Mephilles natural form is both handsome, and frail-looking at the same time. He is repeatedly described as a handsome man with a beautiful face by others. Mephilles possesses a black wizard's outfit which has several white rose motifs—in addition, he has silver eyes and white hair, along with pale-blue skin. When revealed his long white mane flows from its head, obscuring one of its his eyes.
Personality info::
Mephilles's outwardly gives off an "emotionless" vibe: he doesn't seem to exhibit any feelings, no happiness, sadness, anger or anything of the sort. Even his body language, being precise and, at times, abnormal, it is difficult to see through. Mephilles admits to willingly not showing any emotion in order to stay professional when performing his duty, however, his behaviour does have its quirks. Every time something piques his interest, Mephilles will do whatever it is necessary to capture and analyze it, whether it be living or dead, just to satiate his overzealous curiosity and come to a conclusion
As far as the rest of his personality goes, Mephilles is serene and straight forward. His actions speak for themselves and he speaks only when he feels it is necessary. Most of the time, Mephilles is the voice of reason. He is often seen noticing important points no one else had thought of. This goes hand-in-hand with his acute sense and judgment, which is well-respected by his peers. He is also a extremely capable and formidable combatant, that should not be taken lightly. Mephilles portrays himself as calm, level-headed, and at times unpredictably simple. He often acts as a mentor to those around him and will always try to push those who he deems worthy enough to become stronger. He is highly perceptive, observant, discerning, analytical, and intelligent, something both his enemies and allies acknowledge.
These qualities also make him a dangerous person to contend with, as not even the slightest change to surroundings can escape his vision. This makes him hard to catch off-guard, to the point that most surprise attacks launched at him mainly end in failure. He remains remarkably calm and composed no matter how dire the situation is and has impressively deep insight on various situations and people. Mephilles is determined, concentrated and independent,yet known to be a cold and cynical person, to most people:especially his own race. He openly admits that he can be very short toward people , but that it does not mean he has something against people he's short with.

A Rose Grown in Shadow:
Abandoned at a young age, he roamed the world alone. His people shunned him for the way that he looked, thinking that he was some kind of low-life street punk,or a user of dark magic. One day a Mage took him in, sympathetic to the young ones situation,and became a mother to him. Mephilles learned a lot from her, he learned to use his intellect and tap into his magic. However, people were becoming disgusted that he was living in their village, eating the food that they had grown to share with thier own due to increasing awareness of an evil white haired Mage ravaging the land. They raided the small house the boy had come to call home, and drove his "mother" away. This was when the true darkness within Mephilles became unlocked. The boy killed everything and everyone, and then he burned it all, leaving not a trace of life. When he finally realized what he had done, he fled, and continued to flee until he was sure that he was safe. Mephilles doesn't remember what had happened exactly, because what had awoken inside of him had took control of his mind for a short period of time. To this date, he still doesn't know what it is, and he really doesn't want to find out.
Mephilles the Mage:
Gifted with a unexplained natural talent for magic,and Mephilles began studying it devoutly. Despite young age, he was able to write an in depth thesis on ancient twilight magic,as well as the power of Sol. Due to his desire for knowledge, Mephilles developed extensive research work throughout his years, performing experiments on multiple old technologies to comprehend their capabilities and improve or develop new ones. As Mephilles reached his adolescent years, Mephilles found that she was considered very popular amongst other magic users. It soon became apparent that these individuals were not interested in him for his personality or his ideals,but for what he could do for them. Mephilles then used this superficial interest to his advantage, and slowly built up support for his research. Eventually he vanished for a few years into the outskirts of the Twilight Realm. During this time he travelled,and helped many with his skills.
