distaste. "Yeah. Mine. I gave you a pen, and I gave you your name. That's how this works." Clearly. "You're not exactly one of those Negaverse senshi things are you, though? Your aura is different."

"Where would you like the tuna?" Juliet inquired, slender hands sitting motionless in her lap; no fidgeting, no nonsense. (Her nails did look rather nice like this, actually. Hmm. She had to wonder if the magical polish was toxic.) "A can of tuna a week is perfectly reasonable -- my parents don't exactly ask what I spend my money on." "And...I only know inasmuch as what Lesath told me, but no -- I'm not one of those 'Negaverse senshi things'." That got a light laugh out of her, at least. "I am a senshi of the Dark Mirror Court, but I haven't met many compatriots. I plan to -- it seems like the sort of thing best done sooner than later."

Silk's ears twitched in thought, before he decided: "Right here. Here's fine. Once a week!" His tongue poked out to lick his chops, delighted at the thought of being guaranteed at least one whole can of tuna a week. He didn't have to share with his sister (not that he did much sharing anyways)! Score. He then gave her a flat stare. "Dark Mirror Court...senshi thing." Huh. That general queen didn't really mention that. She just said awaken senshi. So even if this senshi wasn't exactly one of those senshi with the black spiders on their foreheads, she was still some sort of chaos feeling...so...that was fine. "You're the first Dark Mirror Senshi thing I've found." He announced. "What kind of things do Dark Mirror senshi things do?"

If Juliet had been the type to overtly express emotion (or the type to overtly feel any emotion, at the very least), she would have found Silk's anticipation rather adorable: however, being who she was, it just made her give the tiniest little smile. The kitten didn't seem like he'd take well to any perceived patronization -- and that was just fine with her. She didn't want to give any, anyways. "That's fine for me. If you ever need me to change the location, I'll drop off the tuna on Wednesdays at 4 pm." Like clockwork. A rhythm was good -- but a schedule was even better. "We can transport ourselves through mirrors, and drain energy from others -- but I really don't know. I'm rather new, actually...I aim to find a more experienced member of my Court now that I have the pen. Thank you, cat -- and I suppose I'll see you around." That did get a genuine smile out of the girl, her eyes crinkling at the edges - her lips barely moved, but perhaps it was enough. Lucyal UGH WHOOPS THIS TOOK FIFTEEN YEARS.

"Purrrrfect." Silk concurred, incredibly pleased with the arrangement. He wasn't the greatest at telling time, but he managed. With the big clock was also on the four, but when the sun was still out, right? Right. "Huh." He stared at Juliet, actually thinking that that seemed like a pretty damn neat ability---the mirror traveling, at least. The energy draining thing wasn't anything new. "Sounds like a good plan, I guess." His eyes narrowed a bit. "The name's not cat, it's Silk, and yeah, I will see you around, Downton Abbey, because you're my senshi thing now." His little tail gave a small flick, but he shifted into a stand, and turned away, padding off before looking back at her. "Tell me when you know more about Mirror Senshi things." It was a demand, but then he was gone. Daekie /touches It's okay, because I'm definitely taking a 100 years to do anything <3 WRAP?
