Havasu was out patrolling when he picked up a ping on his internal aura sensor; order by the feel of things. He was always up for meeting more order fighters, besides maybe this one would be willing to discuss training and general knowledge. Ever since he had become a squire he had been looking for ways to up his fighting skills, random classes in boxing weren't really helping much. Apparently it would take more than just a few classes to get proficient in it and the cowboy was worried that he wouldn't have the time to do so. Between classes, work, and patrolling his free time was taking a serious dive.
He was getting closer to the feeling of an order member, infact unless he was mistaken who ever it was was below him since he was currently traversing rooftops. The cowboy came to a stop near the edge of his building and glanced down in the alleyway, “Hello? Anyone down there?” Him calling out was a pretty moot point, he knew someone was there. Even he wasn't that bad at sensing aura signatures.

She knew someone was near as well, she had felt them headed toward her, she felt when they were all but on top of her and than - their voice. Looking up she stepped out of the shadows of the alleyway. Dressed in the colors, and general look of a knight of Polaris, Delphi stared up at them. "Of course someone is." She answered back, her scepter held in one gloved hand.
She might have made some other comment, said something else about sensing her so why ask. But she didn't, not a peep left her lips, as she stared up at him. she remembered him from the subway battle. Would he remember her? She felt she hadn't' done much but she had been a bit overwhelmed. Such situations weren't really her thing as she sort of didn't know where to go or what to do. She rather take direction in such situations but there was little of that going around really. Would he blame her for not doing something, not doing enough? She wondered if he remembered her lack of action and how she hadn't really taken charge there when she should have. She should have done more and he surely remembered.
Lavender hues stared up at him as lips were pursed and she waited for him to say something - anything.

Havasu couldn't help but laugh at the snarky reply he got, he would have said something similar if the situations were reversed. The response also helped him spot a figure standing in the shadows. He recognized her. “Hey! I know you,” he leaned over and waved. “Stand back, I’ll be right down.” A glance showed he had the clearance and the two story jump wasn't anything he had to worry about now. But it still gave him quite a jolt when he vaulted over the brick lip of the roof. He landed properly but he wasn't expecting his feet to slide out from under him making him land on his back with a hard thump. “Ow” Havasu grumbled as he sat up on his elbows. With his legs spread out in front of him it looked like he was just lounging on the ground, if it wasn't for the splatters of who knew what on his entire uniform and his now rumpled appearance one could believe he had meant to do that. “Well that was not expected.” He finished sitting up but didn't do more than that, “don't think I did more than bruise my ego. That will teach me not to jump off of roofs.” He smiled sheepishly up at the other knight. “Soooooo, how ya been?”

Watching her fellow squire she did step back, as she figured he'd just jump down. She could remember seeing him, his uniform distinct in it's style - he looked like a cowboy of sorts.
Watching the other jump and land...and fall she felt a smile tugging at her lips. Rather than laugh she reached out a hand. "You landed hard, you'll have to work on that." She noted calmly. It was something they all hard to work on, even if such a landing always jolted them. At least with practice everyone could learn to not do what he just did.
"You'll get better at it in time. Try doing it in heels." Indicating her own boots. It would be much harder for her, had been when first learning. At least her boots had tread on them to handle the snow and ice of Polaris, if they didn't she'd be slipping and sliding everywhere. "I've been well, and yourself?" He still hadn't mentioned anything about the train battle - that was good. But soon he would, she was sure of that.

