Biography
- The world is often unkind because of reasons no one should be unkind for. Often for the Erimaki's, that's because they have the visage of the snake, gaining untrust for the littlest of things amongst the villages. For Olanna, she was born on the road. Her parents hadn't wanted that kind of life for her, but no one would take her family in. Olanna learned at a young age that no one other than her parents would ever love her, and she began to distance herself from everyone in order to protect whatever was left of her young and fragile heart. The times away from the villages were happy times, but when they neared villages, they were to be quiet and stay as far away as they could. Olanna grew up being called many names, such as child of the snake, and other unfavorable things.
Before she knew it, Olanna was all alone. One night, while they were sleeping, Olanna's parents were brutally murdered by people of a nearby village. Though afraid, they were unable to bring themselves to kill Olanna, so they left her be. Only ten years of age, Olanna wandered for the longest time; alone and scared without anyone by her side. That's when she came across Ceril. Almost instantly she bonded with the snake, and the snake had bonded with her. The snake helped her survive in the wild and they kept eachother safe; Ceril protected Olanna from the villagers and Olanna protected Ceril from the other predators of the surrounding areas. Olanna eventually made her way to Kirigakure; her parent's birthplace. They village was hesitant to let her in, but they eventually did.
With a village to now call home at the eage of thirteen, Olanna entered the academy and quickly soared her way through. Her parents had once been great ninja with great abilities, she had been often told stories by her mother before heading to sleep about the amazing missions they had been on. Olanna never told anyone her clan name, and kept her clan a secret for the most part when she could. She changed her last name to tempest in hopes that she would be a little more welcomed in to a world she already knew didn't welcome her.
