Long ago when the land was free and fresh to mortal success, there was a
great destructive wave that blew through the stretched out peaceful villages
that lied in the outskirts of the great Youkai Forest. Many had ventured
deeper into the forest for wood and game, but they found far worse in the
dense world. Monsters. Masters of magic and a demonic plague that needed
to be stopped. Being religious people that believed in the power of offerings,
there was soon a pact made with the heads of five demon families. They
swore that every hundred years, they would offer a woman, their best and
most lovely, to replace the one before. As time passed, the storm was
calmed, the villages grew larger, technology advanced, some left to find
more land, and life went on. In their prosperity, the legend seemed now
as a fairy tale hundred years had passed and the demons have come to
collect their promised sacrifice.

Whatever life you have had, good or bad, nothing could have prepared
you for being picked by your town, chosen to be given to a monster as
an offering. Surely, you won't let the village burn due to your fear, so
you accept in the rush of manner of things. As if you had a choice.
Sure, you may have an okay face, or maybe someone had it in for
you, or may just want to get rid of you. Rude, right? Pack your bags,
you're on your way to a demon estate deep in the untouchable
Youkai Forest. It may be sad to leave your family or a love interest
behind, but you better be more concerned with yourself, m'lady.

Wow, has it been a hundred years already. Time seems to fly when
you're running your own siege of followers, armies at your back, and
trying to keep peace between all the odd riff-raft running about. Or
hell, maybe you love the idea of war, it boils your blood up. Your
"sacrifice" died awhile ago, either by age or other reasons, you
horrible monstrous rascal. You've held up your end of the bargain,
now it is time to recollect, or they will suffer at your hand. Not that
you are complaining, a human by your side shows a sign of wealth
to the other Youkai houses. The more beautiful the better, hopefully
they give you a flower and not a weed. Sadly, it's their choice, rules
are rules. No matter, you can keep her along you side as long and

I usually can pump out a lot depending on my partner, but since I want this
to be at a fast pace and not an essay assignment, I am only asking for
three + paragraphs. I ask that there be HELL NO text talk and proper
grammar usage. This is definitely a lazy lit roleplay and despite the serious
atmosphere of evil demons, I want there to be a lot of silly / slap stick
situations. But of course, drama is also welcomed. Everything is welcomed.
Be very careful on abuse, if you decide to go that route, make sure it is
okay with your partner. And don't worry if you find a spell error or some other
shenanigans, I miss up SOOO MUCH. ( ... ) Lol, see? *Mess.
( ❝ 3 ❣ █ : ACTIVITY.
I am begging for everyone to post at least twice a week. For myself, I
get really into my characters and the plot so I tend to fire rocket replies back
and forth, but everyone has a life, so if things come up, please do tell us,
so we aren't on our toes and refreshing the page like an rp addict. If you
do not post in a month without warning, I will send you a message, if
you do not reply to it, I will have to cut your lovely character.
( ❝ 4 ❣ █ : ANIME ONLY PICTURES.
Anime for the win, no questions there, though I do rp both, I would love for
it to be anime only for this roleplay. Please try to look for pictures that would
match the genre of our story: such as katanas, pretty kimonos, samurai
wear. All would be gorgeous!
( ❝ 5 ❣ █ : PLOTS = ❤.
It is critically - crucial that we plot, without a look forward into the future, how
are we suppose to continue on. If you get stuck at any point of time during
the roleplay or unsure where to take it, I can definitely give you some NPC
assistance or cause a crisis in the estate.

We are in Japan, so please uses proper etiquette, such as -chan , -sama,
-san, and for Youkai means demon, if you aren't weaboo trash like I am. I'm
sure you all know what these are and mean. ♥ Cause you my people. For
now, I am having guns banned in this era, but perhaps down the road they
will come as years go by.

There's nothing more I love than pretty pictures and structures - - oh my god
yes. I love it. It's probably the second best thing to rping is making your
profile pallet. If you are new to it, please, I can help you no problem. And
honestly, I would love to. I kinda am looking at all the kimono gals like -
'wow i just want to make a layout for all of them!' So definitely let me know
if you need help. You can use GIFS, I love them.