Havasu took the offered hand and climbed to his feet doing his best to ignore what ever was all over his backside, with luck it was just water… from somewhere. “No thank you. Cowboy boots are hard enough, tho I personally love these spurs.” He gave his foot a little jiggle which made the spur chime a little luckily the spurs weren’t sharp and they also didn’t make nearly as much noise as those on tv shows. If they did Havasu figured he would go nuts after just a few steps… hell he didn’t even know how girls could walk in the heels without having issues with the noise they make. All that clacking, Havasu was pretty sure there was a movie reference about women and their heels being referred to as Clackers because of the sound they make. “Hey did you know a stiletto heel is actually a good weapon. I think its been use a few times in various police procedurals like CSI or something.” When she asked how he had been Havasu winced. He should have expected the question but he didn’t really think it would be asked. No matter how happy he was now a squire he wasn’t happy about how he got there; what it took to wear the new gear. But he laughed off his unease, if his chuckle was a bit hollow who could really blame him. “I ran into a bit of trouble a little bit ago and ended up with these new duds.” He plucked at the edge of uniform’s jacket. “Got to say its so much better then my page gear, warmer too.” Havasu really was glad that this power bump came with a jacket because his own leather one was pretty beat up from nights of wearing it out on patrol. “Oh hey, I don’t think I ever caught your name the last time. Granted dealing with the train and everything going on didn’t exactly make that easy. Havasu Falls, Squire of Pluto.” He politely tipped his hat, glad that the damn thing had actually stayed on during his tumble. “You all do ok with that after I left?… I kinda found out my girlfriend was on the train so kinda went a bit awol.” He had the decency to look shamed as he asked her about the group he had unceremoniously ditched when he had realized his girl was on the train that was about to crash.

"I wouldn't be surprised. T hey can do damage, you should see a woman upset with a boyfriend." And stomping on his foot with said stiletto's. She'd seen it a few times and she felt sorry for the guys, cause those things had to hurt. They were pointy and a small point like that with all the weight being forced down onto that tiny space. That could, if enough force was used, do a lot of damage. She was fairly certain you could break the small bones in toes and the foot with a good enough stomping, it wouldn't shock her in the slightest bit really.
"Ah, I see. Perhaps that's fairly common...that it happens when we need it most." Thus it being a situation they'd rather not be in - a bad situation. Laughing she nodded her head. "It always seems to get a bit better. I don't know about warmer. Mine is going to be warm no matter what given my planet, so I don't know about others." Just that Polaris knights would all likely have cold weather clothing and be nice and warm in the fall and winter. Summer however...yeah, not so fun.
"Delphi, squire of Polaris." She introduced herself and even offered a gloved hand to the other squire. "It was interesting. We all had to make a run for it in the end. But the people all got out so it wasn't too bad I suppose. it could have been worse." Everyone could have died, including their members who had been trapped.

“I can imagine.” Havasu smiled brightly before snapping his fingers, “Ha, I remember it now. There was a thing from that Sandra Bullock movie where she is in a pageant. SING; Stomach, Instep, Nose, Groin. Personally I would rather use a few punches to the face but whatever works.” He vaguely remembered the movie but ever since he really started this Knight gig he had been racking his mind for various fighting moves, at least since he became squire. Sadly most moves are impossible to imitate and the cowboy had no where near enough training to be able to do it safely even if he could. Havasu shrugged and shifted his weight nervously, “Yeah well. If I actually knew how to fight properly rather than just throwing punches everywhere maybe it would have turned out differently.” He fell quiet as he remembered that fight and the toll it took on him. With a heavy sigh the squire focused on the hear and now. What was past was past, he needed to focus on the present. So with a slightly dull chuckle he added “I think I’ve seen a few of those who would just about die for your coat. Man what is it with the skimpy outfits on a few of these senshi and knights.” He eyed her outfit and this time his smile was much more genuine, “I’m guessing some kind of snow and icy planet. The uniforms don’t always match actually,” He indicated his layered get up, “mine is in a red canyon with a huge waterfall. Always seems to be warm or at least, I haven’t been there yet when it isn't.” Havasu took her offered hand and shook it heartily. It was always nice to meet others. “Polaris hun? Isn’t that like the north star or something?” He wasn’t a big star fan but had started to look up things since he was a knight of Pluto and his girlfriend was a senshi of Phact. It was hard not to look up this stuff. Hell he even looked up his own wonder. It was very tempting to go to his earthly counterpart but he decided that he didn’t want to see just how different it was. Better to leave it to his imagination. “I’m glad you guys got out. That train was insane and the code wants us to work with these guys?” He remembered her being there, he just never got her name. “I’m not saying we cant try to work with some but who ever thought that the train was a good idea really needs to…” He trailed off. Havasu had no idea actually what he would do if someone walked up to him and claimed the youma train disaster. A punch definitely but anything worse? Could he stoop so low as some of the negas? Would he ever? “Well at least a stern talking too. Come on now… who wouldn’t predict something like that happening.” He threw up his hands in aggravation and paced away. It took him a bit to gather his thoughts and to shake off his annoyance at the mere thought of the shear stupidity of the whole disaster that was the youma train. Once he had his annoyance under control he turned back towards Polaris. “So, changing the subject. As my ungraceful fall here proves I need some more training. Any tips? Suggestions? Sparing buddies I can steal?” The best way to work through residue anger… a fight. A controlled one that took all his concentration even better.

