Rex Stood at the Coconut shy style stall, (Throwing Realisitcally cold Cotton balls at little snowmen) His stance meant power; his legs shoulders width apart, his bottom slightly out, sleeves rolled up to the elbows, all his trinkets on the floor at his feet, and his tongue just poking out from between his lips!
He Lobbed the ball from his right hand with such force it caught one snowman in the face, bounced off and shot across the room!
Rex followed the Snowballs' journey, with his eyes...

 Kiessi had been going through the festivities without a care in the world. They were just happy to be able to spend this time with their mom and to watch all the pretty lights and people gathered about. They were humming a relatively upbeat holiday song when they felt a "snowball" hit the back of their head. They couldn't help but squeal from the sudden onslaught and the look in their mother's eyes told them she was about to go irate, they had never quite understood why she was so prone to outbursts, but that was something they had hoped to help get her over soon enough.
Tilting their head toward the ground, they noticed the cotton ball and mused, picking it up on their tiny hands. Glancing about, they tried to see where it had come from when they noticed the other freshling. "Oh hey! Did you drop this?" They held up the cold object, waving it about.Circus of Values Mother is currently an NPC, so don't worry about her. lol

Rex flapped his arms anxiously;
"I am Sorry, I knew I was a good thrower but sometimes My power suprises even me!" He held one finger up and ran back to the stall, grabbed his prize from the Nightmare behind the stall;
"Here!" He held up the Bulb on a string towards them, "I sure hope I didn't Bop you to bad!"

Kiessi smiled but shook their head slightly, "Nah, it's okay! You can keep your prize. I'm fine, seriously, it really didn't hurt that bad." They offered the cold cotton ball back to the boy just in case he didn't want to lose all of them. They figured some people might be picky about that sort of thing, though this kid didn't seem to be, still they figured it was polite. "I'm Kiessi, what's your name?" They pulled out their hand, smiling softly. They hadn't had much of a chance to meet other freshlings, so perhaps they could take this opportunity to make a new friend?

Rex spared a look at Kiessi's Mother, before lowering his prize and taking back the snowball and pocketing it for keeps!
"That's a Real cool Name, I like your eye, it's so blue and Blue is a good colour." He gave a definite nod, "I'm Rex", He took her hand and squeezed it fondly, "Will your Mamma Let you come and play with me?" He looked at her mother again, attempting 'puppy dog' eyes.

Kiessi's smile brightened considerably, "Thanks! It was a name my biological parents gave me, it's all I really have of them." They took a look back at their mother, smiling softly despite the somewhat worried look she was giving. "Yeah!" They gave a wave to the adult Chimera, trying to get her to calm down. "She's just overprotective sometimes, it's okay! Don't worry about it too much, I haven't been with her for very long yet, so she gets worried sometimes." They bounced slightly on their heels, with a huge smile upon their face. "What kind of things would you like to play?"

"Oh your Biological parents named you? People at the Cache named me when I burst from my stone! So how come you only have one eye? Is that a rude question? Should I not ask that? But I wanna know!" He looked at the chimera and grinned as thankyou "I wanna explore everything the celebration has to offer, I've had alot of fun so far! how about you? Get anything good?!"

Kiessi gave a quick nod to the question, "Oh well.. I was born in October.. which I guess is a no-no because of the chance of mutation? So I wasn't born at the Cache. I guess my parents decided that they really didn't want a mutant kid, so they gave me up. But that's also why I only have one eye." They shrugged their shoulders a bit, not seeming to put too much emotion into the words they were saying. "But it's alright! I have Tambre now, and she's really nice to me!" They tilted their head to one side, eyeing Rex. "So umm.. if you were born at the Cache, does that mean you don't have any parents?" They knew it was rude to ask, but the boy had already asked them some personal questions, so it was only fair, right?
"Yeah!" Kiessi said in excitement. "I love the festivals! I've never had them before now. I've been able to get a few familiars and plushies! What about you?"
