Filming/Editing --
Rupert loves all things computer related, but he is particularly fond of editing and perfecting videos he and his friends make to be posted on their websites. While he likes being a part of the videos themselves, he really enjoys being able to sit down and putting it all together. For him, it is the one thing he really thinks he's good at, and for some reason the only thing that can keep his attention and keep him calm and focused. It is his art, he has decided.
Video Games --
If he's not outside or hanging out with his friends, or working on an editing project, then Rupert is playing video games. He is a total gamer nerd, and sometimes spends hours, if not days, playing his favorite releases. He has the whole set up at home, complete with gaming chair and a plethora of gear that helps him not only enjoy it himself, but play with others. He often invites his friends over for gaming parties, and is very proud of his gamer points.
Trying New Things --
Rupert is the type that loves to try new things. He likes being outside and hanging out with his friends, and doing what they like to do. His motto is that he will try anything at least once, and he tries to live as truly to that as he possibly can. He would much rather have a little experience in a lot of things then waste his life under one banner, and never learn everything the world has to offer him!

Rupert is nothing if not enthusiastic! He gets a kick out of having a ton of fun, at all times. He's adventurous, always game for anything anyone wants to do, and always coming up with weird and potentially dangerous games and activities to engage himself in. He is a very social creature, and adores being with others, particularly while laughing. It does not seem like he has any fears, which makes him a good choice when someone needs to go first! He is an outgoing guy, offline and on. When he's playing video games with his friends, he insists on using headphones or a chat feature, and loves working like a team in games. Regardless of actual skill level, of course. Just because he loves doing everything, does not mean he's actually good at all that much. But the bottom line is that he is always willing to try, and does not shy away from a challenge!
Let Me Pencil You In! --
Rupert has an open availability policy for all things related to his friends and family. He is always on his phone, always connected to the interwebs: always accessible, no matter what he is doing. Because he is largely self employed, he has very few scheduling limitations. In that... he records video games and posts them online, and leaves himself an open schedule for all the fun things he likes to do. So if anyone ever needs him, for an emergency or just because they're lonely, he is there for them to the best of his ability. He does not have to worry about supporting himself financially, after all, at least not yet. Living with his parents has its perks! The money he makes from his production and filming jobs he is all too happy to spend on his friends. He is one of the most easy going guys, so if someone needs company for lunch, he is more than happy to be that extra body.
Trust Me, I've Got an Idea! --
Rupert is never short on ideas. Be it for all the fun he likes to have, as above, or plans for hanging out with friends, or for his videos and editing projects online, he is creative and adventurous even in that regard. He is ingenuity and fast on his feet, making him a useful person to have around when a problem needs to be solved. While his methods might be a little a-typical, he is still always thinking, and always trying. Sometimes things might not work out the way he might want them to, but then, there is always something to learn in trying! And he will do his best to work with anything he's thrown. He might not always get things right, but at least he's not easily deterred or discouraged.
Flaws:
Bit of an Idiot! --
Not lacking in enthusiasm or sparks of creativity, Rupert is a bit short on common sense. Since he is always trying to think as quickly as possible, and prone to more creative and unique methods of getting things done, he does have a bit of a habit of getting himself into more trouble, or making things way more complicated than they need to be. He is definitely a go getter, but sometimes that eager attitude leads him to jump first and look second, which lands him in the deep end. He can also just not think about the consequences of the things he wants to try, which can result in him hurting himself, or getting others in danger, or just annoying everyone around him by ruining the whole thing. He does his best, but he is definitely more action than thought.
What's That Over There? --
Hello, captain short attention span. Rupert is a very dynamic, on the go sort of high energy guy, which means he does not do well in slow settings. If he has to sit still, or focus on one thing too long, he gets very bored, very quickly. It makes him jittery and irritably, and he absolutely hates having to use things like 'patience' to get through something. Things should be fun, and he hates being tied down. As such, school has been a constant difficulty for him, and he is a bit of an habitual truant. The only classes he does well in are the ones with teachers that keep him engaged, which is a difficult thing to do sometimes. He is a constant bundle of energy, and can be very draining on his parents and the adults around him, and even on his friends. Sometimes his get up and go is just too much, and he does not really understand the need for taking it easy. He much prefers bouncing from one thing to the next, rather than stopping.
Wait, What? --
As with above, Rupert has a lot of trouble paying attention and staying focused. In addiction to that, though, he can also just have a difficult time understanding what he's being told, or asked, when his attention is not fully gained. He can be hard to talk to, because he gets too wrapped up in what he's doing, and often only hears half of what's being said to him before he tunes in, and always has to ask for things to be repeated. It is something a lot of his friends quickly become aware of, and have to get used to, as one of his annoying little habits. Everyone has them, but this one is particularly grating as far as Rupert is concerned, as it seems like he's being rude or dismissive. Really, he just doesn't pay enough attention to things around him, and can often just not notice how important something might be to someone else. Basically, he's really good at missing the point, which is not actually a good thing.