"Yes, whatever works. That won't work in every situation." not that she'd been in many fights, she didn't enjoy getting involved in them. She wouldn't back down from one either, she did believe in self defense. Really the only time she really failed was in those big battles, she'd been to a few of them, as she tended to get caught up in watching everything and being unsure where to go and who needed help the most. If she wasn't drawn into a fight, by one means or another, she tended to stand there in what she imagined was a rather stupid manner. But how could someone not get lost in those sorts of fights? There was people everywhere and no idea who was in over their head and who wasn't. You could feel all the energy levels but picking out who belonged to which aura was impossible as far as she was concerned.
"I can say the same for myself. It's something I have to work on. My magic is a bit useless, making shields does not help in a fight." It didn't help in winning a fight, though it did help in getting hit less. She hadn't honestly used her magic much though. She had heard each planet had an aspect as well and that was news to her and something she did want to learn about, to use, so she could find out if it would be useful to her and if so - put it to use when needed.
"Yes, snow and ice. Polaris is deep in snow and cold." Though her wonder had gained heat - finally. So it wasn't so cold inside. It was still deep in snow outside in the plaza and her uniform certainly kept her warm and protected against the cold and the boots kept her from slipping on the ice that was under all that snow. "Yes, the north star." She said with a nod of her head before he mentioned the code and that gathering. "I agree, about the train and whoever thought it up. But perhaps the code means some of them are...better than others- ones that we can work with rather than against. She did say someone brought her those coats of arms. It would have had to be an officer of theirs, so some aren't so bad, perhaps that is what The Code was pointing out?" That some were more knightly than others, that they were less dark in nature.
"Perhaps they hadn't. We don't know the nature of youma and how they behave. Perhaps it was unpredictable for them due to this. We know so little on youma it seems." What was their nature, how did they behave and what level of intelligence was there? All animals had some level of intelligence - what was a youmas? "We need people, officers there, who can tell us these things and teach us. We cannot work with them, or work toward anything the code wants if we lack knowledge." But how to gather such knowledge, how to learn about the youma and more?
"The whole thing with The Code...we're not unified either. We need some unification...even a little would help us in the long run I think. Right now we work well but perhaps we could do with a bit of organization." A sharing of information and some leaders to run training programs, to locate the newest knights and help them with answers and training. They needed to work together more she felt. Speaking of training...
"We could work together if you'd like. We are even in level." And she could put her magic to use, something she'd never really done. Maybe she'd even use that aspect thing...