Mephilles of the Interlopers:
While exploring, Mephilles fell into an Ancient Library and became trapped alone for quite a long time. Fortunately, there was a steady supply of food to sustain himself as well as a large number of books about magic and Twilit technology. Mephilles spent his time reading them and waited for the day he could escape. With his vast knowledge, Mephilles stumbled upon the orginal Dark Interlopers and sought to find the ancient relics of his ancestors. Using the his new found power, he escaped from the collapsing library. However, the isolation of being trapped alone for so long soon manifested into his decent in to insanity. Soon enough Mephilles was gripped by an obsession to find rare objects of power and find his "mother". In Mephilles hands information is a weapon, and by accessing the servers of powerful organizations, Mephilles maintained a great deal of power by the virtue of knowing what information to keep and what information to disseminate as necessary.
Mephilles The Mad
Many twilight have gone mad beneath the glare of the Sol sun, but it was during the night's chilling embrace that Mephilles relinquished his sanity. Mephilles was born of a certain bloodline, blessed with the gift of great magic. However, he knew nothing of his family, or why he was so different from the twilight he'd encountered. This inner voice would speak to him,whisper things to him. For some time, Mephilles was able to resist its prodding solicitation, but with each passing night the voice grew louder, or perhaps deeper, until he could withstand the call no more. The voice coaxed him to venture into the desert without supplies, drawn by the lure of a specious charm. The destination: a lost civilization to the east, known to ancient texts as Nazzarick. Few believed such a place ever existed, and those who did were certain that the sands had long since devoured whatever remained.
When Mephilles cracked feet finally failed him, he found himself kneeling at the base of a bizarre crumbling obelisk. Beyond it lay the alien geometry of a ruined city and the giant decaying idols of dark and horrific gods. His eyes, seeing what others cannot, and what none should, were filled with the essence of the ancient magic of his people. Standing alone, but not alone, amidst the echoing dunes, he noticed the familiar voice escape his own lips in a parched rasp, bearing three words whose weight trembled his knees: You Found Me. Now infused with the power of the curiosity itself, Mephilles set off to seek his fate. He searched the ruins for days until he came to a grand room saturated with a familiar presence. It was there that he met the lingering spirit of his ancestor Azura Varih Daedra.
Daedra Of The Sanguine Rose:
Azura's is Mephilles ancestor whose sphere is the more complex,and lost arts of the twilight. She is also given titles such as Mother of the Rose and Queen of the Night Sky. She is known to be one of the more merciful and benevolent interlopers, though her wrath is swift and painful when it is brought about. Azura oversees the a beautiful world of blurred colors, streaming together, cities of silver, and air like perfume. Twilight from her bloodline are renown masters of ancient magic. Here, Mephilles firmed his resolve,and accepted the Trials his ancestor put him through to prove himself. Eventually he succeeded,and proved himself more than worthy of his families name. For proving himself a Legitimate successor Mephilles was given his ancestors most sacred treasures,and allowed to be trained in the ways of old. He alone was tasked with protecting her Sacred Temple,and was granted extended life as a reward.
Mos the Magnificent
With over a hundred years of life experience and magical study accumulated, Mephilles's level of knowledge easily dwarfs that of any other Twilit warlock in the the world. With his new found she's of self for the first time in years a feeling of sudden euphoria and happiness washed over the Twilit Mage. To the Twilight he is renown as MOS;a powerful Sorcerer that can grant any wish that anyone desires with his magic. Some people call him “The lonely traveler” , “Wish Granter/Genie” or “The mysterious one”. It wasn't long before he momentarily sided with the Twilight Kingdom as a Court Magician to use thier resources to his devices. He constantly shut himself up in the vast library of the Royal Palace and kept to himself as much as possible. It wasn’t long before dissected the magic,and the knowledge he found there while gaining reputation among the people. While studying he came to recognize a great many styles of magic, as well as its applications, making him a valuable asset to the Kingdom while keeping his true desires hidden.

Weapons inventory::
> Tsuki Rōzuobu Kagekitsue (Rose of the Moon: Shadow Wood Staff)
- The staff is made from an ancient and very durable wood known as Kageki, or "Shadow wood",and a mixture of fused shadows. The staff is strong enough to be used as a close range offensive weapon, delivering strong physical attacks, and as a defensive tool, capable of deflecting most magical techniques while also being durable enough to withstand a barrage of physical attacks, giving Mephilles a solid defense against magic and physical attacks. Only used with the Armor of Azura.
