Delcard Fox: Was Griselda's Heir and was known later in life for dealing with the criminal part of Morrad, debauchery, and corruption. Even Griselda feared him to a degree as she was never sure how far he would take things. He was very well connected and it wasn't until after his deaththat it was known he was planning to murder his mother to take over her seat. Even despite this Griselda raged at his death. Eteri Fox: Current heir and a b*****d for a long time. He was taken out of his life at a horse ranch with his father to come and supposedly threaten Delcard status as heir. Delcard was unhappy about this and attempted to kill him multiple time. It was through this that others found he was a magi.... though it changed nothing as he was just a scapegoat. After Delcard's death at Andy's hands he became the official heir and started to use his power to try and get Morrad to accept metas as citizens. He help create the treaty and during the time was dating Teresina Roswell after a shared experience at the hands of a deranged meta. "Haven" Research Centers [Everywhere]
Haven Centers disguise themselves by many names, but ultimately is the same company hidden beneath new names. They are the worst research center to be captured by or enticed into. They will do anything to recruit or steal Metas into their centers to do terrible and sometimes grotesque experiments on them. There are hidden centers everywhere and it is hard to tell which ones are Haven until it's far too late. They are secretly funded by anti-meta governments around Tretera and closing one center just makes them open a new one under a different name. It never ends.

The undesirables both entering and leaving serve a purpose. Many people do not notice sometimes the one leaving doesn’t always look the same as the one who arrived… Who actually looks that closely at homeless hobo’s anyway. Sometimes Cressida rotates who’s on mission’s or sends someone for specific reasons, as well as cleaning up those deemed undesirable in society and sending them back out for their own gains.
Those entering usually come bearing knowledge, secrets and information they have gathered since their last visit. Those leaving usually have missions they have been set.
Sometimes it’s new recruit’s being brought for training.
They are trained in a variety of skills, such as turning flowers into oils, stealth, self-defense and various other methods relating to listening and blending in, or going unseen. They are taught that if they come back with information and stay loyal to Cressida she will reward them, usually with coins or various items and for safety, through one rather pungent frequenter whom she gifted a (newly) patched up boat.

Cressida uses what she learns to either assist other organizations that are affiliated to her or she uses it as trade information.
Say she learns of an attack being planned, she may go to the other group with the information and use the information to gain coins, other goods or expansion of her flock/ recruiting. She does try to do good, but all of this is literally for self gains, the whole purpose is seeking knowledge, because knowledge is power and knowing what every other pawn is planning helped her to stir the pot, creating chaos and amusement.