“A shield hum,” the idea of a knight magic creating a shield intrigued Havasu. It could actually be pretty useful depending on the magic. “Is it like Captain America’s shield where you toss that thing around and beat someone with it? Or more like a force field like Violet has in The Incredibles?” The squire reached under his coat and after a little bit of fumbling was able to unhook his weapon, which he pulled out to show Delphi. The coil of rope wasn’t terribly long but it had some length to it, Hav could even skip rope with it when he felt like it although the last time he hit himself in the back of the head pretty hard. “All I got is some rope but I can pull of a pretty neat trick. I get to do a now you see me now you don’t speed trick.” He smiled and shrugged. He didn’t quite understand what the limitations were yet, and actually had been a bit worried to even experiment, but it had already gotten him out of a tight jam. “If they don't know enough about the youma to be able to predict their move… they shouldn’t use them.” Hav had fairly strong opinions on the use of youmas since his leg still showed some scarring from the time it became a chew toy for a pet youma. “I wonder if they even have anyone studying the monsters… do we?” The thought crossed his mind. Having someone studying their enemies seemed like a really good idea actually. It was the smart thing to do… sadly Hav didn’t have the temperament to even begin to try something like that. Havasu snorted, “Unifying the knights is like herding cats. Its not going to happen. Small teams yeah sure but as one whole. No way in hell.” It also didn’t help that other then the meetings he had only met a handful of knights. Hav worked with his girlfriend and her team, why did he need to mess it up by trying to get the whole knight society to grow up and act like adults. Temporary cooperation seemed to be the best most knights could pull off. That and training… “Cool. I would suggest however we head to either your homeworld or mine. Just us standing here talking could attract unwanted attention.”

"It's nothing I can throw, so no to the first." She answered before continuing, even as he pulled out his own weapon. "More like Violet. It's a shield, a dome, around myself and others." So she could protect others and keep a few people safe, she figured when she became a knight she could keep even more people safe for some time. Listening to his description of what he could do, limited as his description was, she nodded her head while filing that information away.
"Yes, and yet they will do as they do. Humans do what they do because they can, regardless of anything else." She answered with a shrug. It was simple human nature and those who worked for the Negaverse, youma aside, were human. "I don't know but I doubt either side has studied them, less so us." Since they didn't have access to them like the Negaverse likely did. They were able to control them to an extent, so they likely had the ability to study them somewhat - unlike their side. "Not that we can ask, or find out." She answered with a shake of her head, slender fingers moving through her bangs.
"Unifying any on our side - and we will fail because of that. The code I believe wishes us to be unified." Among other things she had the feeling it wanted from them. "We all need to work toward working together and sharing information and tactics." How can you fight a war as separate little groups and individuals? It would only lead them to failure and death, unneeded injuries, and other things. "Even if it formed between each planet, that might help, and perhaps alliances - bridges, between each of those groups." She said. She didn't trust people, didn't like people really, but this was needed! This was a war and they needed to work together - the Code had even pointed it out.
"Perhaps yours? I am at the moment unable to go to mine." She had been going to her own wonder so often that she couldn't at the moment. But she would bring him when she could.Fiction1119 I think you can close it with your post.

"Like Violet hun? Well that can be useful too." He smiled at Delphi and nodded. "Yup. I bet with a bit of thought we could even figure out how to make it a bit more offencive as well." Hav was already thinking of the Pixar movie and how Violet was able to stun her opponents by making them run into the barriers. He studied the squire in front of him and wondered if she could move while the barrier was up and if so there were a lot of things that could be done. But that was for another time and place so he mentally shelved the ideas and focused back on the conversation they were still having. "Knowledge. I guess it all comes back to what you know." He sighed and briefly wished that someone could just pick people's brains and write all this s**t down. Like a massive all knowing wiki. "Maybe I'll ask my boss on books that cover tactics and stuff. That way if we could ever get our act together we have somewhere to start." Working together took a serious work and he didn't think knights would ever be able to do that. Hell, Hav had seen how badly a company with crappy leadership can be driven to the ground, or nearly. At least until his dad replaced the d**k heads who were too pigheaded to do what needed to be done rather then doing what they wanted. Dealing with people like that... where your decisions could ruin someone's life is why Hav was avoiding following in the family footsteps, or even joining in a bigger group as a knight. He didn't want the responsibility. No way in hell. Shaking off his thoughts with a smile and a slight chuckle Havasu nodded. "Works for me. It would be hell of a lot warmer that is for sure." He held out a hand and when Delphi took it, he called on his wonder and before he really knew it they were on their way.