> Ārimansu Burēdo( Winged Blade of Destructive Sight"):
- A falchion-esque sword, with red, purple and blue blades shaped like a demonic wing. Its handle bears the mark of the demon that was defeated to get it, and the handle itself consists of dark braids. Ārimansu is unique for being a sentient weapon that absorbs the spirits/negative emotions of those it kills and transforms their bodies and hatred into power for its wielder. The more it kills, the more it looks like a living thing. The weapon can be summoned at will, appearing in an amorphous cloud of shadow.
> Bara no toge (The Thorn of the Rose)
- Utilizing this staff Mephilles can create, shape and manipulate plants, including wood, vines, plants, moss, and parts of the plants, such as leaves, seeds, fruits and flowers. He can even mutate plants by rearranging DNA structure, and revive withered or dead plants. They can use their power for defense and support by growing plants from the ground and make them sprout seeds/fruits/berries, or even to possibly use plant chemicals to heal people or objects or manipulate their properties for a wide range of effects. A more subtle technique is to release damaging toxins and pheromones, affecting targets in which conditions should be treated quickly with ailments. Because Mephilles is capable of communicating with nature itself while using the staff, he instantly becomes knowledgeable of his surroundings; the link is so solid that the realms will respond to his emotions and desires. As an extension of this ability, Mephilles is capable of purifying, healing, and generally influencing the health of nature; and by taking this fact into account, the plants and animals act favorably towards him.
Armor::
Armor of Azura :It is an accursed fused shadow armor that is said to have been used by ancient Interloper Azura herself. The garb was embedded with a series of intricate spells and enchantments by the Interlopers.
It is entirely composed of a unique mix of fused shadows, and is incredibly powerful and durable, and due to it being mostly forged from concentrated magic energy, is almost weightless. The armor's abilities and state heavily depend on the user's willpower and traits, and physical state. If the user faints and loses consciousness, then the armor will instantly vanish, leaving the user open for attacks.
> Coat of the Abyss : Mephilles's signature cloak made from durable shadow threads which seems to generate a cloak of mist when he is still. It has a red spiky growth around its neck. It is lightweight, and enhances Mephilles's body by charging his muscles to give the them a weightless effect. This allows the him to maintain elevation and levitate after jumping. With it Mephilles seems to glide over the ground, stepping so lightly that there is no sound generated nor enough pressure to set off most traps or leave a trace of his movement. The cloak itself also seems to be able to regenerate itself overtime,and allows him to mix into the shadows.
> Royal Mage Robes : A uniform which only the elite Twilight mages may don; though the appearance can change at Mephilles's discretion. This uniform serves is usually Mephilles signature outfit,and signifies his status in the Twilight community. It increases the his magic resistance, against witches and sorcerers. The outfit is blessed with the power and protection of the Twilight Horned Owl, messenger of the god of wisdom. It is said the aid the possessor's thoughts with its wisdom, lighting a path through uncertainty. It also boasts high tolerance to effects against the mind while reducing spell casting time. Mephilles usually uses this while researching,or when he is within certain parts of the Twilight Realm.

> Shadow Crystal Smoke Bombs :The Shadow Crystal Fog is, as its name implies, made from Shadow Crystals, and creates a dense cloud of darkness or shadow depending on Mephilles's preference. It takes the form jet-black streams of smoke erupt from the caster’s hand, quickly covering a large area around the caster in a dark haze and greatly obscuring the vision within the area. The fog does not deal any damage to anyone caught with the area of effect, but due to its vision obstruction properties, the bomb serves as a distraction for quick escapes or for buying the user some time to prepare for an attack. While one might try to blow the fog away with wind or a burst of power,light magic is the only way to truly eradicate the fog.
> Kage no ha (shadow blade):Closely associated with the fused shadow relic. The swords essence is powerful enough to revive creatures struck by it,and bend them to the users will. However,this only works as long as the blade is in the creature.

