Hobbies: Collecting Stuffed Animals-She likes cute plushies, and make a habit of buying them whenever possible. She has a large amount, piled on shelves in her bedroom, and also spread out across her bed. Her favorite animal is of course penguins. She is partial to collecting stuffed versions of the flightless bird.

Video Games-She makes a habit of playing video games all the time. She really likes handheld systems best. She is fond of rpgs, action games, puzzle games, and rhythm games. She’s not too picky. She even likes simulator games like Zoo Tycoon where you can take care of animals.

Visiting the Zoo/Photography-She goes there……a lot; spending the majority of her time in the chilly penguin exhibit. The cold there doesn’t bother her much. She loves the chill. She takes photographs of the different species of penguins to hang on her bulletin board at home. Once she has had her fill of penguins, she makes her way to the other parts of the zoo. She is definitely an animal person; getting along well with people’s pets.

Virtues:

Friendly/Kind – Noelle likes making friends. She isn’t shy at all. She likes to talk. But she also makes a point to listen too. People can come to her for advice and favors. She is there to help everyone, even the occasional stranger. She knows quite a few people because of this.

Energetic/Athletic-Noelle moves around quite a bit. She waves her arms a lot when speaking too. Noelle’s favorite class is definitely Gym. She has a lot of energy to burn. She is full of enthusiasm for sports. It takes quite a bit of exercising to tire her out. This lets her work harder for a longer amount of time. When she finally tires though, she has to take a nap or replenish with snacks. Her grades in other classes aren’t bad per say. But she could be doing better. She is the opposite of brains over brawn.

Trusting-This goes in hand with being gullible. She is not a very suspicious person. Since she takes what people say seriously when they ask for help, you can be certain she will do her best to assist. If it’s a matter of keeping a secret, she’ll do just that. If her trusting personality is abused and she finds out about it, she gets really upset.

Flaws:

Gullible –She’ll believe just about anything. You could tell her a tall tale, and she would assume you are speaking the truth. She is in disbelief when she finds out people aren’t being honest. She gets mad when she is taken advantage of in this way; pouting, whining, crying, and when reeeally mad, getting violent. Be prepared to face your punishment. And if you lie to her a lot, she will hold a grudge and deem you untrustworthy.

Clingy-She likes to have people around; specifically friends, family, allies. She gets lonely and sad when left by herself. She keeps people close, to feel secure and loved. She is afraid of being forgotten and left to wander alone. She looks for positive reinforcement and attention. She responds badly when people she thought she could trust abandon her. This probably stems from when her parents used to work a lot and left her with a mean, grouchy nanny.

Attention-seeking-She likes to be noticed and praised. Her nanny never did that much, and her parents weren’t around a lot at first to do that either. So she would look to teachers and friends to support her. Being very energetic, it was common for her to be a tad rambunctious and act out to get this attention if people ignored her. She prefers positive praise to negative attention.

Congrats on sailor Abeosamu!

There's a few things I'd like to touch on before I can give her a stamp. The first thing being her hobby of Visiting the Zoo/Photography. The large thing here that stood out to me is the fact that wild animals are comfortable enough to just go up and interact with her. This is something that wouldn't being advised nor safe for her. Realistically she can be good with animals and be able to play with animals that might not usually enjoy being played with but as far as stating that wild birds are comfortable landing on her shoulder, I would advise against using this in you're profile.

Secondly the virtue Friendly/Kind - I feel like the popular statement reads a little too prefect, it's fine if she knows a lot of people or will talk to anyone but sometimes statements like this make people feel like their character has to like you're character, I would take this part out and perhaps focus more on how her friendly/kind nature helps her, and helps her help people instead of stating how a large number of characters see her! If you need some help with this there's a lot of chibi profiles out there you can look at. Also My Sailor Hugbell use to be a chibi, you could look at her profile because I haven't revised that since she became a teen. Or if you have questions would like me to help you I'd be more than happy to!

These are my main concerns on her civilian side

Now then; for her powered side. Her attacks are lacking some importation information that we need to know. First off the ice - should be purely energy-ice. It can appear realistic as long it has properties of being magical energy. Secondly we're missing information on how far these penguins can slide; is this a radius, or feet in front of her? A typical chibi attack can span probably between 5 feet to 8 feet max depending on the type of attack. We also need to know the time duration of the attack, If the penguin doesn't knock the enemy over does it disappear right away? How long does this attack lasts in seconds? Typically for a chibi senshi the attacks last somewhere around 25 seconds for basic, 30 for super and 35 for eternal; and how many times can she use this. Typically the max (this is you're really pushing your luck at not passing out) is 3 uses at basic, 2 at super and 1 eternal.

Now then for the powered side. Could you link your celestial body please? I missed that the first go around, and I apologize for that.

Aside from that also what kind of damage can her attacks do? Do they just knock people over in the first attack or could they cause Slight bruising, minor cuts? What about the second attack? This will help in battles give people ideas what kind of damage to expect form these vs not telling us what kind of damage they can do.

Also, I don't feel like the second attack needs the questions in it at the end of the attack? I feel like you've described it pretty well and if someone has a question about it they can always ask you for clarification~. Since she's a chibi they're suppose to have more difficulties in battles than adult senshi, they can move faster than adult senshi, but their attacks are weaker, because essentially they're senshi in training. So this is fine, when she becomes an adult you could always revise the attacks a little bit to be stronger.

For her healing attack, how much is a bit of health? Like what sort of things are healed?

I think having her heal small wounds like scrapes and small cuts disappearing is fine as well as adding some determination.