Great Wolf Sage (大ガマ狼, Ōgama Ōkami)Akifusa
- The Leader of the Seishin ōkami, Akifusa is normally a bipedal fox-like creature. His fur is mainly grayish-brown in coloration with crimson and black accents. He has a pointed snout and ears, the insides of which have red coloration. Akifusa also sports a large, voluminous mane, primarily red in coloration but with more profound black tips. The back of the mane somewhat resembles a ponytail, as a teal bangle down its length separates a mass of the mane from the lower portion. She also sports a black ruff on his upper body, pointed at the shoulders from which his arms extend. His upper arms are thin, whereas his lower arms;while still slim, are bulkier. The arms have spiky extensions of fur at the elbows, and the three claws, as well as the claws on his feet, are red in coloration. He often assumes a masculine human forms and also one of Mephilles's advisers.
Seishin ōkami (Spirit Wolf) Familiars
- A pack of anamorphic black and indigo shadow wolves. The wolves are controlled verbally or with hand signals by Mephilles, and will chase down the enemy with the intent pin them down. Normally used as guards by Mephiless; the wolves can disappear into shadows,and darkness, and are quick,reliable summons. That being said they aren't very durable.
Armonia Dragoon biggrin ue to her size her human form Armonia isn't a very intimidating ,and can easily appear weak and fragile. She is often silent, leading most to believe she is a Mute. She is constantly mocked by members of her own race for her unique appearance and close combat fighting style. Her speech is relatively blunt, and she is unfamiliar with the basic etiquette against such directness and can be socially distant. Armonia's lack of social graces makes her unable to recognize her own awkwardness until someone points it out. She is extremely smart, ambitious, and supremely lethal. When Mephilles summons her to she will not hesitate in the slightest to strike down even her subordinates if they stand in her way. Armoni also seems to be quite obsessed with Mephilles, and often spends her free time dreaming about the day when they met together and practiced magic. She can create numerous glowing multicolored vines to use as weapons. These vines move to grapple and ensnare an opponent. Once the opponent is sufficiently subdued the vines begin to grow energy buds that are being filled with the opponent's energy. The flowers actually use it as a form of power source, siphoning the energy the opponent emits in order to fuel their growth. When the flowers bloom the collected energy is turned against the opponent, either seriously incapacitating them or killing them in the process. By chewing on the petals of the bloomed flowers one's wounds are healed and their body is revitalized proportionate to the amount of energy consumed. When the effect is over the vines release the target and shrivel up. Despite her imposing dragon form she is extremely weak to fire,and mind altering affects. In many cases she can go berserk causing Mephilles's to subdue her.
Shugoshin (Guardian Deity)
- Powered by the mystical Sols that fuel Twili society, the Mephilles can animate these large constructs in the name of Azura to seek out and destroy those that oppose the him. Avatars will stomp and crush enemy soldiers with ease and have little trouble sending enemy soldiers running from the fight. However the golems are slow,and Mephilles only seems able to summon them in certain areas of the twilight realm,and uses considerable energy to do so.
Technique Name:Jūheitei Kusari(Beast Subjugation Chains )
- A technique that molds twilight magic into extremely durable chains which can be used for various purposes, such as directly combating or physically restraining Mephilles's targets. The chains do increased damage to beasts,and actively seek them out and burn their energy on contact. Once latched on to the target's body, they will eventually start to constrict, much like a snake. Others who attempt to touch the chains will be struck with a powerful electrical shock if the don't have sufficient power,but the chains can be broken. They are weakest during the day,and do require a lot of Mephilles 's concentration to maintain.Using his chains as a medium, Mephilles could also erect a barrier strong enough to prevent anyone or anything from entering or leaving the perimeter defined by the chains. Kanzenketsu Juin no Kusari (Absolute Binding Cursed Seal Chains )
- A technique derived from the Jūheitei Kusari, which manifests multiple dragon-headed spiked chains from the Mephilles body and magic glyphs to attack or completely immobilize a target with greater strength. This binding power is far greater than that of Jūheitei Kusari due to a seal which suppresses the abilities of the target while damaging them over time. By forming a simple hand sign, a magic glyph can be formed which spews forth multiple chains that embed themselves into the ground or surrounding features. By clasping his hands together the Mephilles can keep a tight restraint on the target,but loses the ability to freely use his hands.
Eternal Recurrence
- Conjuring his wave-like substance, Mephilles can create a spherical shield that appears to defend him. However this is only just part of the spells true power is ability to record eventsattacks be it physical or magical. When the target is about to attack, Mephilles quickly conjures the spell which proceeds to block the attack. By his will he can again manifest the spell whenever he wants which proceeds to replay the recorded event. For example if a swordman attempts to strike him with his sword, Mephilles can quickly manifest the spell in front of him to block the incoming attack and also recording the attack in the process. After blocking the attack, Mephilles can again manifest the spell wherever he wants, although it seems he cannot manifest the spell very far away from himself. The manifested spell replays or materialises the attack, in this case the sword strike, in the form of a sword coming out of the wave-like substance. Mephilles can also record magical attacks like a blast of fire magic and replay it anytime he wants. It should also be noted that the spell cannot copy an attack that is capable of destroying the 'recording shield' and so cannnot record extremely powerful attacks.
Tamashiino Kage (Soul Shade)
- Mephilles is able to project shadows of hisself into the world, which is generally impossible to detect or visually perceive in the realm of light. The shadows can operate independently of him, attacking and restraining target(s) or defending Mephilles from harm. When shadow bodies are controlled together the they are capable of registering separate fields of vision at the same time. With this shared vision, the they can coordinate their attacks and provide defenses for their blindspots. For this reason, the shadow bodies are strongest when used together, employing combination tactics, the element of surprise, and/or sheer overwhelming power to defeat their enemies. Mephilles is capable producing up to five shadows at one time. Mephilles shadows are a little bit weaker than himself but can utilize minor spells. Even when detected, the shadows are immune to most forms of physical attacks apart from those that utilize light. The downside to this technique is that the shadows, after a set period of time, automatically return to his body and are left temporarily unusable. The shadows can be partially combated by immobilising or sealing the body in a way that it cannot move, act, or be recalled to the Mephilles body. Although this does not truly defeat the shadow, it is effective at neutralising the immediate threat it poses in battle. (Each shadow last 4 post with a two post cool down each)
Strengths::
> Genius Intellect: One of the greatest things to fear from Mephilles is the dangerous and immense intellect he possesses. Ever since Mephilles was a young child, he relied on his devious intelligence for survival, using anything present as an advantage. His hunger for knowledge was extreme at best, studying anything that could benefit him and others. As a result, he garnered a plethora of information under his palette, ranging from history to military tactics. He had immense memory and other mental capacities that allowed him to think on different levels at once multitask effectively. Mephilles possesses a great amount of intuition, akin to a form of sixth sense, as he was able to become aware of any danger around him and react accordingly. As a precaution and an integrated habit, Mephilles is always prepared and ready during a fight, having thought up numerous outcomes and failsafes should he happen to fail.
> Master Bōjutsu Combatant: Mephilles expertly knows his way around a staff. He fights gracefully, as if he were dancing on ice, and uses his knowledge of bōjutsu to their full effect. His staff movements are gentle yet powerful, showing no fear in the heat of battle, battling in a fluid manner and inflicting flawless blows upon his opponent. His stance is similar to that of traditional Japanese dances, and his movements hammer this in even further. Mephilles utilizes many graceful flips, twirls, and cartwheels, often throwing his staff at his opponent in battle. He often mixes in pirouetting kicks, twirls, and one-handed backflips with his bōjutsu, overwhelming an opponent through multi-directional attacks with relative ease. He can even slice through any most forms of supernatural energy with his staff, though such a feat is capable only due to the magical properties of his ancestors staff.

Mephilles has shown to be highly intelligent and has a massive amount of knowledge of and about magic. Mephilles's knowledge also extends to his understanding of the magic in questions workings; using his immense intellect Mephilles is able to essentially "dissect" the opposing magic, allowing him to counter them in the most advantageous ways possible.
